These are my nails for Christmas of 2020 I love them so much. The service and prices were very good. The nail technicians last name is Long I definitely recommend anyone to book an appointment with him he did such a good job and did not mess up not one bit. I will be returning to this nail salon.

Personally they were all so nice.Except for the woman who did my eye brows told me she literally just started less than a month ago, and the gentleman that did my nails literally had themAll Crooked and going different directions. I don’t like complaining so I didn’t say anything but I had to after everyone of the nails except for the thumbs have broken off in the course of 1 week.Typically I can wear a full set for 2-3 weeks, but dang. These have been breaking off like nothing and I paid for gel! So now I’ve paid almost 50.00 on top of the 75 for replacement nails.I’ll most likely never come here again purely for the fact that they all broke off.I didn’t even dive into how jacked up my eye brows look.

What I liked about my experience is the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic and they were actively practicing safety in every aspect and great customer service. they have a friendly sign outside that requires you to come in with a mask. They require you to wash your hands before getting started. If you come with someone they still keep clients in every other chair to practice social distancing. They have plexiglass at the pedicure stations and at the manicure stations. Everyone wears their masks and gloves. When my manicurist was done with me, she was already prepping herself for her next client with new gloves. Overall it was a great experience for someone that goes through anxiety because of everything that’s going on. Very friendly and I would recommend to try them.

Since the new owners have taken over I have a better more welcoming experience. The atmosphere is also better. And of course my nails always look amazing every time I leave. Ive search all through Fort Myers for a good Nail salon Ocean nails never disappoint me. They always exceed my expectations. The Staff is pleasant and do beautiful nails. Its clean and have a big selection of colors. During peak season it can get busy so suggest making appointment for faster service.

Asked for a coffin shape, and the shape I recieved was more near almond. The gel I paid extra for that was not supposed to chip started peeling off the night after I got my nails done. After not even a week a nail has fallen off. Overall cheap materials, not professional and the price said $35 for gel in print but when I got up to pay I was charged $46 and I’m still not sure why. I had no special designs just simple gel acrylics. Overall not a good experience, new owners are not good

I came to this place while on vacation. I only gave one star but would give none if I could. This place is slow and I have received much better job. I sat in the pedicure chair for at least an hour and a half, only to receive substandard work. I had been in there for more than 2 hours before my manicure was started. I do not recommend this place and I should have read the reviews.UPDATE My nail polish on my toes started peeling off badly this same day .

I was told this place was good. Sadly this was not so. The staff was rude. The guys working on my nails seemed like they had an emergency to get to and I was holding them up. They trimmed my cuticles with the drill and cut me 2 times. My nails ended up lumpy and just a mess. The owner....I assume...or boss made the guy buff them again and apply another layer of gel. Worst experience ever... First time not giving a tip....and thats horrible for me because I also survive on tips. Please dont waste your time or money going there.

We called ahead and asked for the deluxe pedicure and didn’t get the aromatherapy like we asked. We reminded her when we walked in and another time. They were paying attention to the tv. Very bad service!! Then they added the salt in dirty water at the end and put our feet in the dirty water. Terrible and will never go there again!!! It doesn’t deserve one star.

Im new to the neighborhood and decided to try this shop. I walked in at 4:50 on a Tuesday afternoon, was taken right away (no one was waiting), picked my color and was left to sit for 5 minutes while my gel soaked. 40 minutes later, someone else came over (while speaking on her cell phone) and pulled the foil off my nails and scraped the gel. She then walked away to continue her call (someone else was answering the shop phone so she was not conducting business). I sat for another 5 minutes then walked out and let the first person know that having to wait 45+ minutes was unacceptable.This shop needs a point person to greet clients in the local language and tell them honestly how long a wait will be. What I do with my time is my business, not their choice and the disrespectful treatment I received will keep me from giving them even a 2nd chance.

Upscale decor, spacious and clean ! Service is excellent and their deluxe pedicures are truly a treat . Kelly does an excellent job on my nails-always . A day at the spa leaves you pampered and refreshed.

I had a pretty bad time here I was told to come in 20 mins and I could be taken. I spent almost all hour waiting for them to start my nails after soaking. The girl made my nails point up not straight. They are all uneven shapes... I hate them.. I spent 45$ just to have my nails shaved down paper thin and to have bad nails. Wish I could just get a refund.

Went there for full set got a repeated refill for third time rough work nails came out thick can see the previous colors before the owner went ahead told me he did not have the things to soak my nails so he ripped them off with a metal tool hurt so badly and instead of letting me go they over charge me extra already paid 30 then was getting charged 30/37 more on top of my toes which was 25 and the polish was not put fully on my nails WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!😤😡

Went to this location to get a pedicure, i had previous gel on my toes and the person doing my toes shaved past my actual nail, they were to preoccupied on watching the game then beong careful with my toes, informed them on this issue didnt even get a discount, also they have roaches will never visit this filthy facility again.
