Herbie and her staff are professional, friendly, caring and her place is spotless! Anna the message therapist gives the best messages. Have been going there for years, wouldnt go anywhere else.

Great nail salon! I am always very happy with the service that I receive at Be Polished. The owners are great and the salon is very clean. You are able to purchase your own file and buffer to use day of service and they will even store it at the salon for future visits. Definitely recommend

This was my first visit. I certainly intend to make this my place for nails. Very clean and the girl took her time and did a fantastic job. I also left with my own nail file and buffer, no sharing! I have been getting my nails done for 30 plus years...they are very professional.

There is definitely something wrong with their nail polish. Mine came out really splotchy and when I went to go talk to them (came in to their salon instead of posting on here) they just said it must be something else. I have never left a bad review for anyone but I’m tired and sick of being treated wrong and not warn people. I proceeded to tell the lady I was just there to notify them about something being wrong with their nail polish and that I wanted to buy a fill for my nails. They denied me and said they didn’t have time to fit me!! I was never rude coming in, when I was talking to them, or leaving their salon. I was just coming in for my fill. The fact that they disregarded the issue I brought to their attention and couldn’t take care of me is unacceptable!! 👎🏻

I had my eyebrows waxed, a pedicure and powder nail service and I was so pleased to have Delia and Nadia assisting me with the services. Both Delia and Nadia did an outstanding job and I highly recommend this spa. Cost was very reasonable. Im from Cincinnati but next time Im in Ft. Myers I will use their services again. Thank you for such a.pleasant experience!

Wont be back.. she burned me with something thats the healing.. it was much worse.. I believe Ive learned my lesson Im done with these salons..

I love this place. It doesnt smell like chemicals! The staff is friendly and they speak English! Treat yourself to a relaxing pedicure. Enjoy. Soak it in. Nice spa atmosphere, soothing.

While visiting from out of town I found some time for a pedicure! Absolutely loved this place! Friendly, clean and good pricing for the services rendered. Wish they were close to home!

I visit Fort Myers each winter and dread having to find a nail tech. No longer! This salon is friendly, clean, efficient and hard working. I called late in the afternoon and no one was available, but wait, yes, the gentleman on the phone said, ”We can if you can be here in a half hour.’” Someone who was ready to go home stayed later than intended to work me in. Little extras were nice: the offer of something to drink; suggestions on sun screen to ward off my sun rash; hand lotion and short hand massage; nail files that are not reused on multiple clients.

Awesome place! Have been there twice now and love the customer service. They treat you with care and take their time doing a fantastic job on my nails.

Such a perfect little salon less than 5 minutes from my house. I came in for a pedicure and loved how perfect it came out! No one rushed through their work, which really showed in the end result.Everyone is extremely kind, and overall theres a great atmosphere!

This place has ridiculous prices. Full set $55 and my skin is cut up on several nails. Total rip off and need to be reported to the BBB.

Great salon! Staff is super friendly and takes the time to do a quality job. I went for the first time this last Friday, and my mani still looks awesome (For me, even the shellac polish peels after the 3rd day) 100% Recommend!

My tech was good, I think his name was Mike? He was methodical and took time to do a nice job.

Went yesterday to do my nails and Dayle did my nails, she did an awesome job. The owner is very welcoming and so is the rest of the staff. Will be coming back next week for a massage with my sisters and mom😉

The girl that did my nails did not was shaking. Firstavol they I walked in and they said to wait 20min and then gave me to this girl that seemed to be here first time. And then when it came to decided how much to charge me even though I already knew the price the realized I spoke Spanish and over charged me even after I said the price was wrong to the service I got so I took off from the tip for lying. The place is super nice but the costumer service lacks SERVICE this was my first and last time in this place. 3 days later and they still did not complete the charge on my card after saying they accepted Amex and on the last minute said they did not saying I could only pay with Visa. Be Polished never again

Loa has been doing my nails for two years. She is attentive to details and makes my hands and toes look so pretty! My husband sees Loa for a pedicure monthly and she has gotten his rough feet to become so smooth. Ive visited many nail salons in Ft. Myers but Be Polished is the friendliest and cleanest. Ask for Loa, shes a great nail tech!

Hands down the most amazing pedicure. It was worth the 60ish $$$ for 1.5 hours of great service. Very relaxed!

Found this hidden jem driving home one day on here about 7 months ago & Ive been going ever since ! My nail tech Jamie is amazing. .. highly recommend her to anyone of my gal pals ! Very clean & has a great atmosphere to relax in & very friendly.

My favorite nail salon! They are very clean and friendly. Ive been coming here on and off for three years. It recently changed hands and has improved even more!! I love the relaxing atmosphere and best of all the mani pedis last a long time!!

Worst place, Worst ServiceMy friend called to see if there would be a spot for three of us to get a medi and a pedi. The guy over the phone said yes and got us on our way to their shop. Now what really upset me and my friends was how we were treated. The manager could have said she didnt have space available, which would have been fine. Everything was so unprofessional. Like i feel bad for the ones working for her. How was me and my friends suppose to know there was someone else coming in. Or a certain request takes some time. We are new to their shop but was treated horrible. She rushed everything and we did not even get a full scrub with massage. She basically told us what we were going to get. The manager needs to be more professional. I felt bad for the guy even though it was his fault, but he was being talked to by the manager like he was 5. Do better please.Learn from the other Salon Spa. They actually tell us the wait time. I was very much happy with the other Nail place better than this. Whatever day you had maam, I hope it gets better.

1st time there. Owner and most of the staff were friendly, spoke English and professional. The cost is higher for the services compared to most other nail places. If you have dry feet or cracked heels... plan on leaving with them still. And plan on an extra $1 tacked on for the file used ( and your souvenir to keep)... not that $1 is issue they just do not communicate this. Not impressed. Ill stick with Phannys

The best place to get your nails done!

I went to this nail salon when I was visiting Fort Myers recently. Not the friendliest people but the woman did a nice job and the shellac nail polish lasted 3 weeks.
