Ive had several pedicures and theyve all been a good experience. And my nails look great. Nice color selection. Friendly workers who care about their work.

Never again, the employees are rude and not professional. The prices are excessive in relation to the bad work they do

Susan always takes care of me!! Ive been coming here for a few months now and she always does an amazing job. Everyone loves them! I always recomend everyone to come here for all services (eyebrows, manicures, pedicures, eyelashes, and facials). The spa is very clean and the people are very friendly.

I very much enjoyed getting my nails done here.I dont know the name of the nail tech that worked with me but she was younger. When I say she was meticulous about her work, I mean it. She took her time, which I appreciated because a rushed job doesnt usually last long (for me).When it came to choosing a nail color, she did a fantastic job working with me and was patient as I was looking for a specific color (mostly clear with a slight shade of pink).My only complaints are that the water was a bit colder than I personally liked for the hands (when she did my manicure) and when she was cleaning up my cuticles, it was cut a bit closer to the skin than I usually have gotten. This being said, my nails look very well cleaned up and Im glad that she did it the way that she did, despite me being a bit uncomfortable with it (it hurt just a bit).If I had lived in FL, I would definitely be getting my nails done here again!

Susan did my nails and Lon did my daughters, both were amazing and our nails look great. Lon was so patient with my teenager. Highly recommend.

The nail tech did a mediocre job on a pedicure and the prices are not reasonable for the job that was done.

I will NEVER visit this location again! I got a French manicure and it started to chip later that night. I went back for them to fix it. Which they did...or so I though. The next morning, the polish was coming off again. Never again!

I absolutely love Susans work and professionalism with my nails. She is extremely friendly and gentle. The entire staff is so nice. I highly recommend them for nails and amazing pedicures!

I had a very different experience then the other reviews here. I had great service, my nails look fabulous, my pedicure was perfect and I am super happy. if I have any chipping or any problems Ill be sure to come back and change my review. but basically I took a chance despite the reviews because I was in the area and on limited time and Im sure happy I did.

The Men that are working there very roughand are very particular if you are a person who is experienced with fake nails youre going to get a very rude about it and get made so far for someone like me it is a very stressful place nobody listens so plz dont come hear if you want your blood to boil will boil if you have a short wire of patience

Never again. Nail tech cut my cuticle and it’s bleeding. The filing was not even. Paint job isn’t great and there is residue on the underside of my nails.

I came in to get my gel powered nails done and this was my first time being here. The lady that did the work was rude, constantly stopped in the middle of the work to text or look at her Apple Watch for texts. The nails were not smooth; they were lumpy and too thick. She rushed the work and didn’t paint the nail polish nicely. Talked so much in Chinese to the coworkers and I think that’s rude since there are customers that have no idea what she or they talking about. I wish I know her name so I can place it here. But I was watching the other nail tech and I wished I had her to do my nail: she did a good job.I will not come back. The job was worth at least 15 dollars, not 35 dollars.

I’ve been going to Lee Day Spa for many years because they’re professional and they do an Amazing Job on my nails and toes! Susan (the owner) does a beautiful job on my nails and Mimi does my pedicures, she’s awesome! Prices are very reasonable too! Thank you! 😊

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS NAIL SHOP!! THEY HAVE NEVER DISAPPOINTED ME, EVER. THEY ALWAYS DO AN AMAZING JOB ON MY NAILS, TOES, AND MY EYEBROW. Mike did a great job on my nails and we had really good conversation. Hes such a funny guy. My mom got dip powder and she loved it. They have 35 different colors for dip.

The owner does my nails PERFECT everytime, if anything is wrong you can tell her and she will fix it no problem. They just did an amazing remodel. Reasonable prices for the quality of service.

The WORST. Do yourself a favor and save your money. I went there last year got a gel refill. Within a week the polish started to chip off. Which is ridiculous considering the fact that it’s suppose to last up to 14 days and more. After one year and of staying away I decided to give them a second chance again today and boy do I regret it. It’s all set and done and I will NOT be returning. Not only did they lack the colors on the rack, I told the man I wanted COFFIN nails and he gave me square AND charged me for the shape that he DID NOT give me. Everyone in there were on their tablet, unprofessional, and down right the worst in terms of customer service. Five of my fingernails are currently in pain as I’m typing this. Do yourself a favor and save your money. Go to Magic, Ocean, hell, do it yourself BUT do not go to them.

I was visiting Ft. Meyers and patronized Lee Nails much to my regret!! They are very sloppy, and arrogant at the same time. While telling you how long theyve been doing nails, the work is sloppy. Within 5 mins of leaving my $40, plus tip, Powder Gel, a nail chipped. They put the Gel liquid on top of the powder, then under the light. When I returned, the guy asked me if I ate the polish. I was not laughing. He then continued to be rude and upset with me!!! As I write, not even 24 hours later, 3 nails are chipped. Save yourself and DONT give these people your money!

Fast. And open on Sundays. Ive been coming here on and off since I was a kid. Now my daughter is a customer. Dont let the reviews sway you from stopping in here!! Great place!

Have had 2 pedicures and both times got what I thought were ingrown toenails. Turns out they permanently damaged my nail beds. I just finished surgery on left foot. Now have to go in for right foot. STAY AWAY!!!

Second day in a row I was turned around at the door. Yesterday I was told to come back today, today I was told to go to another shop... I’ve been going to this shop for the last two years. They have been the only ones to do my nails, toes, and eyebrows... The rudeness and disrespect doesn’t happen like that when Susan is there and just because she went on vacation doesn’t give other employees to treat ppl like that. Especially at 2 in the afternoon and you don’t close til 7. Susan’s absence and the lack of respect and customer service of her employees caused them to lose a faithful customer forever. Never again will I return to this shop..

I only rated one star because it wouldnt let me do no stars. Worst place in swfl. Dont waste your money. Go any where else. Polish came off my girlfriends fingers before we walked out the door. They attempted to fix them and when we left 12 out of the 20 toes and fingers had no Polish it was just gone. They didnt even clean her cuticles or anything and were very mean.

My nails looked nice but Im pretty sure they broke my real nail when they did it. The guy was nice but he wasnt paying attention when he was filing my nails and pushed them UP as far as possible. Not my best experience.

Wanted to give a 0 but couldnt do a review then.Went here last week for a mani pedi and some were using dirty tools,polish didnt last long, started peeling off within a few days.He didnt do my cuticles nor file my nailsSister law had to go back for them to redo, she wanted a refund but theres a sign thats says no refunds.She got a redo and a couple days later they all peeled off.They should let customers know when students are doing their nails.Worst experience ever.Would never go back.Atmosphere was not good, dirty and employees on their phones,plus talking to each other in different language while taking care of clients, very rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.Edison Mall across for FYE

Got a pedicure and the paint came off completely 3 days later highly disappointed! I felt rushed couldnt even relax to enjoy my pedicure because i had to tell the lady what she was missing to do .

Terrible work they do after 1 day 2 nails came off completely after 3 days 1 more. Terrible customer service. I didnt even go back to complain. My $ down the drain.

Over priced and nails are all shaped different instead of all matching coffins would not recommend having them shaped like coffins because they will not be consistent. 2 of us went in and both had different people and still the same problem

Very disappointed went in to get nails done needed pedicure it was OK. Manicure was probably the worst Ive ever had in wanted green tips for St. Patricks day when she took off the old stuff she was not paying any attention or she would have seen she never got everything off then she put the fill over top making a hump so high it looked like a growth on my fingers. I kept saying so please think it down and clean it up. She pasted me off to someone to paint them but this girl had no clue what she was doing. The paint was never completely taken off my finger so all and it was the most disappointing and nonrelaxing experience ever. Also be aware a day late my back is killing me cause their massage chairs are not the best quality

Had ants all over. Wifes nails were nice.

Lady burned me with the water..... Burned me with the wax on my feet... And when I asked her to stop she says NO IZ WARM IZ WARM HU HU HU... Poured alcohol on my toes several times knowing ALREADY one of them had a cut in them... And finally to top it off... Tried to have me walk away WITHOUT doing my foot massage! WHICH IS THE ENTIRE REASON I GET MY NAILS DONE... No tip given and will not happen again

Whet to go get my hair dome ombre purple and this lady ignores me the does almost more that half of my hair a damn vibrante purple that looks horrible. Wouldnt recomemd in a thousand years. Worse place i have ever been.

Disappointed with how my nails turned out. My pointer finger nail looked lumpy and my hair kept getting stuck under them when I would run my fingers through my hair, like they were grown out, but they were brand new.

Foot tub was making noise while I was getting feet done. Then the dryer didnt work that well to dry my feet. The women was on video chat while doing my feet. It is unprofessional to be on a tablet while with a customer.

My girlfriend went here one day and they were very rude to her plus they did her nails opposite of how she wanted they charged $40 for crappy nails the place she goes now is $25 for good service and nails
