The technicians are very prominent in giving blood,very good a drawing you bloodtest and send the results to your PCP for them to analyze!

I went here for my blood test and they are taking a lot of time to send the report to my doctor. When my doctor called them they said they don’t my reports. And they never pick up the fricking phone. Horrible service. Never going there again in my life.

Total lack of organization. Unhelpful receptionist. Waiting for an hour now they cant find my appointment. If it is busy, they should have someone to help with the check-in kiosk. Give a little guidance. I will be sure to go to another location in the future.

Walker/Cerritos Lab Corp. I read other reviews must of been different lab. But for me. I been poked 6x now by them in last year. Never a bruise or any rudeness. Not I. There long enough to get rude on. LThis is BY FAR the best and fastest way to get blood work done. I been in there 4x in last 3 months and I have never had to wait more than 2 minutes. Enough to sit down and get back up. Quest labs SUCK. Off LaPalma by hospital SUCKS. Went there without a appointment had to wait 1 hr or more.Go to this place. GREAT

DO NOT go to this location unless you enjoy getting poked and walking away with a giant purple bruise when having your blood drawn. This is exactly what happened to me. Not to also mentioned the gal at the front desk make you feel like a criminal when you step over the blue waiting line. They seriously need to put mature, friendly people behind the front desk, not bunch of inexperience, young girls. I will never go to this location again.

Best lab Ive experienced so far, very clean, good Techs and best of all, plenty of parking.

Receptionist was very nice, n helpful n happy. I told them I am scared to give blood, they offer me bed instead of chair, but I took the chair . The phoebetologist mr. Zaidi drew the blood without any pain just one try, he told me not to move my hand and I should be ok n I did, I am done. Thank you.And people who said bad about this place, I am sorry that you had some bad experiences . It’s next to my home n from now on I am coming here. Very clean.

I was in and out in less than 5 mins. I had an appointment but I went at least 30 mins early and was seen right away!

Because I did the blood test but they dont sent to Dr. I will never go to this place
