Ive been going to Professionails for years now and I cant imagine going anywhere else! Kim does my nails each time and produces the best quality nails and they last me a full 3 weeks. Everyone here is super cool and chill and I always have a good time when Im here. Ive seen what the other techs do and they are truly talented!

I went here for the first time last week to get dip on my nails. I typically go somewhere else, but the were completely booked for the weekend and ProfessioNAILS was able to get me in right away on Saturday. The people were very nice and the salon looked nice so I was impressed that they werent busier for a Saturday. Once my nails were done I didnt love the way they looked but I didnt mind because I was just happy to have them done. A week later and 4 of my nails have cracked in half and they look like they are 3-4 weeks old. I typically can go 3-4 weeks in between appointments and I have never had my nails break. I am so embarrassed that I paid $40 dollars for this and that is not including tip. I have never had my nails look so bad a week after leaving the salon I am so frustrated. I typically dont leave reviews, but I would not recommend going here if you would like a dip manicure.

They’ve always taken me even times I’ve made day of, last minute appointments. Each tech is different but none of them are bad. Became very comfortable with them and miss this salon. Kim is amazing with nail art and recreating pictures you show her of what you want.

At my wifes urging I received my first pedicure. Wow! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be a regular customer. I highly recommend you make an appointment.

I came here yesterday in hopes of getting a nice full set for V-day. I had called before to see if they could do a tapered squared shape and the young lady said yes. I came to my appointment and the woman who did my nails was so nice but my nails were terrible and they hurt. I asked it fix it a few times and she tried but they were too bad to fix. While doing my toes i asked the manager if I could just get a solid color instead of the French tips. She ended ou fixing them and I was satisfied but it’s definitely not what I asked for. *pictures provided*

I stopped here as it was on my route from work. I’m glad I did, I got a quality gel manicure, and they have found themselves a long time client. Only reason this is not 5 stars is my cuticles weren’t pushed back, but my nails and hands look great.

If I could give zero stars... I got my nails done here a week ago today and this is what they look like. I made an appointment, so they knew I was coming, but the person who did my nails was completely rushing because they were closing in 2 hours. He even said he wanted to go home and made jokes about hating work. Everyone was really nice, but the quality of these nails is terrible. The end of my thumb chipped off 2 days after getting them and now theyre starting to all come off. Dont spend your money here.

This was my first time coming to ProfessioNAILS. It is immaculate and clean. Lindsey did an amazing job on my pedicure, and I will be going back soon for a manicure. This will most definitely be my Mani/Pedi salon going forward! Prices are VERY reasonable too.

I love going to ProfessioNAILS!! Jimmy and Kimmy are so nice. Jimmy is hilarious. If you have any special designs in mind kimmy always is the go to talk about it so she can figure it out. When you leave there you’ll be happy and feel like your family.

I have been a client at ProfessioNAILS for a year and a half and I LOVE IT! All of the staff are always welcoming and friendly and Donte never lets me down with his work! He’s very creative and does an awesome job on my acrylic nails with gel polish! Best nail salon in SWFL!

Jimmy stayed late just to fix my nails another salon destroyed. I walked in walked in with clunky short fat nails and walked out with perfectly shaped natural looking nails. Never going anywhere else for convince. I will happily drive 25 minutes out of the way for his quality work.

One word that sums up my experience at ProfessioNails - AWESOME!! The salon is clean and without the strong smell of chemicals that normally greets you upon entering most nail salons. Staff members are all friendly. I had a manicure and pedicure done by Michelle. I have finally found a salon that I feel comfortable going to. Definitely going back.

They deffinetly have good prices and they are good at what they do. However, a few of the workers are very rude and condescending. The guys who work there are very nice and good at what they do. Especially Antonio. They do nails, hair cuts, styling, and eyebrow waxing. I can personally say I love the way they wax brows and I dont trust anyone else because Ive had bad experiences.

I cant believe I am the first to post a review for this business ! I have to say, I had the best experience here . First off the staff is very friendly, funny and lively! There all around my age, all from different places, up to date with the latest going on .And the salon is so big, one side is chemical free which I think is huge nowadays with all the different issues people have . The prices are great and they have Ladies day on Mondays so the have snacks and mimosas. There Massage therapist is affordable and she seemed very busy while i was there The best Part is .... My nails looked amazing ! They have so much to choose from in designs, styles and colors . I recently found this place and I will be letting everyone know to check it out ..

They did a horrible job and wouldnt even try to make it better. They tried to double charge on their mistake. If its your first time dont go here. They only favor their friends. Waist of $55 and I didnt even get acrylic. Ruined my nails.

I get my fill done here every few weeks and everyone who works here is AMAZING! Ive been going here for almost a year now, and I have never been disappointed in how my nails look when I leave. The wait time with an appointment is minimal and they are able to give a good quality job without keeping you at the salon too long. All the employees are very friendly and make you feel at home.They are definitely the best nail salon in all of Ft. Myers and they arent very expensive either. I highly recommend Professionails!

Disrespectful!! They all were making jokes about gay and trans people, and how they dont want to work with anyone trans. I cant believe they were all laughing about one of their customers in front of me. I will never go back because I dont not support cruel behavior from a professional establishment. If you believe in equal rights I recommend you to find somewhere else to get your nails done.

This is a beautiful shop with beautiful people - Everyone was polite and extremely friendly - I thought the fact that they have a side where you dont smell any of the nail chemicals was different and I was amazed to learn that they have multiple services from massages, hair service, eyelashes, and tattoos!!! - Yesterday I got a tattoo - Today I got a pedi and fill - Maybe tomorrow Ill return to get my hair done!!!! This is definitely a ONE-STOP-SHOP!! Shout out to my Nail Tech Donte who nailed my tattoo, stiletto nails and pedicure and shout out to the owners Jimmy and his wife who were very welcoming - I wish they had more shops like this in Texas - Overall Id give this establishment 10 stars if I could - Thanks everyone ! ! ! ! !

Ive tried Diva, Care, Majestic, Luxury Spa- pretty much any place around Ft Myers that you can think of, and this salon is BY FAR my favorite. Amazing work, friendly staff, reasonable pricing. They have their salon separated into two sides- one for refused manis and pedis, and the other for hair and acrylics. This is great for people like my mom who have sensitivities to the acrylic chemicals. I arrived about 20 minutes before they opened and they let me in anyways and sat me down immediately. I showed them one picture of a pretty intricate stripe design and it was no problem for them. I was in and out in an hour. Definitely coming back!!

UN-professionails!!!! i put 1 star because there wasn’t an option to put 0. The first time i went to professionails cassie or kassie was my manicurist and i got my nails done and i told her that one of the nails were lifted and she said it didn’t matter when i went back 15 days later the nail had mold and i showed her and she had to remove the whole nail. This time i went with a Chinese lady (i don’t know her name) but all the workers called her “mom” i explained what i wanted and and i told her to to put a mold preventive liquid on the nail when she did my new set and she said that they don’t put that liquid there. She cut my cuticle on three different nails she left air bubbles and you could see the tip that she put on through the acrylic with out mentioning that the methods that she used were very old because she was using a cuticle cutter and a plastic nail tip to ‘pop’ of the nail and i was telling her that i felt pain the whole time.p.s: i took a lot of photos but i don’t know how to post it on here....i couldn’t add the photos to this review but the photos are added to their page mine is the one with the red marks on the mistakes!!!!

Great place, except the young 18 year old. Worst pedicure Ive ever had. Her attention was on another planet and didnt even trim my toenails.Wont be returning

I go to ProfessioNAILS for a fill on my nails and absolutely love it! They do amazing work and are hilarious! They keep you plenty entertained and have good deals. There are specials for mani and pedis as well as student discounts and paying in cash discounts. I wont ever go to somewhere else!

I searched nearby nail salons and this place seemed to be great since it does have almost 5 stars. Does not even deserve a star. I walked in and wasn’t even greeted. The techs looked at me like I had ten heads when I was walked in. I wasn’t even asked what I needed. I insisted on what i obviously came in for.... I was only asked if I had an appt and when I answered no... they looked at me with disgust. A woman came in for mani and pedi, the tech didn’t even use brand new tools, she grabbed the same ones that my lady used on me. Massage was horrible... my lady didn’t even cut my cuticles correctly or clean my toes. I’m from Miami and most Deff don’t get treated like this back home.

The staff & service used to be great, this new crew is very unprofessional & rude. Jimmy & Kim are the only ones worth seeing but honestly they are not as professional as they used to be. The young African American girl who works there has the worst attitude & is very smug. As a client coming in to have a service provided I dont need to spend my time that I could be decompressing with some insecure little girl with poor work ethic. I was charged $80 for a full set of acrylic nails & gel polish. No design....basic nails with a horrible paint job, crooked fingernails, & poorly filed. When I questioned the price she was very defensive & rolling her eyes raising her voice. I thought to myself that ripping people off was the only way she would ever earn money because shes horrible at what she does. I tipped her a more than generous amount & she was shocked. She was too dumb to realize I was showing her that she lost a client who would tip her every week this way & I was hoping she would use the money to invest in some makeup or decent hair to improve her appearance.Anyways, my nails fell off after a couple of days so I went back hoping to show her, unfortunately she wasnt there & I had to deal with some other unprofessional insecure little girl who told me about their satisfaction guaranteed program but still charged me for a new full set even though I showed her my receipt to prove I was just there. Her reason: Apparently the client has to mention the guarantee. When I told her I did she said No you were complaining, I told you.... So I was stuck paying for a full set again....which fell apart after a few days too.I really hope the bad business catches up to them.

I went here today for a pedicure and a lip wax, the pedicure was ok however the lip wax tore off some of my skin and left burn marks. Initially i thought this was just the temporary redness that typically disappears in a few minutes, but it has been hours and it is still burning and I had to apply neosporin. I have had my lip waxed numerous times in my life and this has never happened before. I am very upset about this and embarrassed.

I did not like it, maybe not all the staff worked that way but the girl that they called to see me I told her I wanted gel nails she said perfect and then hands to work, I even showed her a photo to make it easier idea and she said yes ...I did not like it because the product was stuck in my cuticle if I had not done that, it would have been my disappointment and I gave it 3 stars but maybe the girl was new ..Here I leave a photo so you can see how the product was stuck on the skin ...I repeat, I do not think everyone works that way.I do not know everyone will judge according to their experience in the place 😊😊😊😊
