Website shows cars available (points on a map), but then when I paid $25 setup fee + $7 monthly fee, there were no cars available in the ares. I requested a refund, but they only refunded the $7 and not the $25. Im in the process of trying to get the $25 refunded & will update this review if its resolved. The whole signup possess seems intentionally misleading

I was sent a deactivated card after waiting a week, and it was sent to the wrong address, and they refused to compensate me for the money that I paid for overnight shipping to the correct address. They had, without my knowledge, sent another card to my address, effectively deactivating the one I had paid to be shipped. I wasted over 2 hours collectively on the phone with unhelpful service members. I would literally use any other company if I were to do this over again.
Do not give them your information online. I used my phone to look at their services &a they offered a free month so I signed up & automoatically they asked for my card information then after I was billed 25$+ dollars I found out I couldn’t use the services today. I called to cancel the memebership within that same minute & they refused to give me my money back so I literally gave them free money. Customer service did not tell me I wouldn’t get my money back. Terrible company

They should try a more diverse approach perhaps. They seem to focus on the student which is awesome. But, good local folks sometimes dont want a big chain car rental like Enterprise who totally put a reservation thru complete chaos in Fort Collins.
