We called to investigate one room that always was warmer in our new home and also learn about installing a UV light. FHA was able to schedule an appointment for us the next day. Matt was very thorough and also went up into the attic to view all the duct work. He had also looked at temperature differentials and filters. He made suggestions and then followed through for us as well as explained their air filtration and UV products and home maintenance system. Very thankful for his assessments and recommendations. We will definitely continue to use them for our HVAC maintenance and needs.

If you reside in Collier County, I wouldnt recommend using them. I had a service call completed and was told that I needed a new thermostat, 10 days later AC wasnt working again. Was then charged an additional $119 for a second Diagnostic Analysis + $355 to replace a warrantied Conductor and Capacitor, ($355 for 40 minutes of labor, equivalent to $532.50/hour). . .STEEP!!!!!!! The thermostat wasnt the issue on the first service call, because I connected the original one back and the unit still operates. I asked for a refund of $119 for the original Diagnostic Analysis and was told No. Unfortunately, I will be using someone else in the future, I would suggest you do so also.

Donnie and Matt worked on our AC unit and did an extremely fantastic job. They were punctual, knowledgeable, respectful and easy to speak with. They listened to our concerns and answered our many questions. We are thankful for the job that was done. We really appreciate the work that they did.

Very satisfied with the quick response when my AC went out. Don Berry answered all my questions and got us going again in no time. I now have a maintenance service contract with Florida Heat & Air.

Donny is the BEST! Major fault on your AC in the hottest part of the Florida summer - what a nightmare. But Donny, who has serviced our AC since it was new three years ago, really came through for us. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered and expedited the delivery of the required part. Installed it the next day as a thunderstorm was brewing.

We purchased a high end Carrier AC unit in July 2018 and have multiple problems with the unit. It stops working altogether even though we have used Florida Heat and Air for all maintenance per our agreement. In April of 2021, it stopped completely and we were without air for three days until they could fix it by replacing the blower. We had it serviced in May 2021 and today, August 25th, it has stopped again. We called for service and they have no idea when someone can come out. They dont seem very concerned about us or the large investment we made in their product. Very disappointing!!

They went on service call to the house and charged $284.00 to flush the A/C. They said this consisted of 2 charges, one was diagnostics and the other was draining the system. They had to go back next day as A/C was still dripping. In Past was only charged $119.00. I personally believed that they charged for two visits. I will never deal with them again

Initially rich came out and was super amazing when it came to exploring all the options for my new and upgraded air system. So thankful for rich helping pick out the system and advising on what needed to be done to cause no extra work on our part.When Eddie Perez and Albert Mendoz came in and worked an extra hard day and got the new system switched out and my AC works great for the first time I’ve lived in my home in the past 11 years. They were awesome, courteous, and they did a really professional job and really cleaned up after themselves as well. Looking forward to a great relationship with central aire for years to come

Florida Heat and Air installed our HVAC for our builder so we thought we should call them for maintenance especially since we wanted to make sure we did everything properly for the environment in SW Florida since we were from the Midwest. We called about a week in advance and made our appointment. We were given a two hour window of time. Our technician, Matt, arrived shortly after 12. He was very professional. He explained everything very thoroughly that we should do to keep our system operating at its highest efficiency including changing the filters, pouring vinegar in the drain pipe, etc. He performed all of the necessary maintenance on our system. We felt he was very thorough. We are planning to have maintenance performed on our system every 6 months as suggested by our builder and plan to purchase an extended warranty. We are relieved to have someone professional like Matt and Florida Heat and Air service our system. We feel that we are in very good hands.

This company is great. I called today because water was on garage floor and seemed to be leaking from ac. Matt arrived and took care of everything so easily. I cannot speaking highly enough of this company.

Extremely disappointed in their customer service. Air conditioner (installed by Florida Heat & Air) is only 18 months old and we were quoted $1600 to replace the air compressor. The manufacturer confirmed it is under warranty and all parts are covered. That amount of labor charge is absurd because this is obviously not normal wear and tear.I left a voicemail after letting the technician know we are not moving forward at this time. Hopefully I will be able to update this review with better news.

I just had service on my AC and Matt was great. The AC line was clogged causing my unit to shut off as a precaution. Matt came on the same day I called and patiently waited as his vacuum and solution worked its magic. An hour later my unit was back to functioning. Matt was very knowledgeable and professional. Tyler was a wonderful fixer. He had my air conditioner dionogsed and fixed in no time. He carries extra loaner parts in his van so we were quite cool and comfortable while waiting for the new part. Two days later, the new part was in. Cant beat that for service.

I’ve been using Florida Heat and Air for many years and know I can always trust them. Today Donnie came out to do a yearly clean. I had been seeing insects in one area of the house and couldn’t figure out where they were coming from. I thought one of the ac tubes in the attic might have come off. He looked and said no and then looked around and found a spot by the sliding glass door where they could be getting in. He certainly went beyond the call of duty to help me. II have used Florida Heat and air many times over the last several years for both routine maintenance and larger issues. I have always founds them to be prompt in their response, patience with their explanations and excellent in their work and service.

I had a scheduled AC service. Dan came and did a wonderful job, clean, he cleaned the unit checked for proper water removal. He also checked the Freon levelI normally had Eferion come but Dan took his place as Efferon was out. Please send either Efferon or Dan.ThanksMike Yudkin

Worst company I have ever seen. They installed a damaged furnace in my newly built home. My builder had to buy the damaged part for them to fix and they never came to fix it . They told the builder they were here and put the part on. The bilder came back out to take pics of the damaged unfixed furnance to send them. I had a 10 am to noon appt today for tgem to come and they never showed up. I was told by phone lady she cannot get ahold of driver and she is not sure why he is not answering the phone. Then she comes back to the phone to ask me if I was home. She said gps shows he was in my driveway at 10:20am. I guess they are like comcast and dont feel the need to get out of a truck and knock on a door.I work from home and my dog would of barked. Plus my daughter was in at the table doing homework. So I wait another week for them to come out. I hope they decide to get out of the car and knock on the door. I dont understand how they can install a new furnance in a new home that is mangled..

I have called I’m different instances and in each case all the ladies who work there are extremely rude, when I ask if the company had a website or some place where I could learn of the services I pay every year they refuse to give me any information

Unfortunately the builder of my new house used these folks to put in the AC. They did not leave any documentation for the unit they installed which is needed for the warranty. The builder assured me this should have been left in the home. Called on 10/25 and left a message, no response as of this date.

Jerrod & Steven were prompt to the schedule appointment. They explained what was done & were very professional.
