Omg I loveeee it! I dont think Ill go anywhere else! The treatment even though I only did my nails was amazing! I cannot wait to go back! I highly recommend! I came here after the last place I went to literally messed up my nails and this place fixed it! It looks and feels amazing!

Layout is uncomfortable. It’s weird getting a manicure with people getting pedicures looking directly at you from your left and right because the manicure tables are in the middle of the pedicure area. Disgusting! The place is too crowded for me. If you want a place to relax this is not the spot. I completely agree with some of the other complaints. I spent fifty dollars for dipping powder and 2 nails designs to get a rushed service, a nail tech that doesn’t take her work seriously; jokes around with her coworkers, delivers poor quality; crooked shape and the design were not dried properly due to her lack of attention or broken UV machine. I went here 10/3 because my regular salon is closed on Sunday. This salon is only a walk in clinic

The salon was clean and the nails techs were all very helpful and friendly. With every step of doing my nails my nail tech asked if I wanted anything changed or fixed and I really appreciated the time and care he took to make my experience so great. My nails came out absolutely perfect and I could not be more happy. Not one of their services were bad- in total we had the following services done: 1 Acrylic full set, 1 old set removal, 2 gel manicures, and 4 pedicures- the prices were fair and we all left as very happy new customers.

WOW talk about the most unprofessional nail salon in Fort Myers. 2 employees got into a verbal fight in front of all the customers causing a big disruption and scene. I thought it was about to get physical. What a very unfortunate thing because my nails turned out beautiful. But the atmosphere of this salon turned my experience sour. I hope they can resolve this issue as there’s so much potential at this salon.

I used to come here to get my nails done every single time. Last Wednesday I got my nails done and on Thursday afternoon they had peeled off and chipped everywhere. I called and the nail tech patched them with more brown nail polish. It look glumpy and cheap. After I told him how I felt he told me to come back the next day and that he would fix them for me. The next day he filed the nail polish off and fixed them after that, he told me that if something happened again, it had to be the nail polish and that it wasn’t him. Today is a Tuesday. And I’m taking them off because they look horrible. 80 dlls to the trash.

Love this Nail Bar! First time costumer. I saw John and he did a fantastic job on my nails for Christmas. A very pleasant experience and everyone LOVED my nails. They held up the entire time up until I needed a fill.Second visit for a refill I needed them shorter and wanted a pretty nude. John was sick that day but the woman who helped me (Tammy I think was her name) did an incredible job as well and my nails turned out exactly as I had communicated.

Absolutely loved this place! They have my business from now on! Highly recommended!! Love coming here! My very first appointment, I asked for a guy named Benji and was told no one there named Benji. Recently on one of my appointments I asked the name of the guy that sits in the very back corner right in front of the sinks and the girl told me oh thats Benji. A little confused I must say. But I do love getting my nails done here and will always be a client!

ETA: just 24 hours after my manicure, I’ve had to remove the polish, cut down and file what is left of my finger nails and hope for the best.Super disappointed. Nothing about the pedicure and manicure was correct. The lengths are uneven and my nails were left rough; the tech cut into the cuticle on one of my toes; they did not use a foot file to properly remove dead skin and callouses; the polish job is poor and uneven. I asked the tech to neither cut my fingernails nor file them as the length and shape were good. Regrettably, she did not understand what I said and proceeded to file my fingernails straight across the top of the nail causing a rough edge and uneven shape. She also did not properly buff the nails so the shoddy polish job looks even worse. Moreover, instead of using a brush dipped in polish remover to clean up around the nail, the tech used her own nail to tidy the edges of the nail, which feels less sanitary to me. All in all, the tech seemed to be very inexperienced and the result was less than I hoped for. Will not return.

Noire the nail bar is my favorite nail place they do wat u asked and and they take their time to make sure everything come out perfect and ur satisfied.... If u ever get a chance to go get ur nails done go to Noire the nail bar ask for KIM and tell her TRINA send u 😁🥰😍😘

Nyguen had a disgusting attitude. Did not care to figure what exactly I needed and rolled his consistently a every request. Distasteful and I will never go back to him for a gel manicure. My pedicure on the other hand was wonderful but The attitude after with my manicure was unacceptable.

I travel weekly. Nails done somewhere different every ten days. This was the dirtiest, most unprofessional salon ever. I pucked blue for toes: they gave me purple and told me it was “the light” making them look purple. Nails are bumpy, lumpy and crookedI would never ever go here again! Stickons probably look better!

This is hands down the best salon in Lee county. I live in Bonita Springs & I drive up every two weeks for a fill and pedi. Super clean & professional. I am extremely particular about my nail shape and when I go to any other salon my nails start to lift. My nails always last when I do them here. Definitely give them a try, you won’t regret it.

I’m not one to complain EVER but i have been coming here regularly for over a year now and the last time i went, the nail tech was on his phone the whole time and didn’t care that the shape of my nails were all crooked and not done well at all. despite that time, i came back to give it another try and they had me waiting 45 minutes (was not busy whatsoever), no one telling me anything or how much longer i would be waiting so i walked out.

I love Noire Nail Bar Bell Tower. Ive been coming here since they opened. Everyone is so nice and they all do a great job. Don always makes my nails beautiful and Shayla and Tina give a great pedicure.

I have been going to Noire the Nail Bar for a couple of years now. Don is the best nail technician I have ever had! He is always friendly and gentle and his work is very precise. The facility is clean and always busy but accommodating. I would recommend Noire the Nail bar in Belle Tower shops, not to be confused with the other Noire on 6 Mile Cypress!

The level of care for customers here is terrible. I have been a customer here for over a year and while I liked my nail tech, the business operation is absolutely a mess. They always make mistakes on my appointments with no intent of rectifying their mistake, other than youll have to wait. Overalll mediocre service for a high price. There are plenty of other salons in the area that charge less and provide a higher level of service. Never returning.

I went with my family to get pedicures and the place was very clean. There wasnt a strong smell like some nail salons have. Tina did my pedicure and she was beyond amazing. My nail polish was perfect. She made sure my feet and toes were perfect!

Best nail salon in SWFL! All of the nail techs are talented in creating the most beautiful nails - as shown on their instagram. I have been going to Kim for 3 years and can’t go anywhere without getting a compliment on my nails. If I show her a picture, she can always give me the same designs, if not better. The entire staff is professional and friendly and the salon is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend!!!

A mani/pedi with one color polish took over two hours and a half hours. When removing the previous dip manicure my nails were ground down so thin that they started tearing towards the middle of the fingernail bed the day after my manicure at Noire. I have had to cut and file all of my nails in an effort to preserve what is left of my fingernails after they tear off. It has been two weeks and my nails continue to rip. I would not go back to this nail salon.

I came here, almost in tears from a terrible nail job I had done at profiles in Bonita springs. The nail bar took me immediately and told me how sorry they were for what I had experienced at the other salon. I am in awe of how well I was treated here. They were all so kind and treated me like a princess. Everyone wanted to know about the wedding and it was an all around wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place. They do amazing work.

Extremely disappointed no one listened to what I wanted. I asked for a full set and she was persistent that I couldn’t get a full set and just gel polish on my own nails. I even let her know that she wasn’t doing what I wanted. My nails look dumb, and I will be going somewhere else to get the full set that I asked for.

This was my first time visiting this nail salon (we were on vacation in the area). I called and they were able to get me in quickly, same day. Bee was my technician. She has a great eye for detail. One important note: she isnt much of a talker though so depending on your preference, you may want a different tech unless silence is your thing. I just wanted my nails done so it worked. If you have BDD (wide thumbnails) I highly recommend this nail salon.She also did my eyebrows and was quick. Average pricing for services based on what Im accustomed to. $55 nails and $10 brow waxing.

Customer service is very hit or miss here. I have many horror stories from this place, but Ill share the last time I went. Got a fill on my nails but wanted clear nails on two of them. The guy doing my nails said hed have to different tips on those nails. No problem. I also needed one fixed. These three different nails arent the same shape or thickness as the others. Also one cuticle was bleeding and I got yelled at for flinching. He also got up and left for 20 mins?? I just sat there. I was ranting to a friend and after describing this man she also had a bad experience and it caused her to find a new salon. I didnt get his name but he was covered in tattoos. I still go here because these nails stay the longest. Sidenote, the girl at the front desk (student at fsw) was amazing and doing a great job :)

SOME of the staff is friendly and their work is good. However, I have never been to a place where they screw up appointments repeatedly. I.make appointments ahead of time and for some unknown reason, I either wait or Ask if another technician can do my manicure. The last straw was I called before I went and was told that Bee is not working. No one called to let me.know. Therefore, I decided that this is not the place for me. They MUST improve their time management and attention to customer’s appointments.

5 star does not do this place justice. I have had bad luck with my nails all around Fort Myers and this place was my last resort. They are welcoming, friendly, and talkative. The place is beautiful and very clean. As for my nails I got a full set of French ombré dip powder and they couldn’t look better. From the shape to the thickness and design. Lori amazed me with her talent. I have officially found my go to nail bar. Anyone looking for a reasonably priced, beautiful, talented nail salon look no further. I’m not one to write reviews but I couldn’t not give this place the credit they deserve.

This is my go to every 3-4 weeks (that’s how awesome they are). I have the loyalty card and it’s nice to get $10 off now and then.I get the powder dip and gel on the toes with the island upgrade. Loan is my favorite- she knows my feet and always does an amazing job.A little more than some of the smaller shops but so worth it. Very clean and the massage chairs are really great. They have a customer for life.

Very expensive and unprofessional!!! I paid $120.00 for a fill and still had to go back the following day because they had forgotten to put gel coat on 2 nails. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ By the way, because of my honesty reply to a question that was asked about my nails on theirFB page, of how much, I recieved numerous of IG messages from the nail tech of how disappointed he was with me. All because I stated my honest opinion publicly of how much I was over charged and how the tech missed 2 nails of top coat. So according to the tech, I didnt VALUED his time etc.

9.3 - I called ahead and asked if I needed an appointment today. I was told to just walk in. I arrived at 5:10, they took me back for my pedicure at 5:50. I finished my pedicure at 6:35, they said 15 mins. At 7pm, still sitting waiting on my manicure fill. This is ridiculous. Just tell me you are too busy and short staffed, before I waste my whole time after work waiting around and wasting my time. Another girl had a 6pm appointment, and sat there until 6:50 until she decided to leave. Im only waiting because my fill is way overdue, and was really the main reason I came. Never again. Tell people you are too busy instead of having them come in. 4 stars because they are nice and attentive. They gave me 10% off for waiting so long. They are definitely a bit pricey, BUT theyre open longer hours.

The whole beginning and middle of my experience was great. Natalia did my feet so well and she was great to talk to since were the same age. However when I started to get my acrylic nails done with Cathy it was different since she was quieter which I dont mind. At the end after I changed how I wanted to do my nails and everything was finished I noticed she didnt clean the gel off my cuticles properly and my nails are a bit bumpy and bulky. My nails look rushed and I dont think I will let her do them again.

I went to get my acrylics off and they drilled my nails down and it was so bumpy and I asked if they can fix them and they had to bring someone else and the tiles of my nails were filled but the other end of my nail was acrylic and when I got home I saw some pieces of acrylic was at the sides of my nail still.

Terrible experience, came in as a first time customer, showed them a picture of what I wanted done and they kept making excuses every step of the way as to why they couldn’t do the work or color. They have amazing pictures on their website but seem to be inexperienced in person. When I looked online I didn’t mind having to pay the extra money to come here but definitely not worth it, beware. Definitely not a relaxing experience. Left upset, will not be back there.

Made appointments for 6 and sat there till 6:35. On top of that, $50 for a gel pedicure?????? was told $35 but then it changed to “$20 charge for french pedicure” at the receptionist desk. makes no sense. the man who did my pedicure did a good job though.won’t be returning

Realized my last review was for the wrong Noire ☺️.I have a regular appointment with Loân and she’s magical. I do the island pedicure with gels and the powder on the nails. This lasts me a solid 3 weeks (were it not for my nails growing like weeds...).I send her or tell her my color scheme and she always does something beyond my imagination. Not to mention she also does great brow waxing. Highly recommend making an appointment as this place can get busy even in the off season.Lastly, join the noire club and you get $10 off for every $200 you spend...(it’s easy to do but totally worth it).

Asked for a mani pedi and it says 40.00 in brochure on the desk and proceeded to get my feet done was asked if i wanted scrub on my feet as i normally do at any salon included in the price was shocked when i went to pay was told 40.00 for my feet and 39.00 for my hands was told 79.00 after all said and done i questioned jessica at the desk and was told the employees make up the prices so i said y have a brochure if its not right so a woman came from the back with a plastic sized sheet describing the different types of scrubs with added prices was never told it would be higher to scrub my feet, as ive been alot of places and even had hot rocks at other places and im told upfront the cost

I got a mani/pedi here the other day. They provided excellent professional service. All of their staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the only nail salon in Ft. Myers I actually want to go back to after getting my nails done. I will ONLY be using this nail salon in the future. Used to go here all the time, went to get a new set and they started falling off before a week. When I went back asking to get them fixed or take them off and refund me the money they where rude and laughed in my face. I referred so many people to them too, certain people are amazing but I can not believe how disrespectful and rude they where to me after being a loyal customer for so long. I was gifting my friends bridal party mani and pedi, I work in the same plaza we give them so much business I am just shocked at the disrespect.

Beautiful place, clean and sparkly. We were able to reserve 4 pedis together and enjoyed complimentary wine and the message chairs. Loved that theyre currently offering 20%off for their grand opening. The basic pedi starts at $30. Very friendly service.

I was not super thrilled with my mani. My Pedi was amazing! I got my fingers dipped and regretted it. They were thick like acrylic, and super cumbersome. I should’ve stuck with the shellac that I originally requested. I called ahead and didn’t have to wait. Super nice people.
