I went in for a acrylic removal. What happened next was horrific I’ll just let the pictures speak for itself. Will never go there again and will absolutely tell others to not waste their money there. This was the laziest service I’ve ever had hands-down. I’ve never had my nails removed the way they were doing it. When I told him not to remove it with another acrylic nail by just ripping them off. He said it was the easiest way even though it was hurting me and super uncomfortable. After three nails of him removing it in that process I told him to stop and that I wanted them soaked off. He then told me it was going to take an hour and poured a bowl of acetone for me to soak my entire hands in. This service was trash straight up while I sat there breathing in the fumes he then proceeded to go and sit on the couch. After sitting there for 10 min I got up and explained it was lazy and unprofessional. If I could do a 0 star I would!

I went in today to get acrylics and pedicure, I told the woman regular polish. Twice. She cut my hand and there’s glue all over my hands. I asked her to get the acrylic out from under my nails and she said “okay” and then filed the top of my nails. She refused to actually listen to me. Then as I was leaving, I’m charged $83 and I asked him why and he said “you got gel nails” and I said “I told her twice, regular polish” and she shrugged and said “oh I guess miscommunication” are you serious? Never coming here again. Then when I told them that I shouldn’t be charged for gel, they wanted to take them completely off and redo it.

Great Experience Today! I just moved to the Fort Myers area and needed to find a nail salon. I walked into Majestic Nails Salon, which did have a 30min wait which was fine as a walk-in on a Saturday! Ran some errands and they promptly sat my husband and I upon our return, 30 min later just like they promised. I was assigned Linda and she went above and beyond to do exactly what I asked for. I needed a fill-in and I wanted to change my nail shape as well as do ombré nail! I showed her a pic and I didn’t need to say anymore - She new exactly what to do! She was very professional, nice, explained everything she was doing, and gave me the most beautiful nails! I have to do a video shoot on Monday and I feel so confident thanks to Linda! I will absolutely be a returning customer and will plan to make appointments with Linda EVERYTIME! Thanks Linda and Majestic Nails for taking great care of me! Lisa

Tee always does an incredible JOB on my nails. Rather it’s acrylic nails or my natural nails. I’ll show her a picture and she will get to work. I’ve never left unhappy if you need a nail tech ask for Tee won’t regret it.

I went in for a pedicure and dip manicure. After 5 days my dip started to chip! So I went back they said they would fix the chipped ones but wanted to cut them so all my nails would be uneven, I asked if I could redo them and pay the difference I was told no I had to lay full price! I would of been happy even if they took 10$ off. They make all these money and can’t satisfy their customers I will never go back.

Service was ok, just took awhile to receive our manicure and pedicure. We called and scheduled an appointment when opened and still had to wait.

I just got the worst manicure of my life. And that says a lot considering I let my boyfriend do my nails. And he does a BETTER job! I literally just went in for a flat out manicure, they missed spots on my nails, it’s clumpy, they got polish on my hands and didn’t wipe it off, and it’s thin in one place and super thick the next. I wanted a refund right then and there but I was with a kid so I couldn’t say so in front of her. I wish I could post a picture because these look TERRIBLE!!!

Tee is my regular nail tech. She always does a great job on my nails/feet as well as my daughters. I love coming here she always meets my expectations on new nail designs. Staff is friendly and salon is clean love the pedicure chairs bonus that it has a usb connection to charge my phone.

Needs to be dusted, the pedicure area was pretty bad. The technician was great and made me feel comfortable.

I will not be going back. The owner of the shop was out on vacation and I know if she was there my service would have been more than exceptional. I was in the shop way before 7:00p.m I got to the shop around 5:30p.m. Had to wait 45mins to be serviced for an full set &’ pedicure as soon as I sat down for my pedicure they told me they will be closing at 7:00 so they won’t be able to do my nails because they’re nail techs were all off mind you there were at least 10 of them still there. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!

My wife visited the store and received service so terrible it left her in tears. It took me showing up before they would give her back her money. She was yelled at and treated horribly. The scene I caused was me showing up and telling you to give the money back as requested and we left. Been here a few times for a basic pedicure, price was decent and I walked out of there with my feet feeling soft and clean. Tried the deluxe pedicure my last visit which included extra foot/leg scrubs, hot (warm) rocks, and paraffin. I can’t say it was personally worth it for me, I almost prefer the basic as a man. I do have to say none of their techniques for cutting/cleaning has ever caused injury or pain of my feet. My significant other regularly schedules with Van, he is particular and does a great job on her gel nails.

Nails is the only thing you can get into SHAPE without doing EXERCISES.

Hellen did my nails and feet fixed my ingrown toe nail and explained how to treat it next time. My experience here has always been great... never will i go anywhere else

I come here about once a month. I have tried a few other places but i always find myself back here. The staff is so friendly and sweet. They have soda, water and other refreshment such as wine which is a very nice touch of customer service. very clean and wax is always at perfect temp. Its a bit pricier than some other local spots but to me its worth it.

No wheelchair pedicure tubs . Would not do my pedicure..

I have been coming here for a while. Always satisfied. Today I came in and was told my full set would be $50. ($30 last time). I knew they would be a little more due to taking the old ones off, but I was charged $60. Was told I heard wrong. Not happy.

I’ve gone to quite a few nail places locally, but I always seem to come back to Majestic. The staff is friendly and they’re super quick. They do try to up sell as you’re getting your nails done (depending on the service), but I don’t find them to be overly pushy about it like some other places. I’ve loved the result each time and plan to go back!

I dont really get the bad reviews to be honest. Ive been going for almost a year for pedicures and I love them. Good service theyre really nice always offering water or soda, I see some people having wine for gods sake. My feet always feel good when I leave. If I had to pick on something I guess it would be price? But no really this place is good I dont get the bad ratings at all.

I almost didn’t come, because the reviews were so bad. The lady next-door at rack room shoes says she goes there all the time and she told me Van does her nails. She also said Tom is good. So, I went and Van did my nails and he did a great job! The lady sitting next to me uses Tina. She says she’s comes every 2 to 3 weeks. All the customers that were there seem happy and satisfied. Customer service was awesome to me. The young man at the front was very pleasant and happy. Van will be my new nail tech :) if you read this and go and have a good experience please leave a comment. Hellen is the nail tech that did my nails, she was beyond professional. She was very sweet and took amazing care of my nails. What I like most is she took her time to do a good job, which ending up my nails looking fantastic. This is definitely my new nail shop.

Took my ex girlfriend here once, she said she liked them and they did do good work with her nails and with coloring them with specific detail. Admittedly this was a new place for us so we werent sure but we left happy with the job done and while she get her nails painted I did some shopping at the other stores. The staff was friendly and very good at their jobs.

New in town and looking for a great place for dipping powder. THIS IS NOT IT!The technician was not gentle by any means and kept walking away. I felt like I was a burden to him. I was left for 20 minutes one of the times he walked away.My nails were not shaped as I requested and a gel clear coat was used on top of the dipping powder.

This place is so nice and elegant, I’ve never seen something so nice like this place. The person benji did my nails and just did everything so perfect! And everybody that works there are so nice and pleasant I will be coming back more and you guys should try it too

I come to the salon during the winter months when we are here for the season. I’ve always had Kelsey, who gave the best pedicure I’ve ever had. But she is no longer there, so I’m not sure who to ask for. Does anyone know where Kelsey moved to? If not who do you recommend at Majestic for attention to detail on cuticles?

I had been going here for the last few years and have never had an issue with my nails or the service I’ve received. I would recommend making appointments rather than walking in because they’re usually pretty busy. I used to go to T, but she went back to school and then I went to Lee-Lee or Kelsey. Both are very good! The prices are very fair and they do a great job. I’d pay about $50-$55 for a shellac manicure and a regular spa pedicure. I’ve recently moved to a different state (Montana) and have been here 6 months and haven’t found a salon or anyone who comes close to the service I received during my time at Majestic!

It was my first time going there and it was FANTASTIC 🌟 I got dip powder mani and gel polish pedi. I went on a Sunday afternoon and I didn’t wait more than 5 minutes. Linda was amazing 💯 Very patient and gentle with my nails. She answered my questions and didn’t seem bothered by it. I would definitely recommend this Nail Salon.

Im surprised by the negative reviews. I just took my mom here for Mani/pedis as a birthday treat and had Benji as my technician. I thought the atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff was friendly. Benji was gentle and worked at a nice pace, quick but not rushed. I got a dip powder french mani and and already got a compliment from a co-worker. The prices seemed fair to me considering how long it would take me to try to achieve the same look, how much longer the results will last, and the quality of the work itself. I walked away happy, and plan to go back! 😊

I was going to this nail salon for a few months. I never had an issue with the 2 male technicians. They did great work. Very nice. Went in for a new full set and was told by young man that one of the women would accomodate me.i picked my color. Woman made a comment to other girl and laughed. I looked at her. Then sat down. Other girl looked at my nails as I was explaining what I wanted. She said I didnt need new set but I explained thats what I would like. She said she could not do coffin style nails.i asked if anyone was there who could.i finally just gave up and walked out. Needless to say I wont be going back here. The 2 chatty women need to reevaluate their customer service skills. I would never treat a customer that way, blatantly talking about customers in their face & inability to provide services. Another customer lost..goodbye!

Worst experience Ive had yet. I love the location so i have been several times. This last time will be my last. My technician made 4 of my fingers bleed while cutting the cuticles too far and one finger took 2 weeks to heal. And when I was in such pain and asked for a discount or what can be done she said no, Im sorry and then told me she was so sorry and very scared. I feel bad that she may have thought shed get fired but it is not sanitary to make clients bleed and feel as though you cant tell management when things go wrong. I wonder what else goes on there and stays on the hush hush? I also didnt find it to be clean. When I got my eyebrows waxed they didnt have a clean head rest. I also believe they were checking each others heads for head lice outside on their breaks. Im totally grossed out now and will not be back.

My mother took myself and my daughter(10) to get our toes done. It was the first time Id been there and last time I will ever go there. When we got there the staff wasnt friendly at all. We asked to have our toes done at the same time. They started my moms toes 15mins after myself and daughter got started. On top of that. The place was nasty dirty! And if your not worried about catching something, youll be afraid of being shot! Very ghetto! Then when I was waiting for my mom to get her toes finished up. I was sitting in the chair next to her. When I was told to move to the front of the store because they needed the pedicure chair. Although the entire time we was there, there was other women not even getting their toes done sitting in the other pedicure chairs. One of which was a child size pedicure chairs. When my mom paid no one said thank you please come again.

All of the employees are extremely nice they do terrific work they pamper you and anything you need you can ask for and they make sure you are taken care of immediately and also its always nice to have a glass of wine while you get pampered so I definitely have Majestic for the second time 5 stars.

I had the elder gentlemen do my pedi. It was aweful, he was very rough on my feet, he made me bleed on both feet. I had multiple sores. I was in pain for weeks. I didnt complain because my daughter brought me there and I didnt want to complain. Very disappointing!

The nail polishes are old and goopy, and theres not much of a selection. My technician kept checking her phone the whole time (she has a nose ring and a tattoo on her left collar bone). She also came very close to cutting me a couple times with the cuticle cutters. They were in a rush and just unprofessional. The only good thing about this place is that its close by and the spa-like atmosphere.

Just went there and had the worst experience ever in customer service. They really dont care about you. You get that feeling as you soon as you sit down. The lady was extremely anti social and had a serious look on her face the whole time. When I asked her a question on nail care, she answered in a very rough tone as if I asked a dumb question. Im just truly overally disappointed in this nail salon. Its in a such great prime location too. I will never return there and hope they change their attitude and the way of conducting business if they hope to remain as a longevity business in the community.

Went in Friday 2/8 for a deluxe pedicure and will not return! Tech was horrible with file/buffing breaking the skin in more than one place. It seriously looks like a 5 year old painted my toes. So uneven and just a horrible job. $55 wasted. Will NOT recommend or return!

I never go into a nail salon expecting fantastic service but I expect some sort of professionalism, timely service if an appointment has been made and relatively friendly staff. Unfortunately this nail salon falls short in every capacity. It was one of the rudest and unprofessional establishment that I think I’ve ever been unfortunate enough to walk in to. There are way too many options out there, do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

Just moved to the area and needed a new nails shop and Majestic was the closest. Unfortunately I came on the wrong day cuz it was super busy the wait time for mani and pedi was 45 minutes. It was worth the wait though cuz the person who did my hands and feet did a good job. Super friendly!! Also I gotta say the receptionist girl in the front is really good at her job. The place was so busy today but she could manage everything. I was reluctant to come at first because of the reviews but you gotta ignore them. The people here know what they’re doing and they do a nice job. I will be back!!!

I came to get a pedi & a full set. The person who did mine wasn’t very friendly at all & he cut both my big toes and several fingers. My nails are uneven, he left polish on my skin, and I paid more than I’ve ever paid at a nail salon. $30 upcharge for gel on my nails and toes. Will not be coming back and I’ll make sure my friends don’t either.

I had an appointment with vivian..the MOST RUDE PERSON THAT I EVER MEET. As soon I sit down she asked me in the most rude way..what do you want?..before say hello or anything ..after that she ask me why I ask for her..when I try to explain, she start talking with next door coworket in vietnamese that of course I cannot understand .Then she start increasing her rude attitude and told me that if I dont like her I can leave and do my nails with somebody else.NEVER AGAIN WITH HER..RUDE..RUDE..RUDE..UNPROFESSIONAL.. 100%.WILL NEVER RECOMMENDED TO ANYBODY!!!

Great service great job Thi and Lily are great my nails look like they were just done two weeks later. My daughter always comes with me she is autistic and everyone there is just wonderful with her.

Omg Idk why I continue to come here. But once again I came and was very disappointed. I asked to have my acrylics soaked off and get an over lay on my real nails. Well lets say they drilled my nails down so much that they were so raw. I told the tech to stop and a few times after he continued to file them. I told him I wanted a coffin shape and he filed them into a almond shape. Then after several times of explaining what kind of Polish I wanted, which was a simple sliver glitter. He insisted on some other color I wasnt interested in, like wth? Over all was not worth $35. Polish was clumpy and not at all what I wanted. My nails came out not at all nice FMLSo I went back the next day and asked the same nail tech to fix my nails. He replied to me but I have no idea what he said, then he said something about my Polish and still wasnt clear to me what he was trying to say, then he said he wanted me to come back in 2 hours to fix them.
