I got my nails done on July 6th, a new full set. Nail tech did not listen to the design i wanted put gems on my ring finger and after asked if i wanted them like that after she had already put my nails in the blue light. The last few days the gems had all fallen off and today July 9th my ring finger nail COMPLETELY CAME OFF. The acrylic nail AND my nail bed. I called and asked for a refund he refused and said they would fix it. I will never let them touch my nails again, i’ve been doing them for years and have never had this happen to them. Do not let them do your nails unless you want this to happen.

I came in with a terrible set of acrylics from a different spa. They gave me a new set that looks perfect! They were very skilled, clean, and friendly. I will never go anywhere else.

I use to love this salon, but some recent staffing changes have really lowered the quality of service. I made a reservation for a specific nail tech. I wasnt told until I arrived for my appointment that the nail tech I had been seeing for almost a year had recently left. Ok, not a huge issue.The problem started when they sent me to a nail tech who was obviously sick. He repeatedly stopped the fix his face mask and cough. He had such bad coughing fits that he gouged my cuticles in 3 spots while trying to shape them.While I like the nails, Ill be going somewhere else from now on.

Very friendly staff! My pedicure looks great! My manicure however (tips with a dip - french manicure) is uneven and Im a bit disappointed. And yes...its winter and my hands and cuticles are very dry. Lol

Super happy with my nails. The technician gave me exactly what I asked for and checked in with me often to make sure we were on the same page. The nails look natural and are not over-coated with gel polish. I’ll be back for sure!

Pretty clean spot and many color options. A little pushy when I first arrived but mellowed out and was a very nice tech. He asked several times if it was how I wanted and would show me, which I really appreciated. I think it’s a little expensive but not bad at all. Full set, gel, two colors and matte finish was $51 plus tip.

Ive never been to a salon that charged $20 extra for gel nail polish. So that brought my $26 pedi up to $46 +tip. This could be my own fault for not researching first, but what what you get I wouldnt say its worth it. Immediately after the gel popped off. The whole time I was there the staff rarely communicated with me when I attempted to speak with them. Im sure theyre all lovely people and I respect anyone who is working again during this pandemic, but I didnt feel welcomed.

I have been going here for a couple years now and I have been through the shop changing ownership. I was hesitant at first, but the new owners are so so nice and very skilled! I am always satisfied with my acrylic nails, and they can even fit me in last minute when I inevitably do something ridiculous and break my nails (last time, it was going too fast down the New Belgium slide at the end of the tour). They have an amazing selection of colors, and they are very talented at hand painted nail art. The picture below is of the nails I got done just yesterday, and I love them so much! The design was their idea and it works amazingly. I will definitely continue going here.

New best experience Ive had getting my nails done in Fort Collins!!! 12/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone!!! They also have a punch card for $10 off once you fill the card, which is the first time Ive seen that. Tons of color choices, so I was able to find the wxact colors I had wanted.

They were very social and interactive, I appreciated the good conversations, and the quality of the work is very well done too. Normal pedicure $25 plus 5$ for the flowers! Well worth it!

Not too shabby for a powder pink and white set!! I called ahead of time to make sure there was openings and they were actually a little dead when I got there. Which was suprising for a Friday afternoon. Service was good, no complaints. I didnt catch the guys name but he did well! I have an issue with perfectionism (not OCD, theres a huge difference) so if something is alittle uneven, I can tell rather quickly but this wasnt bad at all, comparatively speaking. I think only 3 smile lines are a little weird or uneven that you can tell up close. And with sculpting I think thats pretty damn good! Very pleased and may go here from now on!

I came in on a weekday afternoon thinking it wouldn’t be that busy. It wasn’t but after I sat down for my basic pedicure that lasted 1 hour (thorough but why?)!! I had to sit and wait 20 minutes before they even started my manicure.Highly unprofessional considering I was the only here when I first came in.The establishment is clean, massage chairs and add ins are wonderful, pricing matches the quality you receive. They offer a great selection of nail polish colors. I would come back here but I think that they have to work on their timing. I would understand on a weekend but on a fall weekday? If you’re coming here please allow 3 hours!Overall, being an out of state college student - I was looking for a nail place like the ones I have back home. Polished Nail Spa is that for me. I would highly recommend.

Very friendly techs and clean environment. However, I was charged $36 a few weeks ago for a shellac mani and $41 for a shellac mani today. They said their prices havent changed so Im assuming not all employees know the base prices. I came back because it was more affordable than the last place I went to and now I see that it actually isnt the more affordable option. One of the female techs had to take over for one of the male ones because she could see he wasnt doing very well. It was kind of awkward to say the least. Not sure if Ill be back.

I got the acrylic full set, pedicure and eye brow wax and was very happy with the quality. This place seemed very popular since there were many people coming in and out. There also seemed to be a lot of ladies who were regulars (always a good sign). They were very fast, efficient and very friendly. The place looked clean and new. They also offered drinks and wine to their customers. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for friendly and good quality place for nails. I will come here again next time Im in town. (smiley)💗

I got a great nail tech. She did a wonderful job on my fill in for pink and white. The other employees were smiling and chatting with the clients. You feel welcome and the environment is enjoyable. Ill go back, even though I have another favorite close by. Their hours are better which is great for me.

Worth every penny! It was my first time coming here and all the girls were so welcoming, funny, and charming! I loved it! girl was literally amazing! I cant even begin to thank her for an amazing manicure and making me feel so welcome. By far, one of my favorite nail places in the city. I come during my lunch hour since its two blocks away and Ill be done in 30 - 40 minutes for a gel manicure. I love the color selection here and my favorites. My gels usually last a month and the price is so cheap!! Super cheap and great service.

Kenny did an amazing job on my nails yesterday! Ive come here several times, and while Ive always had a good experience, Ive gotta say I had the BEST experience yesterday. I got a full set of color tips. All of my nails were put on perfectly straight, theres not a single flaw in any of them, and theres not any leftover residue on the underside of my nails. I am totally and completely happy with my nails and will always call to make an appointment with Kenny, and would have given a bigger tip if I had more money on me at the time because he definitely deserved it. Hands down, the best nail salon in town. Ive tried several in the last few years and have never been more satisfied than I am with this place. Great music, very sanitary, and they have such a wide variety of colors to choose from including dips. Will return again and again as long as Im living in the area!

I have been here twice. Super convenient and close to my apartment. I never had to make an appointment and they always have time to squeeze me in even though they have been busy both times. I have only gotten pedicures here and both times it was great. I recommend this place!!

This is by far the best nail salon in Fort Collins. I’ve been going to polished nails for years and it’s the only salon I go to now after having so many terrible experiences with other salons. The staff are welcoming and very friendly I’m so thankful to have a great salon to always go to!!!

I go to Polished Nails regularly and Tiffany is absolutely wonderful. She’s quick, skilled and always suggests and creates beautiful designs. I’ve had to keep myself from crying a couple times because the designs she gives me are so beautiful. She deals well with shaking hands and is gentle. People at my work are always excited to see the new designs. I highly suggest scheduling an appointment at Polished, in general. Everyone is friendly and the touch ups and renovations they’ve done have made it a welcoming atmosphere. I love you guys. Thank you so much for always taking such great care of me.

Visited this place with my sister and we had so much fun talking with the staff as they did our gel chrome manicure and regular polish pedicure. They had a great sense of humor and were very personable.My husband fell asleep as we were getting our nails done, so, as a prank, one of the staff members painted his middle toenail bright turquoise when he was sleeping!The pedicure was nice since they put your feet in a foot massaging tub and the massage chairs were extremely relaxing. Also it was my first time ever having a chrome manicure and I loved the result! They also put lotion in the end, which was a nice touch. They turned out super shiny and cute💝

Very fast and beautiful service. I had to get a single nail repaired. Not only were they quickly helpful matching my nail to the rest but also the jewels on that particular nail were far and beyond more lovely then the ones I already had.They have a great selection of pedicure chairs and welcome both appointments and walk-ins. But its best with an appointment so theres no chances to have to wait or come back if they are busy.

A stellar, hidden gem in a strip mall/ shopping center. I went in over the holidays while in town visiting from New York and got a fabulous gel manicure. The space is clean, big, and open - but no frills. I didn’t have an appointment and during their midday buzz I only waited 10 mins. The guys working were professional, and good at what they do. Three weeks later my mani is still looking great. Will be back again next time I’m in town!

I am pretty impressed with this salon. I had a manicure with gel polish and the technician, Kenny, did a great job shaping my nails and applying the gel with attention to detail. This was my third salon I tried out since moving to Fort Collins and I think I found my preferred salon! Clean space, and I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the door, too.

I love this nail salon! It’s super nice and of great quality. The employees are always so welcoming and friendly, also very accommodating to walk-ins. They are genuine, hard working and have great senses of humor. My nails are long-lasting and I have never had any issues. They also do my nails fairly quickly. They even address me by name and have enough respect to call me to arrive a little bit later if they are busy; excellent communication and customer service. I always look forward to returning right after I leave! I am a returning customer and will continue to be so.

Got a pedicure here the other night, and I was pretty impressed. They have these amazing back massage chairs that you can adjust . They have a wall of just OPI nail polish to pick from, and I was really happy with the results. The tools looked clean, and they give you foam flip flops so you can move to the drying station and hang out until your nails are done.💐

I was very excited to come hear after a friend recommended it. However, I was nervous I wouldnt get what I wanted because I have very small fingernails but the pictures and words came out perfect. I can not wait to return!

Ive always been thrilled with the job done and leave with dazzling nails exactly how I wanted them!The staff is always super friendly, helpful, respectful, fun and doesnt bat an eye at any requests or concerns that you have. If you have the chance to get Tedde, shes awesome. She does a detailed, though job and is down to earth, chill and fun to talk to.By far my favorite thing about this salon is the atmosphere. They play great music, have fun/funky art, and break the nail salon stereotype in the best possible way.

I had such a good experience here! Came in for a manicure and pedicure the day before my wedding with my mom and sister. The shop itself is small which was nice to be able to chat. The ladies who took care of us, took their time and were super nice to everyone who came in. They also have walk ins, but if you call they can more than likely get you in without a problem!

Polished Nail Salon has the most creative nail techs! Edison and Tony always do creative and fun things with my nails and with the others in the nail salon. My nails remain in great shape for 2 to 2 1/2 weeks. My nails are healthier and prettier than they have ever been in my life! So glad I found this salon!

So my daughter and i got secret santa money for Christmas and we decided to get our nails done. I usually go to TNails but wanted to try a new place. We chose this establishment because it had a 5 star rating and was also conveniently located close to us. Well, my nails didnt last the night. I took pics of them that night after returning from grocery shopping, 11/2 hours later. I was extremely disappointed and didnt have time to go back and have them redone due to the time restraints of work and getting ready for Christmas. I tipped them very well too. 😕

I tend to be selective when it comes to my nails (and other things, of course). Since moving to Fort Collins last year, I had yet to find a nail salon that I was willing to return to after the first visit. Then, yesterday, I stumbled upon Polished and received the best pedicure Ive had in a year, maybe longer. My technician, Edison, was extremely attentive to my in-grown nails and cut them perfectly. He triple checked after each one to make I wasnt feeling any pain and that enough was cut so that they wouldnt hurt when I go running.Its a small location with only three chairs, so it was quiet and relaxing. They only use the file and buffer once and everything was very clean. I believe they specialize in super fancy nail-stuff, but I went with a simple pedicure and was more than pleased.

Tony, Sarah and Sam are such good people. Been going here since I moved to FoCo 2 1/2 years ago. I wont go anywhere else. The prices are great and the shop is cool and relaxing. Check them out, you wont be disappointed.

Im glad Ive finally found a nail salon where Im not being made to feel bad for not going all out with a mani-pedi combo and eyebrow wax. I understand that up selling is important, but damn! Ive been searching forever for a place where I can just ask for a refill and thats the end of the conversation. Ive found this.the rest of the staff are friendly, professional and so talented. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.They have the best selection of polishes, glitters, accessories, etc. The salon is clean, organized and theres always a new movie playing on the flatscreen, so you dont feel obligated to carry on a conversation if you dont want to.💕

Hit or miss... My friends nails turned out absolutely beautiful, while mine were very disappointing. I had gorgeous, long nails when I went in and asked for them to be kept the same length, but the girl filed them down until they were super short, and my right hands nails are all significantly longer than the left hands. I asked for a nude polish, and she did a very sloppy job, including not painting the sides very well (if at all) and the overall paint job is very clear and uneven. :(

I made some relatively last minute appointments for myself and a few of the bridesmaids in my wedding, and the staff at Polished Nails LLC were very accommodating and friendly overall. I think the work was overall very good, I got a gel french tip manicure and pedicure, two of my bridesmaids got just pedicures and the other got a mani/pedi as well. Pricing was comparable to other salons, and overall it was a fun experience for the four of us and just want I needed for relaxation before all the wedding festivities really kicked up.

I walked in at 5:30 without an appointment requesting a gel mani/pedi. Not only were they polite and courteous, my mani/pedi turned out awesome! This is the place to go!

I went there for two years. Of the last four appointments I had made with them they were 20-30 minutes late to three of them. For a 45 minute appointment to be that late is very rude. They would even take new people or people with later appointments ahead of me. I am very disappointed with the customer service there. I have spent a lot of money there. I will never go back.
