This is not fashion...Don’t waist your money here. She filed my skin off! I was there for hours and had the most awe full set in history! Plus they still made me pay and would not fix it bc they were closing. The owner could care less. They wanted me to come back. Oh, but I will come back for my refund! ... I had to go elsewhere to get this fixed.

Im sure on a personal level the nail techs are great. But honestly walking in and no friendly welcome, turning people away because they close in an hour which, I’m so confused about when their hours say until 6pm.... but told someone that they close on a Friday at 3pm? When you walk in to a business and feel unwelcome And actually feel like you’re bothering them is very unprofessional. Maybe they’re understaffed or maybe they need to be out early on this specific Friday... but you should be more polite about it. I try to see both sides but I have never felt so unwelcomed before. I walked in at 1:40 and was told to wait 30 min. Just to find out later on when they turned another girl away after 2pm that they close at 3pm. They didn’t even offer to let me look at nail colors while I was waiting I’m just confused. Hope they get to enjoy their Friday off. Maybe you should update your business hours as well.

So I discovered this place 4 years ago and thought it was a great place just for the price but from my last visit I really think price is not the only factor that matters .I walked in at 12pm and asked for refill, Tina the coowner with her husband Tom, answered it will be half an hour wait, maybe could go eat or else and come back...there were 4 busy technicians and probably 2 girls waiting after their mom. I went to Sams club got some food then went back at 12h26pm. Then I sat down to wait, around 1pm a lady walked in, Tina said to me ok sorry but i got to take my 1pm appointment client. I said to myself no big deal, good to know they take appointments...Then about 2h30pm another lady walked in, after a few minutes was being served. I asked what about my 30minutes wait time, whats going on, do they take appointments now?? Because I was confused.. Tina said loud and clear they had appointments and when she said 30min wait i went outside didnt know i was coming back(although she noticed when i came back and didnt mention anything to me when i sat down to wait that it will be more than 30min) carried on by being rude and said it is what it is they take apts first and i can go elsewhere if i have to complain then woke up from her client grabbed the nail polish i had picked and put it back to the shelf then went back to her client. This after i waited patiently 2hrs at her salon.Sayyyy what!!! I was so shocked, didnt say a word back at her. As an owner where you should be a model of kindness then you act with no class, no wonder what your technician will do. Very rude, disrespectful and Im sure not to go back.

Theyre very sweet here unlike many nail salons I have been to!! Great customer service and my nails look great!

My boyfriend and I went to get pedicures here and it really is horrible quality. I picked gel French and the white part of the polish is already peeling off in two days. My boyfriend barley got his nails even cut and neither one of us received proper buffing on our feet

Last Friday I was a walk-in for shellac. I should have left; the place looked sketchy inside. Now, 5 days post shellac, the nails are coming off, the finish on the OPI color has dulled, and you can see little indentations in the paint from routine wear, after only 5 days. I would go back and request a re-do but I will go elsewhere.

My nails were wreaked. My nail tech did an excellent job with them! Atmosphere was home-like, not in a bad way. I love how on the walls they have very clear prices of different nails and designs. Its so helpful!!!

My FAVORITE nail salon, been going for years, my nail tech hes the best, always does great job on my nails, I get so many comments about how great my nails be looking. Will always go here and hope I can for many more years to come. Its not easy finding exceptional service and lots of places in Lee County charge way to much and do terrible job but I love fashion nails & spa and I recommend this spot to everyone who asks of where they can go to get the best nail job!! Love this salon, great prices and great conversations. If your looking for a salon where you can understand your nail tech this is the one. Not a fancy fancy place. Price is right and service is fantastic! Tina and Tom are a trip.

I have finally found a nail shop that is absolutely great to black women. Yes, unfortunately many shops in fort Myers are pure disgusting to us and over charge specifically us. The staff Is diverse and every one of those women play absolutely no games with their skill work. This is my nail shop for sure.

The owners girlfriend Tina thinks shes better than anyone!! She forgot where she came from and that the customers are who have given her boyfriends salon the knowing it used to have. Everyone who went there before stopped going because she is plain nasty and disrespectful. Without customers this place will go out of existence. Tina needs to learn customer service skills. Tina used to have creativity & now shes dried up. She always goes on and on about the customers but she havent seen or heard herself. Shes not a grade A but shes trying with all the nip & tucked shes done lately, to apparently feel better about herself because she surely doesnt sleep well @ night, knowing whats waiting for them if they keep treating customers like they dont matter. Someone should let her know theres many salons and she can be rooted out of existence when it comes to customers letting others know where to go. They should know they came from nothing and theres where they r heading!!!!

Miss Tina always takes great care of me. My nails are always done well and very quickly. Walking in is sometimes difficult because everyone knows how great they are so make sure you call in advance otherwise youll have to wait until everyone with an appointment is done!!

Ive been going to Fashion Nails since Ive moved to Fort Myers & am really happy with the work they do there. Tom never disappoints. My nails are always done with expertise.

I came here from over an hour away due to errands. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is great but my nails look horrible. Theyre clumpy and there is too much glue where she tried to fit the acrylic to my nail without prior filing the acrylic to my nail bed. After 65 dollars towards this purchase for my nails to look decent, it was a total waste. Came back to get fixed and now waiting.

This place is very unprofessional it seems to me they don’t like to work front door says that they are open Monday through Saturday and they close at 6 o’clock I went to go get my nails done at around 4 and the door was locked and they didn’t even have Decency decency to open the door and tell me that they were closed they just looked at me real rude like why if you have a business and you have set business hours you should try and keep them I will never come here again

NEVER GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE!!! I got them done and for one they were hurting my eyelids horribly afterwards and so I went to go get them removed. By them of course. They took most of my eyelashes off and my eye lids were swollen and extremely sore afterwards.

I just left this salon with the owner screaming at me because he was having difficulty removing my previous nail polish which was applied at his salon. He actually threw me out if the shop and told me to go somewhere else after taking polish off four toes....this man is CRAZY!!!!!

I believe this is like my sixth or seventh time going here and everytime its been great. It is a wonderful environment and the customer service is excellent!!!

I found Fashion Nails on my Google Maps on my BB. They were the only salon that answered their phone at 7pm on a Friday eve and I was able to arrange an appointment at 9am on Saturday morning.When I arrived my Manicurist Phalone to whom I am indebted for her excellence and dedication to her craft. Phalone is the absolute best at what she does.Everyone else are very helpful as well, one morning I was early and I was placed in the chair and made ready for Phalone before she arrived. Great staff and I highly reccomend, especially Phalone
