Someone cancelled and we were lucky enough to get squeezed in! Our first time.to this location. They did not disappoint. So welcoming. So clean AND OUR NAILS ARE AMAZING! I got a regular manicure and my polish still looks perfect after 4 days and that NEVER happens! Friendly staff and very clean. Im definitely coming back :-)

My daughter and I went in today for a pedicure and manicure to start off our vacation and I am so glad we did! We are from Michigan and Ive been to tons of salons there and only one compares to the quality and service City Nail Salon gave us today.My lady whos name tag said Lilly (probably not her real name) was a pure sweetheart and was amazing at her job! My toes and feet look great! The massage chair was wonderful and she was pretty comparable with her hands on my legs and feet. My daughter really liked her lady too and her nails look great. Not too hard though, because she has beautiful hands and natural nails to start with anyway😉. The lady even commented on how pretty her hands were. Hands and toes down this place is a great asset to the community. Lucky ladies in Florida, no fair!!If youre on vacation and have no idea where to go when youre in town this is it, so look no further!!

I went here today and showed them a picture of what I had wanted and they went above and beyond for my services! I highly recommend asking for Kevin he was so friendly and nice and even gave more suggestions for how to make the design even better!!

Always have liked getting pampered. They are clean and very good at taking care of your needs. They took there time and really was worth the price which was average price for what we got but the service was 100%. Best salon I have ever been to hands down!!!!

I absolutely love this place! The lady who did my feet took her time even though it was getting close to closing time. She did an absolute amazing job. Great experience, will definitely be back soon!

They recently got new chairs, one of those includes a child size chair! My four year old had a blast! The salon is very clean and the people there are very professional. They greet me and sat me down within 5 min. I will be coming back for sure.

Got a manicure and pedicure done today. I walked in as a new customer at 1pm on a Monday (today) and they were very busy so I set an appointment for 4:15. I came back in at 4 and barely got to look at any colors and I got called back to chair. I had Lily working on my pedicure and Tony on my manicure. I found a color and what a great job they both did. I will definitely go back and will be happy to have either as my nail tech again! Thank you so much! I think you are my new nail place!!! 😁💅❤️

I really like going here for pedicures. The massage chairs are so relaxing, you are offered something to drink like water, soda or wine, all the ladies who work there are friendly and dont rush you. Nice relaxing music and big tv.s.Prices are fair. They just put in a new computer system to check-in yourself that is very cool. Thank you for a great experience!

Friendly staff, clean salon, great service at a great price. I just got a simple gel polish and it was exactly what I wanted, no fuss and done quickly (and done right!).

Awesome place! I got right in and the atmosphere here was great. They all had great attitudes and were super friendly. My tech Whitney was really sweet & gave me an amazing calf massage. The other ladies, Jo Jo and Gigi, were also sociable and funny. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been going here for years with my mom. My mom gets gel nails and reg pedicure with Kathleen. She is wonderful very personable and kind, tome and time again. My mom is always 100% satisfied. I got dip nails for the first time with Tina. She was amazing. My nails look great and Tina went above and beyond to make sure my nails were perfect. I always look forward to getting pampered at city nails.

I went in they tell me 20-25 min wait. Im only waiting. Waiting patiently. They take in couple that comes in after me. Get them drinks have them sit for pedicures. Still waiting. 3rd person comes in sits down. They finally take me to pedicure chair. No water being set or filling up tub insit there for 10 min people just walking by and then someone comes out of back goes up front takes the 3rd person walked in after me they have her sit for pedicure water on get her all set. Im still there with NOTHING. I walked out and wont be back.

Gigi is great and the products are hypo allergenic; all the other salons made my hands itch.

JoJo is awesome.

I come here frequently. I used to just come and get my nails done by whoever was available but now since Ive been taken care of by Jojo, i will only get my nails done by her. She does a fantastic job, is very gentle, gives great hand massages when shes done doing nails and shes very social and a great stylist. I recommend Jojo!

I called ahead to see what time the Salon close. I was told 7:30 PM. When I arrived I was refused service. However, the Salon doors were open 🤔 I will never go back!!!

Gigi and Andy were absolutely amazing! First, Gigi took so much time and care with these toes and I so appreciate it! I wanted a gel overlay for my nails and Andy suggested the dipping powder with color and I love it. Relaxing atmosphere and Ill definitely be back.

I normally do not do reviews but every time i look at my nails i get more angry. i asked for simple pink and white. they are a mess and there is so much product on my skin that it looks like my fingers are peeling. if i could give zero stars i would.

Well I have been there 3 times, this place is close to my work so I went in about 2:30 they were not busy but they stuck me with a guy who clearly didnt know how to do a pedicure. I have paint all over my the sides of my toes and where he tried to take it off with nail polish remover my skin is just stained. I have sharp edges on my toenails that didnt get filled down properly. I did say something and they sent him back to fix my big toe that he missed painting on one side. he put about 5 layers of clear polish over the color and it has bubbled up. Not sure what his deal was but he was painting the foam toe separator with clear as well. I had asked him how much it was and he told me $25, I handed him $40 and he came back asking me if I wanted to give him a tip & I said yes and he had a $5 dollar bill in one hand and $10 dollars in the other and he handed me the $5 back. i said i thought this was $25 and he said oh no, $35 and walked off. I left i was so mad! Never again and i still need to get another pedicure, thanks for nothing!

The reviews do not match the service, the person that did my nails was in a mood the whole time. I still have the same polish from before on my nail. Never again.

Very very nice workers, and I had a great experience here I got a pedicure and a full set. Both came out great although my acrylics had a couple of mishapes and one was a little crooked but you cant notice and they still look amazing!

I used to love to go there and get my nails done but this experience i’m just so upset that i spent so much to get my nails done and i want to cry about them i went in with square acrylics and i walked out with these pointy coffin nails that is not what i wanted at all i want it to be filed on a little bit now i look like i have bear claws, then when i asked if she had any gray gel polish she kept showing me red nail polish i was very lost on that and i had to just pick a random ugly color because i felt rushed and i didn’t have time to choose another color and i didn’t say anything because i felt if i did i would be rude. so now i have ugly nails for two weeks don’t think i want to go back.

These guys are great. High end spa-like service for very cometitive prices. Service is excellent.Much, much, much better than previous owner.

Just left this location. I have been having my nails done for going on 30 years and this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Requested my nails trimmed half the length they were. First nail cut shorter so to keep things even, had to allow the rest cut shorter than I wanted. I was getting the powder dip. Only 2 coats were applied and so I requested a couple more since I use my hands a lot as I am a server. Was told that was too many. Excuse me. Im paying the bill here and know what my nails need. My nails were never buffed and have waves all throughout. I like my nails rounded. They are lopsided. I came here a few years ago and the service has gone way downhill. Not happy. Will not return or suggest

Terrible terrible ! They took my friend and i’s appointment at around 7:05 then continued to say it was late and they were closing. Did a terrible job on my pedicure and would not let us stay to dry our toes. Asked us to leave immediately after they were done and also made us pay and asked for a tip before they ever began the pedicure . Terrible experience, my already terribly done wet toes continued to get worse because as I explained to them, I was driving and my toes were very wet and they said they did not care. I do not recommend and don’t know how such a lousy ran business is still operational!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Worse pedicure ever!! Pushed thru in 30 mins...barely a massage and the girl kept just sitting there listening and watching everyone else. Had to come home and file my own toes because she left the nails ragged!
