Dream Nail Spa is just the best! The technicians are very knowledgeable, caring and offer amazing services. The pricing is reasonable too. I can’t recommend them enough and stop in every time I come to Florida to visit my mom. She loves them too and they do an excellent job on her 92 year old nails! Five of us went in for manicures and pedicures on a rainy day. They staff was friendly, professional, and did great work. We loved all loved the finished result (and the massage chairs). We will definitely be back!

Best pedicure Ive ever had with Erin!

Staff was really nice and I enjoyed joking around and talking with them. Pedicure was great, my toes looked awesome and they spent a lot of time on my feet and legs. My hands came out horrible. I did dip and some of my nails turned out bulbous. They tried to tell me it was because i had tips on top of my own nails, but this definitely isnt my first time getting my nails done. Theres also all kinds of rough and jagged edges across every finger nail and the tech never even touched my cuticles. Where Im from, cuticle maintenance is necessary for dip nails. Would not recommend.

We moved to Sanibel Island a few months ago. I tried several other places before heading over to Dream Nail Spa! I’m so happy and thankful that I’ve found Meng! She has worked very hard preparing the salon for safety! The salon is very clean and welcoming with precautions in place!Now about my nails! I’m in love! I’m so excited about the level of experience in the newest products and the care that was given while my nails were being done! I also did the deluxe pedi! One like I’ve never had. Meng used hot stones for the massage portion of the pedicure! It was amazing. I left feeling pampered and that Meng and May truly care about providing excellent service to each customer! Appointments are required right now.

Incredible experience, they take you to your happy place. The staff is courteous and professional, everything seemed clean and trustworthy. Great location adjacent to outlet mall shopping. Prices were very fair. Two thumbs way up! 👍👍

I went here with my mother a few months ago now. We got manicures ( i got acrylics, my mom got gel ) and pedicures ( both normal polish ) and everything seemed perfect for a bit. The first issue was that my nails came off in a week and a half, which isnt a problem. I use my hands daily for work and probably put them through the wringer. But, a week and a half is—weak. To say the least. And then I noticed what I THOUGHT to be dead skin under my left pinky nail, but it actually turns out ( as im finding out months later ) its NAIL FUNGUS. Meaning when my acrylics were done, too much moisture was left between the nail and the fake nail. Never once did I wash my hands, the tech did everything. And on top of all this, one of my fingers got knicked fairly badly because I moved too much when it was really because the tech was looking to make sure two nails were even and the drill tilted in his grip.Anyways. Yeah. Dont go here. Nice people, but not worth possibly losing my pinky fingernail to fungus.

I had my nails done there a week and a half ago for my son’s wedding. I don’t know if the product for the gel nails he used was old or prep was not done properly but 2 days later it started chipping. Not only that, but my nails felt soft and fragile. I could easily bend them. I ended up having to cut them down some so they looked fresh and not chipped. This was my second visit. The first visit on removing the dip from my nails, he pulled one nail so hard, he split it. He was in a hurry and didn’t properly take the dip off. I know I won’t be going back. By the way, if you use a debit or credit card, they charge an extra 3%.

Dee Dee was so sweet and accommodating. It’s been years since I’ve had a professional pedicure and oh my goodness it was fantastic. From the massage chair to the hot stones to the hot towel, the pedicure was top notch. And the price is fantastic! I will be returning next time I visit the area.

Best nail spa I have ever been to. Today was my first time here and I swear Ill never go anywhere else ever again. If you are looking for a great nail salon, this is it. Treat yourself to a spa experience. Clean, relaxing, and beautiful. In season, they get quite busy so plan to do some shopping at the Sanibel Outlet Stores if you need to wait a few minutes.

They were not professional and I felt like I was being pushed around because the employees I was working with didnt know any English which, made it hard to tell her when I didnt like something about my nails. She did a good job it was just overall not an enjoyable experience because it wasnt very friendly and they questioned if my mom paid and counted money in front of customers. Please work on your English and professional business.

Brought my 11 year old in this afternoon for mani/pedi for her bday. The place was insanely busy with every chair taken, but the manager was wonderful. She was very patient and the workers were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

I have been going to Dream Nails for several years now and this time was terrible! My pedicure was ok, but not much time or effort was put into it. My manicure was awful. They did not trim my cuticles and spent no time shaping my nails. Last straw my nail polish flaked off within 2 days. I am very disappointed and won’t go back!

Inadequate service, with poor performance. The technicians do not seem properly trained when it comes to the application, and prep. The salon seems to follow some health and safety regulations and prevention (using the plastic bags for pedi’s to prevent the spread of bacteria, autoclaving their tools), but does reuse nail files and buffers from different clients. When it comes to the application, it is very sloppy. My nails were extremely streaky (shellac), and were poorly coated. The coats were in even and bumpy. As well as, I had to remind the technician to keep turning on the uv light, because he was not paying attention while paining my nails. I left the salon with paint all over my ringers and hands. Because it was shellac I had to peel it off of my skin, and file them properly. About 4 days after the shellac begun to lift and chip. I came back to ask for it fixed and I was blatantly disrespected and told in a condescending manner that I was not letting them dry because I was on my phone. (They have one nail uv dryer for two hands. I was also on my phone long enough to reply to 1 text message.) As I was getting my nail fixed, the male technician was watching an Asian massaging video on his phone, and had the lady on speaker. The service is absolutely below par and completely unprofessional. I am visiting fort Myers for vacation. I really don’t think I will return and receive any services again.
