Awesome gel mani & pedi! The gentleman who did my manicure was meticulous and cared that I loved my nails. They took their time. I love the small, intimate setting. It’s quiet and relaxing. This is definitely my new nail place when in fort myers.

Thank you for the wonderful service! As an out of towner, called later on a Saturday for a pedicure and most places were closed. The individual who had answered let me know they were currently full. 5 minutes later the gentleman called me back and said they had someone leaving and could get me in. Tina was AMAZING and did a very detailed job, not rushing even though it was the end of the day. Provided complimentary water, excellent massage chair and just great service! Beautiful job on pedicure and fabulous price!

Stopped by here on my way home from work the other day, loved it. it was my first time there and Tina was amazing.EDIT: Stopped by yesterday to ask if they can fix just ONE nail (had got them done somewhere else the day before and going out of town this weekend). 2 employees were busy with customers & one wasnt busy. The lady who wasnt doing anything said they are all busy. we cannot help you. I didnt even respond, I just left. since clearly she was too busy doing nothing. Maybe if I went in asking for a full set they would have helped me but I guess we will never know.

I recently moved and decided I need a new nail salon that was close to my house. I don’t have a car and wants something that was walking/biking distance. I found this place and went in for a gel pedicure and full set acrylic gel nails. I got there around 4 and ended up leaving at 6:30 PM. It was a really long process and the lady that did my pedicure was very rough and left my feet raw. I left a good tip because my nails turned out great. However, I recently revisited this place so I can get a new full set of acrylics. I got there at like 2:00 and they told me half an hour wait so I sat down. Mind you, at this point there were only 3 people in the salon and 3 workers. Two of the customers were getting pedicures and the other was getting her nails done. Around 2:10 PM a gentle and young women walked in and requested pedicures. They had strong English accents and had dark skin complexion. I watched and listened as one of the nail techs walked up to what I assumed was a couple looking for pedicures. The lady told them “were too busy”. I could tell in her voice and mannerisms that something wasn’t right. I look at the couple disgusted as I could tell we were thinking the exact same thing. “They’re not busy.” I told her aloud. she stood up for herself and said to them “you’re not busy you’re turning me away because of the color of my skin.” My heart sank into my stomach for these people. One thing I do not tolerate is racism. They reacted rather respectfully in my opinion. “I guess we’ll find another place.” Had it been me things would have gone differently. The salon owner was lucky it wasn’t me. Anyway, this couple walks out with dignity and more grace than I would have. I follow them outside and asked my iPhone Siri if there’s were other nail salons in the area. (Mind you I rode my bike to this place) I later found out this couple has no car and we’re tourists from the UK. I left the salon and walked along side them dragging my bike to a salon that was a 7 minute walk in the scorching Florida heat, and having to cross a major highway to get there. I talked to the couple and we all got our nails done together at this different salon. I made two new great friends that day and a few enemies as well. Will NEVER return to this salon.

I absolutely love this place. The service is awesome! The people are great. Everytime I come here it is relaxing and hospitable. I recommend this place to everyone.

My experience here was horrible, I went for a pedicure and in the process I decided to do a manicured and they did not want to take care of me, one of the nails of the pedicure was damaged and the nail was repaired. What they did was cover the hole with paint, very bad service, horrible I never go back to that place, I try hard and employees can not even talk to customers, they look like soldiers

I have been a customer for several years now and I have always had a great experience. I came from another salon where the customers were hearded through as fast as possible to get more customers in. They take the time to listen to you and care for you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The guy messed my acrylic nails up twice and I still had to pay full price . When I got home I had to remove the nail polish and put my own on . Im disappointed. I do not recommend this salon.

I think they are great! The Polish didnt dry right. I went back and they redid my toes, no questions asked.

Some of the people there are extremely rude, the person who did my nails cut me. And than blamed me saying I washed my hands to hard 😑, I end up not even keeping the polish on my nails, because he didnt take his time and it came out botched.
