I have been going to this place for quite some time now and since their remodel the salon has improved immensely! The interior is much nicer and cleaner than before and the techs are more professional also. I always get great service for an affordable price and leave happy with lasting gel acrylics. Great location in west campus. I also love that they are very quick and efficient but they do a great job. I can usually walk in but I know they recommend an appointment especially for gel/acrylics. Regardless I love this place and they have definitely earned my loyalty and trust !

I didnt like the color I got and the next day they fixed it, and I love them! They are very nice and understanding. They will continue to get my business! =)

My new favorite nail salon on Fort Collins!! They are under new management and the totally redid the interior, it feels clean and open! I got a full set of custom acrylics and the woman who did my nails definitely knew what she was doing. She was fast & consistently asked if I was happy with the shape, color, length, etc.. I’m definitely coming back and bringing my friends!

I CAME HERE ON THE 15TH AND ON THE 18TH 3 OF MY NAILS BROKE OFF AT THE TIP AND ONE IS ABOUT TO BREAK OFF!! I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN BEFORE AND IVE BEEN GETTING MY NAILS DONE FOR 20 YEARS!! I HEARD GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE BUT I THINK IT DEPENDS ON WHAT U GET.. SUPER DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL AS IF I WAISTED 100$UPDATE: I called and they had all my broken nails fixed for free it was nice of them to correct the issues

What a great Nail Salon! I was impressed with the friendly, professional staff. Their was NO pressure or trickery here! You get what you ask for, with NO surprise charges like at other salons! I highly recommend this Nail Salon. I definitely give it 10/10 score!

I took my girl here today and she said this was her best experience there yet. She said the younger guy that did her white nails was very gentle and very nice. The nails were very straight and professional looking. Overall great place to get acrylic nails.

This is my second trip to this location. My first time I went because it was convenient but I liked the service so much then that I took my friend today and she liked it as well. We got the deluxe pedicure that leaves your skin so soft and makes your feet as smooth as a babies bottom. She got a full set and I got a fill both sets came out beautiful. The only thing I can find to say bad is that when you get a design it’s a run of the mill same as everywhere else design. However the service is so good I can deal with it.

First time visiting this establishment. It came recommended by a friend. I’m very happy with the finished product and plan on returning for my next nail service.

I love this nail salon! Everything is new and clean. So many gel, dip and conventional nail polish options. The owner is incredibly nice and the woman that did my nails did a wonderful job. This was my 3rd visit and I will be back many more times.

I recently went to this salon and my experience was great. I got a pink ombre stiletto set and they turned out beautiful and were fairly priced. The staff is extremely kind and friendly and has a new clean atmosphere. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend.

I went there for my first time a little over two weeks ago; my nails still look great! Service was great, my manicurist was very nice and was gave me exactly what I wanted.

Extremely unsanitary! DO NOT COME HERE! I noticed that none of the tools there are in sterilized bags when I came in. The lady pulled out a cuticle nipper straight out of her drawer and started cutting and I was like praying to God that those had not been used on someone else already. Thats when I started looking around. They are really nice, but ugh...just sterilize your instruments please!

I love this nail Salon!!! Theyre taking the social distancing very serious, which is great during a time like this. I feel safe there; they take your temp, they take appointments and have clear shields up between you and tha nail beautician. Lee does such a great job, my nails look fab when I leave and I get a lot of compliments! The owners are good people! You should go, you love it!!

My friends got me a gift card for $30 to go here for my birthday. I was super excited to use it, but I got COVID and wasn’t able to use it until now. I went earlier today. The place was clean and looked great since they redid it. Service was great and I was really happy with my nails. When I went to use my giftcard, they said since they switched owners, they couldn’t honor the giftcard. The giftcard clearly says it doesn’t expire. I was told I could get $5 off. Every normal business would honor the previous giftcard since it’s only a couple of months old. I would’ve thought they wanted by business again, but I thought it was upsetting my friends’ money just went to waste. I will not be going back.

I went in to get my nails done and the service was not good at all. When I was trying to figure out pricing the lady who was supposed to be helping me and doing my nails was engaging in conversations with others and ignoring me. Her demeanor was not pleasant whatsoever. I stepped to the side to make a quick call before getting my nails done. I told them that I was not leaving but they still gave my seat away and moved mythings out of the way to do so. I then left and they did not get my business.

Lukewarm water, unsanitary salon and tools, and rude staff. I went back to get my toes fixed after I called and asked for a refund. They were not understanding and all glared at me when I was trying to give them a second chance. The wash cloth they used was gross and my friends wallet was covered in dust when she left.

I recently got dip powder here and they chipped after two days. The person who did my nails did not unwrap any equipment or have any sterilized equipment, it all came from a jar on the counter. I would recommend going to Timberline Nail and Lash where the equipment is clean and the nails you pay for last longer than if you were to do them at home.

I stopped in here randomly on a slow January Thursday night to ask how late they were open because I had to go run another errand in the same area. The gentleman who worked there said they would be staying open a little late so it was fine. I came back and sat down right away. There was a really cool movie on their big screen. My pedicure was fast, simple and nice, especially with the massage chair going the whole time. After everything was done, the whole family was there and said I could wait with them while I waited for my Uber - even though it was past their business hours. They even offered me a slice of fresh pizza the mom brought in. Great customer service, very friendly :)

They are always so friendly and fast. They do such a great job with any nail ideas you have!

The staff are super nice and do a great job! Even when I’ve left without getting exactly what I wanted, as long as I tell them they are more than willing to fix it! They really make sure you get what you want and what you pay for. I hardly ever leave without my nails looking great, though.

First time here. The staff was really nice the only thing is that my mom got a manicure and pedicure and her nails are chipping after 2 days before going on a big trip which sucks. My nails were good but not my favorite it felt rushed. I would try it again if these things were brought to their attention.

I love this place. The girls here are always so friendly and I bring 2 90+ grandmas with me for pedis and the girls here are so good to them. They help them in and out of the chairs, talk to them and make sure they are comfortable. The girls now all call them grandma. We will go nowhere else and the grandmas LOVE all the attention of course.

Came here to get a lip wax since I had been once before and the initial wax turned out fine. The lady who showed me to the waxing room was very rude and in a huge rush, despite there being only two customers in the entire salon. In her rush, she dripped wax in my hair and across my nose. When I mentioned this, she mainly ignored me and wiped off a tiny bit of wax, leaving the rest. The middle of my lip was barely touched, never mind actually waxed. She never put the salve on my lip, and I left the store with wax caked onto either side of my mouth. I will not be coming back.

I dont even want to give this place a single star. My friend and I went there today for the first time. We both left very disappointed and upset. She definitely didnt get what she paid for and we were both overcharged. Of course they dont speak English. The lady my friend had working on her actually got mad that she was asked to clean out the gel from under my friends nails. I have never been to a place that totally ignored what we wanted and then had the nerve to overcharge us. Should have read the reviews before going there. Never again. What a waste of $$ and time. Dont go there even if someone else is paying.

My Supervisor took us girls in to Paradise. This was a first pedicure for me. The staff took time with me and didnt say anything about my dry dry heels. There of course was an extra $5.00 charge for the magic off lotion, but worth every cent. Excellent, Paradise employees! My feet have never been so pampered! I am now going to bring in my Mother in for one. She hasnt had a pedicure before either.

Li did an amazing job on my nails. She was fast, sweet and had great attention to detail! I will definitely be going back to see her for graduation nails. Also they werent too busy with the construction so definitely a plus! 5 star nails forsure. Thank you Li!

I went today for my very first manicure. Overall, Im really pleased with my shellac manicure, given that its vibrant and beautiful. Additionally, I was mortified as my finger started bleeding (at least three times) because its exceedingly dry, accompanied with a condition Ive been dealing with all of my life. The nail technician was very patient and nice about the serious inconvenience (seriously though, I bled on her towel). She even took her gloves off after the manicure to show me that she, too, has dry skin on her fingers-she did whatever she could to make me comfortable and reassured with myself. I was incredibly impressed at her kindness!

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I paid 70 for a pedicure, manicure plus acrylics. I didnt receive the manicure because the nail tech was in a rush. My nails were all diffrent shapes, a few were crooked and one chipped within hours of leaving. I came back to ask her to remove them and her and her co workers all had attitudes about it. She removed them but caused me pain and was extremely rough, in a rush yet again to get to her next client. Youre better off getting your nails done at Walmart, I promise. Dont spend your hard earned money here!!

Was not satisfied with this experience, the cheaper price was enticing and I cancelled an appointment at a different nail salon to give this salon a chance, but it was not worth the $15 in savings. The salon was outdated and dirty, the color selection was poor, and the tools seemed unsanitary. During my pedicure a tool was used and put back without being sterilized, so I question the cleanliness of the tools used. I also had my cuticle on my toe cut too deep and was bleeding from it.

I love Paradise Nails so much 💓 I’ve probably been to atleast 15 other Foco nail salons in town the past 10yrs, but I never go anywhere else now! They are extremely quick, affordable, clean, and my shellac NEVER chips or peels. Literally, if I let my nails grow out for a month they still don’t chip! I Couldn’t ask for anything more. I love Everyone that works there too, they’re sweet and friendly and never try to push you to buy extra services. The best.

This is a long overdue. Ive been going there to get my eyebrows and waxing done for three years. They have never disappointed me. I moved away from the CSU area and live 8 miles away and every two weeks I drive 30 min just to get their services. I highly recommend this place.

I went in today and made a reservation. I got a regular pedicure and a shellac manicure. I ended up paying like 50 bucks for a crappy nail job I could have done at home. My heels are rougher than when I went in there, theres polish all over the skin of my fingers, theres a huge smudge on my thumb that the woman made a comment about but didnt fix, and on top of that she stepped on my freshly painted toe while I was in slippers and the already crappy paint job is even more messed up. She didnt offer to fix the toe. The lady at the front desk was rude and literally yelled at me while I was looking at the acrylic options. If there was a way to give negative stars, I would. There is not a single positive thing to say about this place from my experience there. Paradise? Yeah right.

The staff was kind. The basic mani and pedi was decent. I did bring my own polish. But this salon does not operate with sanitary tools, towels, or equipment. Will not return since being sanitary in this type of business should be mandatory. Disappointed.

The best place I have found to do nails that last for a very long time! They are very nice workers and take their time doing whatever you want. The extra time spent here is totally worth it!

If you need acrylics removed go here! Doesnt hurt at all! They dont soak in chemicals like most places. Did a nice regular manicure and for a good price.

EDITED: My first experience with them was bad. I didnt want to return. However, I did, and I am very happy I did so. They are the only ones I go to now for both my acrylic fills and pedicures. I always get the shellac, on both hands and feet! I love Alana for my fills and Gwen does a great pedicure if you like a really deep massage & scrub on your feet.

The worst nails I’ve ever had. The woman rushed through and wanted me out. The acrylics are bubble up and extremely thick. The color after one week is discolored. Since she paid no attention to my real nails and didn’t do anything to my cuticles, they looked grown out after 3 days. Worst service ever. Never will return

Worst place Ive ever been to the ladys were super rude. I walked in and asked a price for what I specifically wanted and so the lady told me so she started doing my nails and she was so rude about it she cut my skin a few time on different fingers then she starts doing my nails completely different from what I had asked and she said if I wanted what I had told her about it was going to be extra even after she had told me a set price to begin with and she kept dropping the nail files and then she would just pick it right up from the floor and keep using it. I told her this was for my wedding so I wanted it perfect and yea I got a complete disaster so thanks never again.

0 out of 10 stars. The lady I had was aggressive in how she handled my hands as well as pulling colors that wasnt even close to the number I picked. And couldnt comprehend any glitter designs. Worst place ever!!! Would never recommend! Never will come here again! Oh and she reaked like alcohol. .so heres a tip if you work that close with the public put the bottle down the night before absolutely disgusting to smell this the whole service.

Normally I really love this place and Ive been going there for a little while but the last time I went I was super disappointed my nails did not come out as proper as they should and as soon as I left one popped off. The lady who did my toes did not scrub my feet she did not rub my legs and I walked out of there and paid over a $100 I couldnt believe it. Im probably never going back

Absolutely disappointed by the staff and the service. The pedicure I received... well I don’t even know if you can call it that. They got the color wrong about 3 times to the point I gave up and had to settle. They didn’t even trim or file my nails or do anything to say the least. As for the staff, really unfriendly and rude.

Went there to get my eyebrows waxed, I have never been so disappointed in my life... what a waste of money. They literally looked like they havent even been waxed. Im so so disappointed in the service I received, when I asked her to shape them she didnt and kept saying they were fine......... lesson learned.

Boy if i could give this place 0 stars i would, the lady who did my nails was rude and on top of it my fingers hurt so bad! Why does this place have 4 stars??? After walking inside the only reason I even considered it was because I was short on time and desperate. I have specks of nail polish on my skin and my feet might be even rougher than before. Definitely shouldve trusted my instincts on this one.

I initially went to this salon because it was one of the few open on Labor Day. I saw some of the good reviews and figured I would be happy with my Solar/pink and glitter tip full set. I was very disappointed and am now surprised at the good reviews. I found the staff to be unfriendly and I am not happy with my manicure. The woman who did my nails did a very poor, rushed job. my nails have bubbling underneath the surface, she did not use enough of the color at the nail tip, she did not go far enough back so the gel lined up with my cuticle (now I have a gap in that space), the acrylic tip can be seen through the nail because she did not line up the glitter tip properly, and she did not file down the tops and they are too thick. I have had many of these sets of nails done and this is the worst I have had. I wouldnt recommend going here.

Yesterday, I came in to get a manicure, today four of my nails have chipped paint. In that time I went out for dinner... and thats about it. I am pretty unhappy with the job they did. It felt rushed and I only got one coat of color which I think is why it chipped so easily. I also got my toes painted and the color isnt completely covering the sides of the nails, also disappointing. I would not return.

Ok, I will raise them up to 5 stars because I can`t find a salon in the area that can beat them. Find myself coming back for the nail job all the time.

Perfect! GREAT price, GREAT service and GREAT environment. The massage chairs are comfy and WORK! The employess were very friendly and inviting. The pedicure was wonderful. She took her time to make sure my tooties were PERFECT and the massage was soooo relaxing. Ive been trying to think of one thing to criticize and I simply cant. This place is just awesome. I went on a Monday around 3p for whatever that is worth. There were only a couple other customers which was nice because I hate busy places when Im trying to relax. Check them out and enjoy.

My eye brows are crooked and arent even shaped correctly. They never said a word to me. they just made grunting noises at me.

Do not go to this place. It was awful. The technician was rushed. Couldnt communicate and didnt do a very good job. My acrylics looked okay right after I left however they were all misshaped and crooked. I filed them straight and thought they would be ok but after only a couple of days they started lifting at the edges. After four days one has almost come off. Take your business elsewhere.

Ive never been so in love with an acrylic manicure!!! Its perfect. No complaints, whatsoever! The girl was very sweet. We didnt talk much, but i guess im used to that so i didnt take offense. But she asked me if the length was alright, and the shape, and every other question a nail technician is expected to ask. I have been constantly oo-ing and ahh-ing over how gorgeous they look all day. Extremely satisfied!!! Thank you!!!!
