I went in hoping for a relaxing pedicure and got the opposite of that. The man that gave me my pedicure was very unprofessional and unclean. He ran his hands through his hair multiple times during my pedicure as well as touched his dog and pet his dog in the middle of my pedicure because he was barking loudly. (Very unsanitary) I was never asked what pedicure I want or what I want done other than the color of my toes. The AC was also out which made everything worse. Will not be going back.

I went with my mother it was my first time getting my feet done and it was an amazing experience

Charged me to remove polish from my toes and fingers even though I was getting a dip powder and gel on my toes. She did a lousy job. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and acted like she was doing me a favor...AnD even though I dont speak the language it is so disgusting how they talk about customers. I EOULD NOT RECOMMEND THJS PLACE .ugggh

Bought a house in the Riverdale /Alva area May 2019. Was certain I would have to go to a few nail salons to find a good one. I was lucky! Went here and had my nails and fills done for almost 2 years, 120% satisfied! For the last year plus I now have my favorite Kathy that I now see regularly but in the beginning and when she was not available Ive had others. All have been great! I am here every 3-4 weeks and see nothing but smiling clientel.

Not particularly friendly. I went there about 6 years ago and they were not at all friendly or welcoming. Decided to give them another chance since they are so close. Looked marginally clean, one tech was sleeping in a pedicure chair, another lounging on a bench. I asked about masks, she said they wore them. Well the man that did my nails put on a mask that had to be months old. You could see through it and it looked filthy. Well shame on me, as I should have walked out right then. Ashamed that I didn’t. Won’t be going back again, nor recommend it. Just not a place that seemed to want my business.

The BEST foot/ calf massage I have EVER had in my life. (can not remember his name but the older gentleman there did both services for me). Pedicure was so relaxing, he took his time was very thorough. My nails on my hands and feet look amazing. I will absolutely be back.

I wouldnt use this place. I had a pedicure done and when I went home my dog stepped on my foot and all the polish came off my big toe. I went back to ask if they would fix my it. The guy said he would have to charge me 10.00 for polish change. I thought that was very rude . I had just left 25 minutes ago. I stayed under the dryer/ light to dry my toes for 15 minutes . I think they should have redone it for free.

As soon as we walked in, one of their employees was sleeping on the bench by the front door with her dog. The place was dirty, and everyone was Rude. I went there with my mother and the guy doing her toes was being extremely rough with her so we ended up leaving during the pedicure. I will continue to drive an extra 30 minutes to go to a proper salon. Definitely do not recommend this place!

I always go to A1Nails. They do a great job on both mani’s ~gel or regular polish, as well as pedi’s. Very reasonably priced too!

My go to salon for about a decade now. Great family owned business. They are always very kind, welcoming, and professional.

I have given this place so many chances and Ive never gotten what I wanted or asked for. Each service is more expensive than the last, takes longer and looks less and less appealing.(Not really a service issue) but additionally, this place is very dirty. The stations do not feel or appear to be properly wiped down, the towels have a terrible odor, dust covers all surfaces and the armrests are ripped/covered in tape.Something that may be out of their control is they never play any music so its a bit of an awkward atmosphere. On the few occasions that they attempt to play music there is always some type of connection issue so the television freezes continuously.The only thing positive about this place is Ive never really had to wait too long before being seen; however, back to my original complaint, the service itself (to my experience) has been very long, 1.5 - 2 hours just for a fill.As much as I would love to continue giving this place more chances, I wont. I cant waste anymore money here.

When I got home and was able to look at my nails, with my cheater glasses, I realized the work was subpar. The older gentleman was nice but I have acrylic and polish on my cuticles and the sides of my nails. I have been trying to locate a good, clean nail salon in this area for a while.So wish the nail shops would focus more on quality than speed.

Like Most Salon there always be a Little Waiting time for Service! but been over a Year now Always Happy was my Service.

The nail tools werent sterile, it took forever to get my gel polish off and the polish wasnt done well. All for more money than Ive spent elsewhere in the same area. Wont be going back.
