My friend left his wallet in the parking lot, and one of the stylists found it, tracked us down. Not only was everything present in the wallet but she wouldn’t take any cash as a thank you. CLASSY. If I was to get my hair done it would be with such a kind person

I made an appointment 2 1/2 weeks ago with one of their stylist Megan. I am from out of town visiting family so I decided to extended my stay for my upcoming appointment due to her not having any availability the dates I wanted to come in. I drove 45 minutes to the salon. Due to traffic, red lights and fort Myers just being a busy area in general I was 5 minutes late to my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM and I walked in at 10:37 AM after parking and looking for the salon since it was my first time there and I am new to the area. I walked in, the front desk lady showed me to Megan’s station. Megan then proceeded to tell me my appointment will have to be rescheduled or canceled because she didn’t have time to do my hair and had someone right after me. I’m sorry but if you didn’t have time to do my hair why book me for 10:30 am and make me drive 45 minutes for nothing? She is rude and absolutely inconsiderate of other peoples time. If I could rate this place 0 STARS i would !!!

Hair stylist here are rude and unprofessional... and when it comes to COVID wear your masks at all times because no one here wears any or practices social distancing !

It is a nice place with a great setup. My appointment with my stylist Emily, who is great by the way (first time visit and nailed the hair color and tone I was looking for!) was in a partitioned area which was private and comfy. The salon itself looked as though it was laid out well to facilate the stylists taking great care of their clients (the hair washing stations were actually pretty comfortable - no stiff or kinked neck with the way they were angled). Im not sure if they offer complimentary coffee or tea as that was not explained but Emily did buy me a bottle of water, which I greatly appreciated since it was blazing hot outside. I did book my second appointment with Emily so I am planning on returning...

I had my first appointment with Emily today. It’s always daunting trying out a new hair stylist, but after our first meeting I trusted her judgement completely. She listened to what I wanted and gave her honest opinions what I would actually be getting. I walked in with jet black boxed color hair and came out with light brownish healthy highlights! My hair looks and feels fantastic! I already booked another appointment to make them go lighter. My only advice is make sure to book ahead of time- she is that good to where she fills up fast

I truly wish I could give this place 10 stars instead of just 5, which seems hardly adequate. This salon is absolutely, breathtakingly gorgeous, aesthetically, with beautiful and modern decor, there is something to WOW you at every turn. As great that sounds, it pales in comparison to the warm, friendly team of stylists and staff who work here, most of whom hold advanced certifications in various hair related fields. Given its location, there is ALWAYS ample parking available, to boot! Overall, this is the by far the best salon that I have ever set foot in and I recommend it and their talented team of expert stylists the highest recommendation and can guarantee that you will thank me after your first visit.

First time at Epic.Booked color with Lindsey. She did an amazing job! Wow..What a difference using a true color artist makes.I have really dark color treated hair that has been difficult to lighten up, and not look brassy.This time it turned out perfect. Im excited and looking forward to adding more pieces next visit.

I stopped in last week it did it theyre cut a quick stayed and touch up everybody at the store super nice love me to my seats at me down gave me the option to wash my hair I will definitely go back next time in about three weeks if Im ready for another haircut thank you ethics

First time at Epic.Booked color with Lindsey for a Brazilian blowout. She used the true products and turned out fantastic. The keratin can be irritating to your eyes so she had a air purifier/fan and quite comfortable. She wore a respirator, not just a mask so you will be protected during COVID. Hope to have her do my hair again in the future.

My greeting with the front desk was rude to the point of insult. I was rebuked for not reading the small-print signs on the front doors, which have been placed there for COVID and I was not wearing my mask, I admit and I apologize. This COVID experience is new to us all and I havent been out much since the start of it. However, there were other clients in the store who we happily being served, and did not have masks on. The rebuke was You didnt read the door signs, did you? which I think is a rude way to speak to anyone let alone a potential client, and especially when it seemed to be applied selectively. The staff member further insinuated that I would never be welcome, proudly stating that there were four months of solid bookings with regular clients due to backlog from the virus and I would not be able to get an appointment.I understand that these are difficult times and it is great that business is strong for you. I would have been happy to wait four months to begin to get in with a great location, but this was not presented as an option to me. I was very friendly and excited to find a potential new styling location where I could be a regular customer. The shop sure looks elite and stylish. However, I would rather have a grungy hair salon that didnt think they were better than me, hair shops sell self-esteem as much as they sell makeovers.

Hailey does my color/cut and on occasion my extensions. She does such amazing work and always gives me what I ask for! I would never go to anyone else for my hair. I also love the salon itself, it’s so open and beautiful from when you walk in and all through out the whole place! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely LOVE this salon! Aside from the beautiful suites, everyone is as nice as they are talented. Ashley has been doing my hair forever and I never leave there unhappy!

I have never written a bad review, but I am furious! To keep a long story short... if you’re looking for a professional hair stylist, don’t book with Kari Myers because every 3 appointments I’ve ever had with her were delayed by 30min to 2hrs. My last apt for my hair extensions fell out the minute I got home & she then proceeds to say it was my fault and denied giving me a refund. Don’t waste your time and money, because clearly you won’t get it back.

I just moved to Florida and Im so glad I found Bernadette. I have thick, wavy hair and usually stylists have a hard time taming it! Not Bernadette! She was easy to talk to, very professional, listened to me and gave me her suggestions too! I will be going back!

Not professional and love to waste people’s time!

Ive been to many different salons and I have to admit that I always walk out with a complaint here or there... but today I was completely speechless! I had my hair done by stylist Raeyvn and My hair not only looked but felt amazing! She did a Brazilian blow out and trimmed my hair and I walked out super ecstatic!She totally went above and beyond what I was expecting! She explained the whole process and made me feel comfortable and I would definitely recommend her services to anyone who is expecting a good hair experience.I am so glad she was recommended to me!My 13 year old daughter also had a balayage done by Raeyvn and she is super happy with her results! I am not a client, but worked with the majority of Hairstylist at Epic for many years..They are above and beyond well experienced as well as super human beings, hard working moms and Dads that love their profession.Over the years I have learned from the young and the older.. Miss them bunches and always recomend them to the clients that I get that I cant accommodate.The Salon to say the least is beautiful ..I would recommend them to anyone!!

I have never left a salon feeling so comfortable, confident, and felt like I got exactly what I wanted, if not better. From the moment I sat down I felt welcomed & Hailey remembered what I had said I wanted during our first conversation on social media and got started right away. I have never seen a stylist so artsy & out of the box to create my dream hair color. She was welcoming & made me want to be best friends from just a couple of hours together. I don’t think i’ll ever be able to see another stylist again, I am so so so happy with my hair.

I would totally recommend going through Roxanne, I was bleaching and dying my hair for the first time and was a little nervous, but she made me feel comfortable and she knew what she was doing. Using professional products and made my dark brown hair go to a platinum blonde and I absolutely love it!! If you’re thinking of dying or getting a haircut definitely go through Roxanne she does amazing work and such a great person!!

Im honestly conflicted about this place. I only see the same stylist when I go here, Lindsey, and she does a great job. I feel like she doesnt do exactly what I ask, but overall, my hair looks great.The salon feels very fancy, pretty, and nice. The set up is that each stylist works for themselves essentially and has their own office. I really like the layout and the elegance.

I had such a great experience during my last visit with Epic. Everyone I came into contact with was extremely courteous and friendly! My stylist Abby Francis did an EXCELLENT job on my haircut. I was a little vague with her on how I wanted it cut, but she ended up cutting and styling my hair into something I couldnt have even asked for! I would highly recommend this place.

Horrible experience! I went to get my highlights and the hair stylist was like she didnt know what she was doing. She matched my old color and the result was ORANGE meaning the color you get after your expose your hair in the sun for so many months. I cried after she finished and she didnt care!She just reschedule for another day to cover my gray hair I asked from the beginning. I payed $180 and it was waste! They didnt give me good customer service and the most important thing the special attention to my hair. Dont go there please!

Went there to try a new salon. I am very unhappy- I wanted highlights and it just looked horrible afterwards. The stylist offered me to look at it again but I was afraid how it would look afterwards. I will have another salon take care of it.
