Great crew! Everything went as smooth as planned, starting with the estimates prepared by Michael. The crews worked hard, were professional and cleaned up everything on the way out. Mike does a great job of managing the guys and making sure that promises made are promises kept. You can probably find cheaper technicians, but these guys are the best value for the money and you can be assured that the job will be done correctly!

Mike and his team are awesome. They’ve been servicing my system for years and when it finally came to replace it, they put together an awesome package for my home. Energy bill is seeing a good improvement and I can say with complete confidence that I would recommend them to anyone.

We enrolled in Pure Airs maintenance program a few years ago, after needing service on our air conditioner. The techs are knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. They always explain what they are doing. This check up showed some mold growing in the a/c cabinet. The tech cleaned it and talked to me about an air purifier called Reme Halo. It destroys all mold, bacteria and viruses in your system and throughout your house. I looked it up online and found it is one of the best system s and some studies show it kills the covid-19 virus. I talked to Mike, the owner of Pure Air, and he was very helpful in answering any questions about the unit. Also, since we are on a maintenance program with them, they gave us a 10% discount. Gus, the technician came and did the install and also explained again how it works and told us his own personal experience with it because he has it in his home. All of our dealings with Pure Air have been positive. They are helpful and friendly without being pushy. They are also reasonably and competitively priced.

I had an after hours A/C breakdown. Eli Gomez arrived within 30 minutes of my call for service (8:50 PM) and had the problem solved - with a replacement part - within 30 minutes. I have to say this type of superb service is typical of Pure Air. I have been using them for my residential HVAC service contractor for over 3 years now and I have NEVER been disappointed.

New to the area, I came home to a non- functional AC on a Sunday night with no knowledge of who to call. I trusted the reviews for Pure Air - and I didnt go wrong. A repairman (Blaine) was out within an hour, and although it was a simple thermostat issue, I 100% know who to buy my AC from when the time comes...Pure Air! Professional, courteous and honest!

Tech was knowledgeable and did not push unneeded items. He came in located problem and replaced part that was bad. He got the system up and running in less than 1 hr. Informed us that unit is 15 years old that we would probably have to replace by next summer. With the homeowner being on Hospice Care replacing unit was not in the budget. Its nice to know that there are companies that dont try to take advantage of the elderly and sick. This company is who I will be using for my A/C needs.

Don’t replace based on their recommendation. Get a 2nd opinion!!Their “Technician” told my wife we had a definite Freon leak and would be a $2,500 repair. Even said “can you hear that leak?”. Quoted replacement for $5k. Mike the sales rep was offended and rude that I was getting a 2nd opinion. Now I know why.2 other companies showed up and both knew right away was just a fan blower motor and was replaced for under $400. No leaks. Even with this knowledge sales rep mike “stands behind his technicians assessment”. And goes on to guilt trip about taking time away from his family, he showed up at 4pm on a weekday mind you. Very unprofessional and questionable.Update: over a year later and the AC they said must be replaced is running great with NO issues. Thanks goodness for second opinions and other companies that aren’t scammers.

I called these guys for their high review and I got to say, im a little disappointed. My ac was leaking large quantities of water and the technician that serviced it said that it was simply that the pipes were clogged and needed cleaning. As this had happened before and that I wasnt an ac tech myself, I agreed and let him perform the work. Overall the service was about 15 minutes worth of work and he said give it a couple of hours and the water should clear up.The following day, I woke up to saturated carpets. They were soaked with water because the ac tech didnt do a thorough evaluation to see where the water was coming from. I stuck my head up there and noticed it dripping down from the ac unit itself. The pipes may or may not have been clogged but it is not where the water was coming from. When I called and told them what was happening, they said they would send the maintenance guy who worked on it last time out to assess it. He called me and told me that he wasnt going to help me that day. That my service was going to take a minimum of 4 hours and that the service to repair such a leak would cost around $7-800 worth of repairs.Had the damage been assessed correctly, we would not have had the issues we are currently facing. The assistant called and I canceled any further techs to come visit my home but requested the manager to call me about possible reimbursement for the $175 i paid for inaccuracies regarding services but to this day I havent received a call. So, this review will stay here until I can get it straightened out.*update*So, we called a different AC company and they sent a young gentleman who gave me the time of day explaining to me that the reason for the water dripping was the coils in my AC unit and that they just needed to be cleaned and that the pipes that were supposedly cleaned were not and even showed me how dirty they were. Im not saying Pure Air is a bad company but for them to assume a service without properly inspecting is kinda suspicious.BTW the service for cleaning the coils was only $45 and they havent leaked since.

I normally dont go out of my way to write a review...but..Arrived home to find my AC decided to take a vacation. I figured it probably was the drain line and did my best to clean it in the pouring rain. No success. I refused to use another local previously used company and began the search. I came across Pure Air, read the overall reviews and was willing to give it a shot. I was not disappointed. Very reasonable price and quick despite my call after hours. Troy the technician was efficient and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Recently my AC unit broke. I called several places on prices. I came upon Pure Air with recommendations. An estimate was provided for a unit which would accommodate my square footage. Upon receiving other estimates Pure Air was the best one given. Installment day was a breeze. The two young men who did the installation were on time and polite. We had amazing service from Novie Tocco, service tech for Pure Air. He checked out the system, cleaned the unit and flushed the drainage tube. Our previous company had never cleaned the drainage tube so that explained the water around the system. The service was so good, we upped our maintenance contract from our 1 year initial purchase to a 3 year contract. Novie was thorough, efficient as well as respectful and wore a face mask when talking with us. We feel secure that this company will take care of our largest investment, our home.

***AMAZING*** Earlier today, my A/C unit stopped working. The house was getting warm. I have experience with A/C units freezing on occasion, so I called a local A/C company called Penguin Air. That company told me my unit was, in fact, frozen. BUT was also shot and would require replacement. Told me the blower was bad, many of the components were shot, etc. etc. All was lost.Enter Pure Air. I called them for a second opinion, being highly suspicious of Penguin Airs diagnosis. John, the technician arrived. 10 minutes later, he returned from the roof with a piece of insulation in his hand, informing me that this piece had become dislodged and clogged up air flow on the unit -- causing it to freeze. John confirmed that the unit worked and the blower motor was fine, I just needed to let it thaw out. John was a terrific guy to deal with, very genuine and came across as trustworthy. He explained to me that he and the owner get along well because they like to do an honest business. Good on them. As a businessman myself, with several companies that strive to do an honest business, I appreciate the hell out of an honest organization. I recommend Pure Air to anyone needing honest service and I hope Pure Air will continue on this path of excellence.

Today was the second encounter with Pure Air in last 10 months. Again, the service tech (Brandon) was on time, professional & efficient in diagnosing the problem with our HVAC unit. He answered all of my questions appropriately & I believe honestly. The cost of the service call was very reasonable & Pure Air will be my preferred contractor for all future HVAC needs. Love this company! I called at 8:30 this morning and they sent Jonathan out about noon. He was very friendly and we chatted for a bit. It only took him a few minutes to replace the condenser. My house is cool again! Ive used this company ever since I moved to Florida did years ago. After talking with neighbors, I know they are very honest and reasonably priced. He explained what we should be doing about filters and adjusted the drain line with some blow out piping contraption. A few months ago I signed a maintenance contract with Pure Air and so glad I did. A few days ago the air went out and the temp outside was near 90. My wife is a brain cancer survivor and is heat intolerant. The temp inside quickly rose to 80 degrees. I called Pure Air at 6:30 p.m on a Friday and their technician was at our home by 9 and the unit fixed within 30 minutes. I was only charged for the part, a condenser coil, and he waived the travel and work time because I have the contract. Very professional and even more important, very dependable!

Joe did an awesome work. I am really happy getting that job too fast. He arrived just after an hour I phoned then. We had their technician come out for a maintenance. We are extremely impressed by the technician Jons knowledge of the functionality and appreciated his willingness to explain things to us and answer any questions we had. We signed up for the annual maintenance plan, which includes free emergency service calls. We had a home warranty company before that didnt even offer same day service. Lets just say we didnt want to be waiting for days if the system has a breakdown.Also, the office staff is extremely thorough and flexible in setting our appointment.

Pure Air just replaced everything A/C (including ductwork) and added new returns. Everyone was extremely professional, from the installers to the salesman to Michael, the owner. Pure Air started immediately and put in overtime to complete the job (our original air conditioning quit on us on the hottest day of the year). After completion, the installers left no trace of being there with the exception of a great A/C system. We received quotes from several contractors and Pure Air was the best for what we needed.

These guys are rockstars. Mo and Edwin had the old unit out and the new unit in quickly. Had us up and running again in 6 hours.After dealing with the owner Mike, we decided to have them install a two stage Trane system with the variable speed air handler. The system is very quite and seems to be doing a much better job pulling the humidity out of our house, as compared to the system we replaced.I can vouch for the quality of their installs also, very clean job!!

Mr. Elkins came over to look at the situation and give us repair and replace options. The owner, also a Mike, followed up with us after the new Trane system had been installed. Pure Air Conditioning just installed a variable speed Trane ac system at our place in Naples. We were typically around 57% relative humidity with our old builders model single stage system. This Trane system is incredible with how much humidity it is now pulling out of our house. Somewhere between 45-48% humidity inside the home now, and we rarely even see the compressor speed higher than 60% on the touchscreen thermostat they installed. This was by far not the most inexpensive system they offered us, and hindsight is 20/20. I have absolutely no regrets about spending more to be supremely comfortable. Great job to Mike E (sales), Mike C (owner), and his entire staff and install team. Thank you again!

Very impressed with the efficiency of this company and the system they installed. Its been running for about a week now and the humidity levels inside my house have dropped significantly. They put in a two speed trane system with an internet controller on the wall. The installers were very professional and clean. When your AC breaks, you need a trained, experienced technician to correctly assess the problem. Pure Air service people found the problem and recommended 3 proposals to fix it. I made my choice and at the end of the second day I again had functioning air conditioning. The equipment is state-of-the-art. The technicians who installed it were courteous, efficient, tech savvy, and they cleaned up the work site. So the previous owners of the condo we just closed on had old carpet and smoked in the house. We decided to hire them to clean the ducts, clean the inside unit out, and install an air purifier.Here we are a week after and we couldnt be happier. Night and day difference in the air now. I had no air on a Sunday. I called them and was greeted politely on the phone by the owner, Mike. He had his service man Jon out within a few hours and the problem fixed (capacitor). They even waived the service fee in order to get me signed up for a three year annual maintenance package. Honestly, I dont really ever write reviews but I cant ask for better service!

Needless to say having your ac break is very frustrating!Our unit was probably already out the door pushing 15 years old... :(This company sent a service man out who found a bad compresser, the sales guy Mike was out within a few hours with a portable cooler and actually got us cooling off after helping us choose the right option for our situation. We had gotten quotes already in the past so we kinda knew how much a system should cost.Anyways, fast forward..not too far... new system installed the next day! Unreal experience and saved us from having to get a hotel room (probably $300-400 a night in Naples).Thank you pure air!!!!!!!!!!

Install went terrific! Diego and his helper got the unit installed in one day with extra duck work stuff that was needed. They also took their time and got the new wifi controller all hooked up and set up my iphone with the app to control it. A month ago our heating and air conditioner went out just after I had been released from the hospital. Michael the owner came over the next day, on Sunday and discussed all our options. We had our A/C system upgraded to the new Trane variable speed system. Very pleased with the installation by AJ and Mike, and the humidity in our house is extremely low compared to what it was before. Still getting used to checking my app if I want to raise or lower the temperature, but I can do it manually as well.We did our research and found that the Trane systems hold up to the salty air much better than the other brands, I suppose due to the all aluminum coils inside and out.Very happy we picked Pure Air to do the installation!

We had Pure air come out for a service call a few days ago. 2005 built house so not surprised the builder ac unit had a bad compressor....Spoke with the service tech Novie and went over options to replace. Fast forward a day and we are happy we chose the 2 cycle Trane system. The installers were very nice and took the time to get the wifi controller set up for us. Would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

The technician came out on a Saturday just to take the WiFi thermostat from my previous residence and wire it in to my newly bought residence. Very quick, knowledgeable, and professional. Oh, they also installed a Trane previously at my previous residence. Im very impressed to say the least.

Found these guys on Angies List. Just had them put in two XV variable speed Trane systems. I imagine the house was around 55% relative humidity before, now after a few days Im around 45%. Needless to say the wife loves it, we can kick the temperature to 78 and the systems still pull out a ton of humidity. Before we had to leave the temperature set at 74 just to be mildly comfortable.Also, I need to mention that they did both systems in one day and already passed inspection on both of them. The county guy even mentioned that these guys do beautiful installs. AJ, Mike, and a couple of latin installers (Diego and Felkin I think) did the work and seemed to work very well together.We are hoping the maintenance goes this well in the future. Glad we chose Pure Air!
