Usually head to Denver for my pedicures, and opted to try somewhere local- won’t be doing that again.One star for clean establishment and one star for the comfy chair.Immediately I noticed I had to do some bridging because my technician didn’t speak English, nothing new for pedicures but when I asked for a classic pedicure and paraffin wax treatment, it took two other folks coming over and that should have been the signal I needed to leave.The technician actually hurt when buffing my nails, I’ve had pedicures for over a decade and this was the first time it hurt in such a way. A minor pinch or something is to be expected.Asked for a quick dry spray but they said they didn’t have any and that I could use the drying station but there were no chairs there and an elderly woman was sitting there eyeing the store in between doing laundry. The nail technician put on my sandals despite me saying I want to let them dry for a bit before putting on my flip flops. This experience left me feeling rushed and unwelcomed.No one offered me a menu for pedicure options, no one offered me a drink (luckily I brought my own) and I surprised that a shotty pedicure was $41. I didn’t want to be rude so I paid but was not satisfied- I asked for black sparkle nail polish on my big toes and clear top coat on the others.My left toe is still throbbing and red, and my right toe has no sparkle and paint has slipped off because the technician didn’t wait in between coats. Not sure if they aren’t used to make clients or the technician was anxious but it was uncomfortable. Now I have to figure out a way to fill the missing polish- won’t be back.Very frustrating to pay a premium for poor quality service. My old salon would have done a better job for half the price and twice the quality.

I got a beautiful manicure and pedicure and I want thank my nail technician so much, though I didnt catch her name. She went above and beyond and was incredibly talented. Vinny did my lashes and I am very particular with my eyelash extensions and he did the best lashes I ever had. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, and I am extremely impressed with the service I got from here. 100% recommend!!!!

Even with an appointment I waited over half an hour. The woman next to me had been waiting almost an hour and finally just got up and left without service. She had an appointment as well. My nail polish completely peeled off in the car on the way home. I called for a refund and they told me I could come back and theyd fix it. I already wasted a lot of time there and would not go back and wait even longer. Huge waste of time and money.

A lady named Jessica did a set of acrylics for me, to say the least it was one of the worst experiences I have had. Before starting my nails I asked for the price, I told her how I wanted them and what shape and I was given a price. After already starting the process the lady wanted to raise the price, mind you I made no changes to what I initially told her I wanted. She was being rough and rushed so she wouldn’t let me look for the color I wanted. She was so rushed she cut me on one of my nails cuticle, it was bleeding so she continued to spray alcohol making it the cut burn really bad. After paying for a horrible experience as if it wasn’t bad enough once may nails came off I was left with paper thin and a severely damaged nail. It’s not too clear in the picture but you can tell where she drilled my nails down. The picture I attached is a week of trying to let my nails heal. I am upset and wish the manager would’ve done something about it after coming in to talk to him. I was given an apology and told to avoid her service if I ever came back. It was a really unprofessional experience and I hope something could’ve been done about it.

I drove in from Cheyenne Wyoming to visit in Fort Collins yesterday. While I was there I decided to stop in this salon to get my nails done. I was SO impressed with the hospitality and cleanliness, but Tony really went above and beyond to make sure my nails were exactly how I wanted, and had me smiling throughout the entire appointment! I’d be willing to make the hour long commute just to return for another great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ive been here twice. The first time I had a good experience and a good dip manicure. I wish I had asked the name of the first girl I had because she was great. The second time was with a different person and my experience was the opposite. When she used the electric file to take off my old dip polish, she filed off my skin on two different fingers. When I winced she didnt apologize, clean the blood, or even acknowledge that it had happened. When I left my nails (dip polish) looked good, but only one week later the top coat started peeling off. Normally dip nails last me 3-4 weeks so Im annoyed that it only looked good for one week this time. Im afraid to go back now a 3rd time because I dont know the names of who to ask for and who to avoid.

I am new to CO and found Vinh (Bella) when I called to ask about specific services. I have seen Vinh 3X now and each time she did a fantastic job! She is so friendly and genuine and very meticulous with the quality of her work! I am so thankful to have found her! Love my nails!

Have never been to this place until today. Johnathan serviced me with my acrylic full set. The nails are uneven, very poor quality. He did not spark conversation and man handled my hands. He also didnt seem very interested in providing me my service.

Haven’t been here but I was looking for a nail salon in the area so I scanned some of the reviews. The petty replies to the negative reviews are honestly enough to keep me away. You guys need to hire an adequate customer service/social media manager. My mom used to own a nail salon when I was a kid so I know that it can be a challenging business to run but it seems like all of your responses find a way to throw the blame on the customer. The obviously defected, uneven nails are the customer’s fault for not communicating well enough?! Really? Don’t even get me started on your grammar. “Cuz.” Most people would probably feel comfortable knowing that the people putting chemicals on their body have at least an 8th grade education. I’ve never left a review for a business I didn’t have any personal experience with but the fact that you still managed to put a bad taste in my mouth says enough. Hire an experienced people person to handle your accounts. Refusing to do so is not fair to your customers or technicians. Sheesh.

Got my eyelashes done here and was the worst mistake! i mentioned i attended esthetician school to my lash tech and she didn’t even know what that was. Little weird considering you need to be a licensed esthetician to do lashes in the state of Colorado. My set did turn out beautifully to tell the truth but when i opened my eyes they burned and one week later my lashes started to irritate me severely. As i pulled them out i realized that there was no isolation at all!! One extension should be applied to one natural lash but one extension was attached to 2-4 natural lashes so as they grew my lashes were being pulled out. I have little to no natural lashes anymore and am extremely disappointed with my experience as she charged over $200. Would not recommend for lash extensions here! Although, I have heard good things about the nail techs, I question the credibility of the lash techs.

I called to see if it was a good time to get my eyebrows waxed. I just wanted a clean up.. and when I went in they immediately walked me to the back just to have me sit in a very small room alone waiting for over 30 minutes. I just got up and walked out and no one even said anything. There is no communication here at all and a ridiculous wait time. Im pretty sure they forgot about me. Not wasting my time here again.

I booked an Online appointment for a new Eyelash extensions set, new nail set and pedicure a week prior to the appointment, I only have every other sunday off so I specifically made sure i would be available for that date and time plus the salon is an hour away from me. On the day of I called to confirm my appointment just incase and turns out their online booking isnt working and there was no appointment booked. If it isn’t working ther shouldn’t be an option to do it on the website or atleast post it on the website. They couldn’t squeeze me in and were just overall very unhelpful and unprofessional on the phone. Im glad I didn’t have get service with them.

I love this place! Im a long time customer so Ive gotten to know many of the technicians here. Every one I know is top notch! They care about doing a good job and not just their fee. If you want quality work, I highly recommend.

I went here today for the first time and had the MOST AMAZING experience. I came in with a design in mind for my nails and Vinny went above and beyond my expectations. Not only do my nails look absolutely incredible but he was kind and answered my questions about lash extensions as well. I can’t wait to come back and get my nails and lashes done next time. P.s. the Vietnamese coffee is to die for! Thank you for being so accommodating to my requests and surpassing my expectations! :)

I have been to this salon twice now and I have had a great experience both times! I had shellac done each time and my nails have lasted 2 + weeks which is great. I feel it is priced well compared to other salons in the area. I book with Kayla and she’s so sweet and does a great job!

I used to LOVE this place and now the past year I can’t get serviced on time!! I’m really disappointed I’ve tried requesting a specific technician to get back on time or pick whoever just a specific time and the wait isn’t just 10 minutes past we’re talking 30 minutes ever single time!!! Today was the very last day I will ever be in that salon I am so sad that now I have to do some searching ☹️ Especially when I was spending $100+ each visit THEY DO NOT BOOK PROPERLY

It was an absolutely wonderful atmosphere with a great staff to help us. I took my friend to get her nails done as a mommy present and I was absolutely pleased.

I went here for a nice pedicure with my mom and we were treated poorly since the moment we walked in. The pedicures were rushed and we both felt as though we werent cared for there.The lady doing my moms pedicure and manicure was nicer than the guy who did mine but when my mom asked for a paraffin wax on her hands, the lady said my mom didnt need it and that it didnt matter. She did however continue to tell my mom how bad her feet were. My mom then again asked if she could get the paraffin wax and the lady said again that she didnt need it and basically refused to do it for my mom.I then got my nails done with acrylics with another tech who actually did a decent job but as I was paying (I paid for the service with my credit card and then tipped on Venmo since I guess it costs them an expensive merchants fee to take tips off of Visa cards or what not) the girl was hovering over me the whole time and kept asking me if the payment went through and I thought she meant my credit card so I asked what she meant because I was already signing the receipt. There were other employees around the desk and they all continued to hover over me and look at me as though I was stupid for not understanding what the girl meant. I finally understood she meant the tip on Venmo and she asked me 2 more times if the tip payment went through and actually told me to open the app and check to see if it went through when I hadnt even gotten to that point yet, I was still signing the receipt from my credit card. It felt as though I wasnt allowed to leave until I tipped them. I always tip anywhere I go but it made me feel very weird and uncomfortable especially with them hovering over me the entire time I was trying to pay.My mom left a 1 star review for them after we left saying she didnt feel valued, the service was poor quality and she will not be coming back. They replied telling her they couldnt find her name in their check-in system (it was under my name) so they assumed she left the review for the wrong location and asked her to remove her critical review so it wouldnt ruin their reputation.Honestly I wouldnt normally write this long of a review, I actually rarely write reviews but this place treated my mom pretty poorly, and myself as well, and that doesnt fly with me, especially when it comes to my momma.So if youre trying to have a nice spa day, especially with an older family member, do yourself a favor and dont come here, dont even waste your time or money at this place.

Maybe the location on S College is great however the one on timberline was less then satisfactory. Although it was clean and professional my nails were less then subpar. The shape was different on all nails and there were gaps that we’re not filled in. On top of that the nails started lifting the very next day and three fell off three days later. I will not be returning to this location.

Very weird interaction with the employees... and when they went to cut nail tips they used craft scissors... but I was pleasantly surprised by the results. Also didn’t talk or have postings of price... and they were 70$... that’s pretty expensive, but they are beautiful

Kayla removed my acrylics done by another salon, and it was the most gentle and easiest process I’ve ever had!!! I waited to go anywhere, knowing it usually hurt really bad and most nail places have just ripped them off, not caring that I was bleeding, etc. Kayla took the time to soak them off! Didnt hurt at all!! Also then did dip powder and she did it beautifully and exactly the length I wanted!!!! Thank you, and I will be back!

Very good service :) went with a friend for a girls day. I wanted to match my nails to my dress for my boyfriends graduation & the nail technician took the time to create flowers on my nails that I looked up online. She was so great. The technicians were very friendly and conversed with me and my friend rather than sitting awkward and quietly. They even helped me with the cost by letting me know about a coupon :) this has always been my preferred go to nail salon & will continues to be!

Im so sad with this place... I got a pedicure and they left dry spots on my heel then I waited over 60 minutes to get my acrylics done it was 1 day and nails broke off. I asked for a refund since im.busy and didnt know when I could get them fixed. They said no refund but will give me 10 dollars off my next set noooo thank u... and it really sucks I have to go back to get it fixed because I didnt pay 130$ for nothing

I came here for a trial of my wedding nails and then my entire bridal party came here for pedicures and manicures/acrylics/dip powder for the wedding! There was seven of us and they were so accommodating and did an excellent job with each person and what they wanted!

5 Stars: Cora, Mia, & Vinny!!!Cora is beyond amazing! She executed a hand-painted, extremely detailed design I found that I thought NO ONE could replicate. Literally she made my dreams come true! Mia is also wonderful and Vinny is the only person I go to for my lashes!

I’ve been coming here for a while now and I’m usually really happy with my experience and with my nails. I get acrylics done and I am very picky. Today I had an experience that makes me not want to return. I was there for over two hours and when I asked for the design on my nails he pretty much refused to do it because it would’ve been “too hard” but in my opinion and due to my years of getting nail art done it was doable. He just didn’t want to do the design on each nail. Then I asked for a different design and instead of painting he wanted to use stickers. Which we tried and I didn’t like. I had him take it off and I decided to leave with no design and just the base color of the acrylic powder. I’m super bummed because I felt as if I wasn’t asking for anything more than what you should expect at a nail salon and I was being treated as if I was asking for way too much and was being pushy trying to get me out of the chair so he could move on. I tip well and I believe I am a nice customer and I’m sad to say I do not think I will be returning.

I have been going to Vinny since I was 16 (Im 21 now) and he never disappoints, once he started doing lashes I switched over to Johnny, he is my go-to guy because he does my nails perfectly every time, he is very professional and always gives me the best sets ever. Vinny was great! You can tell he’s really good at lash extensions because he’s gentle, fast, & they turned out looking literally perfect. I almost fell asleep because it was so relaxing. The lashes are mink & not plastic like some places use (Mink is better) & they are actually a lot cheaper than a lot of other places in Fort Collins too. Highly recommend!

I was NOT going to find a proper nail tech here until I came to Mia at Timberline Nails and Lashes! She is absolutely fantastic! I’m VERY picky and HARD to please and she does absolutely marvelous. I’ve been going to the same salon for about two years in Longmont. I started working in Fort Collins and have been looking for someone to match my creativity with designs as far as my nails go (the lady I’ve been going to isn’t the most creative). I found Johnny (Johnny.TimberlineNails on Instagram) on IG and intended to book a future appointment with him. I was working my day off today and decided to call ahead for a rebase with shellac, but I didn’t ask for anyone in particular since it was short notice. I got to the salon, was greeted immediately, and found out Johnny would be the one who helped me. Not only is his professional demeanor fantastic, but he is SO great with nails. He knocked it out of the park and I intend to be back regularly every 2 weeks! I am totally excited to see what creative designs he has, especially for the holidays!

Been getting my lashes done by Vinny for more than a year now and have always loved them! I highly recommend the volume lashes. I am constantly asked where I get them done and always direct people to come here! They are also one of the only good nail salons in Fort Collins, and everyone who works here is incredibly nice. Do not waste your money anywhere else when you are guaranteed quality services here. Other lash places in town are overpriced, and the people that work there are under qualified. If you want to go somewhere where your lash technician actually knows what they’re doing then this is the place to go.

I’m pretty upset...went into this salon in Fort Collins and gave them this picture to work with and they ended up just giving me a French ombré set...I asked if he was going to put the flowers in like in my picture and all he said was that it doesn’t work and the flowers won’t show and to come back 2-3 weeks to do something different. I wanted to confront him about it but they were extremely busy and already had another girl in my seat when I went to wash my hands..I called to tell them how displeased I was with my nails since I was QUOTED based on my picture ($60) and had weak application on a few nails already that could cause lifting right away. They didn’t follow what I wanted in the picture and they continued to lie about be able to do the milk bath style and not even have flowers when my tech said that he COULD DO IT. They only strengthen the weak areas on four nails and painted fairy gel on TWO of my nails NOT FOUR like in the picture. Very dishonest salon. Wasted money and time.

Clean and friendly staff. The BEST full set I have ever had done. I believe my technicians name was Kris? She was amazing and personable. They are pricey, but totally worth it. Was waiting to leave a review to see how the nails held and I’m happy to say that they held great! I am very rough on my nails and they usually pop off in a week. They held together for a few weeks until I manually removed them. Would highly recommend.

Not your average nail salon, they also do laser treatments and AMAZING lashes with great retention and more! They managed to fit me in before thanksgiving, it’s now 2 weeks later and I barely need a fill. Zinny did a great job, my lashes looked and felt natural and healthy, I’m a laser tech in AZ so we chatted the whole time about laser treatments and I actually learned a bit from him, very knowledgeable and if I go back to CO I know where to go. Thank you Zinny!

I am very pleased with the service here. Johnny is great at what he does, and he is quick! I go on my lunch brake and he gets me in and out with an appointment. Not only that, but I feel like they have better quality products. My nails feel a lot stronger, and the colors last longer than other places. Over all great service, awesome staff and a nice environment.

I received a gift card for my birthday. It does not specify which location it is able to be redeemed at. So when I went to the website and saw both locations listed on the website I picked the location closest to my house and made an appointment. I got the timberline pedicure. The lady that did it did a very wonderful job. She was very kind and took her time even though they became busy and had people waiting. I very much enjoyed it. When I went to check out I showed them my email gift card and they told me unfortunately even though it wasn’t specified anywhere that email gift cards are only redeemable at the other location. The lack of information given on the email, website, or when I told the lady I would be paying with a gift card left me to have to unexpectedly pay $60 in another form. I feel like if both locations are going to be claimed on the website as one business then both businesses should have the same business practices. I won’t be back to this location. I will however visit the other one to actually redeem my gift card and after that won’t be back. The impact of your business choices severely hurt the tip of the lady providing the services also because I had not expected to have the $60 come out of personal funds.

Had this set done on sunday. Last night I examined my nails even more and noticed that A LOT of lifts are already happening! I asked several different nail techs and they all agreed its lifting cause of weak nail bed prep and having too much product (gel/top coat) around my cuticles on a few of the nails...and I KNEW this was going to happen...it was only a matter of time. Definitely going to call management cause this is not okay. This will be my third time going back, as the first time they mislead me and fixed four of my nails, but now most of them are lifting...this wasnt a good experience for my first time going into this salon and barely moving into the fort collins area.

I guess they do manicures fine but I went in for shellac on my toes and spent $90 and walked out with nails that look like a 5 year old painted

The management and staff here have done all they can to provide a safe environment for customers. Anna has done pedicures for me twice and shes great!! Highly recommend and Ive been to many nail salons here in Fort Collins in the past (not during Covid-19 precautions).

I took my daughter here, a student at csu, for some pre birthday nails. Sadly disappointing the nails didnt even last 2 weeks, the guy who applied the nail seemed in such a hurry, but didnt mind charging $75. All things considered I will never return to this facility.

They were so happy to help me and made sure I was 100% happy with my nails. They accommodated need so well. This is my new salon! Couldn’t recommend it more.

I took my sister here to get a gel manicure. The ladies who did our nails were very nice and they did an excellent job. The salon is also very clean which is always a plus!

Vinny did an amazing job with my gel nails! He took his time and paid attention to detail, which is often overlooked at most nail salons these days. He gave me advice on which color to pick and it turned out beautiful! Clean, friendly, and professional salon. I will be back!!!

Got my eyebrows microbladed for the very first time. I was fairly nervous just because Ive never gotten any work done to my face, especially not permanent makeup. Let me just say that my tech KILLED it. Vinny was so professional and super hospitable. He talked me through the process and made sure I was aware of what was going on before each time he changed steps. He was super thorough! Also, my brows look amazing. I couldnt have asked for a better experience!!

Overall this place got the job done but I would not recommend it not will I be coming back. I came here with some of my girlfriends before my wedding and we did not have the best experience. First off, they asked us to fill out papers that were not available to fill out, we told them they were out of papers twice before they finally got some to us. Then one lady took all of our tempuratures and asked us if 98 degrees was too high. Why are you taking tempuratures if you do not know what tempurature is normal? They then cut my sisters toe and she was bleeding from her Pedicure. One lady did my mothers gel manicure with no mask on the entire time. They rushed our nails and did the fulls sets VERY thick and way too bulky. My nails have never been done so thick. They did do very well with my eye brows though, I will give them that. Once paying, they charged all of us. We left and the lady ran out to tell my sister she did not charger her foir everything. My sister had to go back in to pay after already paying what seemed to cover it all. Not coming back, do not recommend. Go elsewhere!

So happy to have found this salon! They have multiple products to choose from, are CLEAN, and have consistently provided quality work for me! I have never done the lashes but the pedicures/ acrylics/ and waxing services I can all speak very highly of!

Kayla is absolutely wonderful! I always enjoy the conversations we have. You can tell Kayla is a little bit of a perfectionist when it comes to nails, because she will make sure they look amazing before you leave the store. The entire staff has always had such a positive attitude and are all so friendly. Will definitely be returning :)

I just had my nails done by Johnny (who is a DREAM) and I cannot rave enough. I came in with a wild design and he ran with it! My tech was so patient and kind, he listened to my requests and paid close attention to details. I cannot recommend this place more, you will not be disappointed!
