Seemed ok from the outside. Canopies over the outside stairs could stand to be cleaned or replaced though. I was just here to pick up furniture I bought online.

My husband and I rented a house from box pointe. I have three children. We complained about A/C and heat never working. They’d send out I believe David and he’d tell me it was fixed but no results. I remember having to double up on socks for my children ( two 5 year olds and one 2 year old) and in the summer it was the opposite. Finally after complaining too much to the neighbors next door who WORKED for box pointe they actually sent someone out to look at it and the man had told me it had not been wired correctly!!! A summer and two winters. Now second issue was the fridge. We had to use a gym weight to keep our fridge shut. They kept telling me they were waiting for the part and the part finally came in but it didn’t solve the problem. We waited forever for a “new” fridge to come before they just replaced it. We were overall good tenants. They kept our WHOLE refund because for minor repair and because we left NEW empty moving boxes in the garage and because we left a piece of furniture in the house that the neighbors said they wanted and would get who by the way again worked for box pointe. I don’t recommend at all! Slum lords

We lived in the apartment for years! The landlords are always so nice and are usually really quick to fix anything you need. If you have a problem with neighbors they are really good at getting the issue fixed in a professional and kind way. And my favorite part was that even on the weekends late at night they were easy to get in contact with if you have a problem. We love Box Properties.

My fiancé and I lived at the Webb City apartments for more than 5 years and absolutely loved it! The management team were always friendly to us and helped us out whenever we needed something done. I 100% recommend anyone looking at moving in to an apartment to come check these out, especially with the very reasonable monthly rent.

I lived in the Classic Townhomes for about month and a half and must say the maintenance is great, we had a leak behind the toilet downstairs and after I called, the maintenance guy showed up 10 min later. The appliances were good too in the kitchen, I was actually impressed with the dishwasher. Carpets were good, not smelly or dingy.On the bad side: ANT INVASION. We had them coming to the kitchen counters and cabinets and living room everywhere non stop. It got to the point where I just ignored them.. maintenance did come and spray outside but that didnt do much. I think theres too many holes to the outside?Theyre pretty dark inside, at least ours was, so be ready to put lamps everywhere to avoid depression.Some ghetto people live there also. Around 3am some girl ran outside from one of the units demanding her $70.. I can only guess for what it was for.Dont be spooked that theres cemetery near. Its actually a great, quiet place to take walks.

My Friend lives here and its a great apartment. Quiet and very clean

Terrible place to live. Dishwasher broke 3 times and filled with moldy water each time. Instead of replacing it they kept buying the same broken piece for it.
