We absolutely love Lana and Paul!! This place is but far the best nail salon I have been too! One of the photos was today which is 3 weeks after they did my nails (still perfect other then them growing out). The other hand is my sisters with flowers that she loved. We got them done for my bridal shower and everyone was commenting on how gorgeous they were. The pictures just dont do them justice compared to in person. Everyone that works there is so friendly, kind and really good at what they do! Do yourself a favor and have them do your nails!

Loved the overall atmosphere of this salon, totally worth the 35 minute drive for me. All staff there was very sweet. Destanie did an amazing job on my nails. I will definitely be coming back! Simple but super cute set! She had her own ideas with a nail set I showed her & she definitely made it better than what I imagined.

Lana was the best nail tech I have EVER had. I showed her a picture and got EXACTLY that. Her attitude was literally the best, she made me feel comfortable, and really assured me that everything was going to come out great ❤️ The shop was extremely clean and organized. Thank god I found Lana & pink nails on Instagram, I don’t know what I would have done with out her! On top of everything their LGBTQ+ friendly, I’ve had many homophobic remarks in other nails salons and this one made me feel accepted 🏳️‍🌈💕

Pink nails is beyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean. Once you walk in, they greet you with their kindness and feeling welcome . They take pride in their work and are the best locally. Destanie is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. With the type of person who always cleans and uses their hands for constant things, my nails will last for about a good 6-8 weeks, no lifting or chipping . I will never go anywhere else ever again! Highly recommend anyone coming here!!

Worst pedicure ever! 18 minutes start to finish for $40 gel removal (cut my skin), cuticles removal half job done. I asked to remove the cuticles on the side and I was told, you are good! I’m not. Scrubbing and massage was almost so quick I still have a lot under my feet. Not even talking about the gel application, color on my skin, sides not painted. Terrible experience, very disappointed was expecting A great service after all these good reviews. Don’t usually write reviews but this time I had too.

I love this place! Lana and Paul always take care of me but this time I had Destiny. Just like they said shed take care of my needs, she did! Love her personality and the love and care she shows! I will be back to see her!

Upon moving to Fort Myers in 2020, I tried SIX separate nail salons in the area, all of which had great reviews, and all of which provided a less than desirable experience, with poor quality services and cheap quality products, that barely lasted a week. My experiences were HORRIFYING.After openly complaining about some of my recent salon visits, a close friend suggested Pink Nails to me. So I decided to give them a try, and I am sure glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I immediately felt at home. Lana and Paul, the owners of Pink Nails, are so friendly and personable, and even more importantly, they run a standup business!The salon is extremely clean, the appointments are punctual, they use high quality products (OPI, Essie, etc.), and the salon techs are as talented as they are personable! It was my first time there and I’m proud to say that I was very satisfied with the customer service! Place was very clean and didn’t smell like chemicals. The technicians here always do a quality job & the products used here reflect that same level of excellence. I dont want to go anywhere else for my pedicures: the massages included with the Spa Pedicure are 110% worth the upgrade-a great way to relax after a long week

This establishment is close enough for me to walk to. I went here once before and the young woman that did a repair on my nails did great. I hadn’t been there since then and decided to go back. I walked in and there were 2 nail techs sitting down having lunch. Both kinda looked at me for a second and then one asked if they could help me. I said I wanted to get a fill with no designs and how much would it cost. I believe she stated $17 or $18 which was fine. She then said to me that they couldn’t get to me until later and began thumbing thru her phone looked at me a couple of times and said they couldn’t do it until tomorrow. From the moment I walked in I didn’t feel like they wanted to work let alone do my nails. I won’t go back and I certainly won’t recommend this place to any one.

I booked an appointment online 2 weeks in advanced and screenshot my confirmation. I had scheduled 3 appts as we were all excited to have our nails done for the holidays...I got to my appointment and the woman working, Lana, told me she had “tried contacting me” to cancel my appts and I never received a text or a phone call. I told her I have screenshots of my confirmations and I tried asking her to even update my information and verify she had the right number and she didn’t even listen to what I had to say or show any effort to apologize or help. She gave off plenty of rude attitude and walked away. She just showed me how unprofessional this nail salon has become. I came here for years and never dealt with this. Such bad customer service and I will NEVER give my money to this business again. I’m very disappointed!
