This is by far the worse place !!!! They do not require their customers to wear masks they do not sanitize anything at all THEY PICK AND CHOOSE WHO THEY WANT TO SERVICE I WALKED IN ASKED IF THEY HAD TIME FOR A FULL SET AND THE OWNER TOLD ME YES SHE DOES … I WAITED IN HERE FOR OVER A HOUR ALL THREE NAIL TECHNICIANS KEPT WALKING RIGHT PAST ME GOING IN THE BACK ROOM. AS NEW CUSTOMERS We’re walking in The bail technicians came out and service those customers. I’ve been asked her if these customers had appointments and she said no only one so I asked her why am I sitting here waiting for somebody to do my nails and I’ve been here before them. I will not visit this place ever again

The lady that did my nails is professional and sweet. She was fast too with doing the nails and it came out beautifully.

Just moved here. 3rd nail salon I tried ( last 2 were horrible) and finally someone who did amazing work and was quick at it! Emily did such a great job. She checked w me if I liked the shape, if the color was good, she made sure before she finished if everything was looking well instead of just doing her thing. I will be using her from now on. It was worth my 25min drive😬 Great prices ! Not overpriced

I love it here!!! This is my go to nail salon. The owners are very very sweet and professional. They make sure you are comfortable and get what you asked for. It’s a little pricey but well worth it, the quality of their work is great. I can go more then a couple weeks without a refill. There’s about 3 nail techs working. I always walk in and the majority of the time get lucky and don’t have to wait too long. I’d suggest scheduling an appointment if aren’t willing to wait 20-40mins.

Envy nails is by far the best nail salon around. My nails look so good weeks after being done. Longevity meets beauty here at Envy !!

Very unprofessional. I came in for an appointment “early/on time” to be exact for a fill, however I was asked to be seated and someone will be with me shortly. I showed the owner the design I wanted and she continued to say what could not be done and I had to get a new set. After ripping off my nails forcefully she applied a new set and started clipping without asking what length I wanted. Another customer next to me advised she was not satisfied with her nails and gave the tech multiple attempts to fix the mistake. After being in the shop for over 4 hours the customer began to get angry, However the customer remained calm. The owner was doing my nails and started to get into a verbal altercation with the customer because the customer was not satisfied but was still willing to pay and also tip. The owner continued to say bashful things to the customer in front of everyone. Even after this bad experience and being overcharged for something so simple I referred a friend who booked an appointment with the owner & confirmed her name over the phone while booking, However when my friend showed up to her appointment she was advised she did not book with anyone in specific. My friend confirmed the name and the owner said she was correct, My friend responded “I know” the owner became upset and started forcefully grasping her hands and cutting her nails without asking how short she would like her nails. After she finished cutting she said in a sarcastic demeanor “You know I can refuse you right”. My friend just laughed and the owner got up from the chair and walked away came back and said “I’m not doing your nails” The business is too much for the owner and she’s overwhelmed. She does not know how to conduct a business while keeping it professional. She’s very rude & confrontational. I have not been back since then & I would NEVER recommend anyone.

The reviews dont lie, this place does good work. One customer was complaining that something want done to her liking and was not asked, like they usually do. She was watching them but didnt stop them, and only said something at the end. The girl handled it politely, so there was no drama, for everyone else enjoying their experience, to hear. It was very relaxing environment with pleasant music. The space is small or average size and not your boutique salon. I prefer someone do a good job over that kind of more expensive experience. I asked for something simple and my Dominican beautician (sorry I didnt catch her name) did beautiful. I will be back to see her, I will recommend this place, and plan on bringing my family there.

Absolutely amazing! I came in with chunky, ugly acrylic, square nails and Emily fixed them completely! She suggested to switch to dip and helped me pick out a color and they turned out so pretty!! I will definitely be back! Super fair pricing too!

Very unprofessional. Every time i went in to get My nails done, the staff gets into it with one of the customers especially if you request a certain person to do your nails . And if you have a scheduled appointment they’re usually not on time . Other than that the nails last and look great .

I recently moved here and went in for dipping based on the reviews. An older woman came in after me and was seated at the station next to me. The woman who started her nails got up and left and after 15 minutes of sitting there the older lady asked if I knew what was going on. I asked the staff and they told me that the nail technician went to pick up her kids. They just left this old lady sitting there! My initial impression of my nails was excellent. They looked beautiful. However, the next morning I had broken and cracked polish on a nail. I stopped in on my way to work to have it fixed. I suggested that perhaps the Dipping was too thin and maybe another layer was needed. The technician was offended by that and told me she had done enough layers. Within 5 days of having my nails done here, 3 nails had broken and chipped. When the second nail broke I went by on my way to work but was told it would be an hour before someone could fix it. I will not be back. I’m not rough on my hands and have been using dipping for years with no problems.

Emily & her staff are amazing. Good PROFESSIONAL atmosphere. Ive never had a single complaint. My daughters and I will be forever clients.

I was so excited to go try this place. The open sign is up, I even requested an appointment, it’s was forty minutes till seven and there’s nobody there. The shop contacted me later as well, I completely understand with everything going on with Covid-19 that many precautions are being taken. However the shop had the open sign up, no signs stating policy with Covid-19, and poor communication with customers. There are more professional ways to communicate with costumers, I am still extremely dissatisfied with this experience and will be taking my business else where.Thank you.

Horrible service. They ripped me off and kept telling me a higher price after they already started. Instead of soaking my acrylics off, she ripped them off and broke my natural nails. So painful and they are bleeding. I was not about to let her keep ruining my nails after that, so I just left with them ripped and bleeding like that. Do not go here. They lie about prices and don’t know how to take care of nails properly. Also smells super bad inside... Overall worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done.

Wow! I finally found a shop that knows how to do Dip nails properly! Clean shop, friendly staff, very professional. Emily did a great job a on a beautiful dip/sparkle fade with the powder, and was very attentive to defails and shape. I found my new shop!

Went twice. Great pedicure.

First off I was detained by the Fort Myers police department because the asian lady went ahead and decided to do extra services on my daughter I never consented to. She never asked me, the parent who was going to pay for the services. She called the cops when I refused to pay for the extra services I did not know about and I was detained. WORST EXPERIANCE EVER!!!!! WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Do not go to this place!!! They dont tell you the prices of services when you initially come in. They hide the prices behind the counter. Over charge you without telling you the price for extra services. They call the cops when their business is in question. No customer satisfaction at all. They do not do the right thing and tell you how much services will be. They assume you will pay whatever they want to charge. Worst place on the entire Earth! The smell is unbearable.
