Great customer service. Everyone was prompt and polite. Me and my three little kiddos got to wait in the car while they changed the oil. Total wait time was about 25 min and once they started working on our car it was only 10 minutes. They also filled tires with air and checked lights. Highly recommend for a quick service! Mateo was friendly and helpful with making sure my maintenance light was reset.

Do not have confidence in a company that cannot tell me what oil belongs in my vehicle. BMWs are special breed and require special oil thats recommended only by their manufacturer. Substitutes are not recommended. It does not appear this jiffy lube understood that when I called in.

Fast service, of course there were no other cars at the time. Wait will change if others ahead of you. But very friendly staff, quick to do oil change and after 15min you out on ur way again.

Took car for the state inspection. Fast and friendly service. Three or four vehicles ahead of me and it took about 30 minutes, so a pretty fast turnaround considering the thorough inspection for each vehicle.

First the host was to busy talking to a girl worker for a while then spoke to us. They put a new person to do the filter . they didnt have it, then he couldnt put it back in. then I had check engine light turn on . Went again they try but didnt work so went somewhere else and all he did was put it in place and close the lid right cost us 40 dollars more . Will not go again.

Did my inspection in this location, received great and professional service from the mechanics and front desk.

Drove up to Jiffy lube. Got in line ( lucky, only one car ahead of me and already being served). My turn; drove into bay . Stayed in car; they checked stuff ( notice they checked fluid levels under hood and topped them off ). Drove out of bay.They took my credit card and returned with receipt. Gave me token for car wash and I left. Went grocery shopping.

Been coming here since it opened years ago. Quality and service has not diminished over time at all. I never worry if I drop off my vehicle either.

Dud not change oil filter.. Like i was charged.. We marked oil filter got back with the same one.. We do mechanic checks on alot of companies.. This us one of the worst.. No superiors on premises..

The quickest and most professional Jiffy lubes I have been to in the United States. Fair disclosure, I have only used several Jiffy Lubes in Maryland and this one in Texas. This one in Texas was by far the cleanest and fastest. Speed was measured in the time it took to get the service completed as soon as my car was in the service bay.

Gina met me outside and from start to finish explained the items covered and what it would cost. Afterwards went inside and had fresh coffee. Very accessible and fast service. They even have a courtesy charging station for your cell. Vacuum front/back, wash windows and overall excellent customer service!

Sorry never went to jiffy lube. Looked up the# for a neighbor n thats all.Have no opinion cus i was not there or called them.

I went for a state inspection. I should give 1 star but the guy in the front desk was polite. He told me there was a long wait and I was ok with it. I waited 25 minutes and another person called me up to tell me their systems are down and that they will probably not be up for the rest of the day day. I would have appreciated that info before I waisted 25 minutes.

I came for just a oil change but ended up with way over filled antifreeze. They try to sell me a new air filter when my filter was really clean and have been replaced 2 weeks before and they said they vacuumed my car but they didnt do it . With my own oil and filter i ended up paying 45$ for overfilled antifreeze which i had to drain after it and not vacuumed car . Its clear that their workers have never worked or know anything about car maintenance . If you would like to leave your car that you worked hard for to these unprofessionals go right ahead . I rather go to any other mechanic they would do a better job for half the price . Never going to Jiffy Lube again

Waited for half an hour to get my inspection sticker. An attendant then proceeded to jump another car behind mine for no reason whatsoever and after asking if we were next, all they told us was that there was free coffee inside.Terrible terrible TERRIBLE way to treat customers.Will NEVER give my business again to a place that was possibly catering to a friend of the business instead of being fair to someone whos gotten there earlier and had been waiting longer.If I could give them NO STARS I would.

Went there to do oil change on my Mercedes sprinter,they did and then guy went into my car to reset it what obviously was big mistake to let him do it.He said how he couldnt do it and I left because I was in rush and I said Ill do it later.After couple of hours I wanted to do it I have noticed that reset button was broken.obviously he did it and I called them and one of expertsanswered .I explained what is going on and his answer was worst possible ever:Maybe it was already brokenWhat a moron.People, warning to all of you,check everything before you leave places like this.They are bunch of unqualified workers which beside it lie for their convince, I never gonna go back again,they are jokesDamaged my car and lie about it.
