Incredible staff! Having to rent a car while yours is getting repaired can be a hassle. This place takes some of that stress off your shoulders and lets you breath a little easier. Thanks all.
Unorganized and poor management. I booked a standard SUV three hours before closing. On the phone I explained my out of state drivers license and that I would be using my company credit card. I was told it would not be a problem. Then they call me twenty minutes to closing and say they do not have an SUV available and then go on to tell me that my out of state license will not work with my debit or my work credit card! Twenty minutes before six of course I couldnt find a second rental at that time and I had to stay the night in a hotel. This place should have new management. What kind of Company calls to explain a problem right before closing? Really poor service.
Im very pleased with the staff punctuality and helpfulness to help me and my mom save a spot for us getting a car for a later trip. I definitely like how all the staff were very kind and helpful with our situation I will definitely recommend Enterprise to anybody in the future one happy happy customer. This Enterprise office was the best Ive ever worked with. With a trip planned to Glacier National Park in October we really wanted to rent a Jeep Wrangler for the cargo capacity and the ability to handle most any road condition wed come across. ALL of the other rental agencies said we could not get a Jeep and Enterprise came through for us. The staff at the office was very polite and helpful and they worked perfectly within our schedule. I wont rent a vehicle anywhere else after this experience - even if they are not the least expensive service you get what you pay for and we paid for excellence.
In early December we made a reservation for a vehicle for late February.They called me three hours (!) before our scheduled pick up time to tell me no inventory was available. They didnt offer any solutions outside of we should have something in two days but we will let you know if that changes.I quickly made a new booking with another entity, and once inventory was confirmed I called enterprise and asked to cancel my reservation and to speak to a manager about my experience.The manager was busy but they assured me he would call me right back. Its now been six hours.I would not book through this company or location again.
As always, your staff people make the experience great, especially Jake and Sara who have their hands full in this horrendous COVID environment. Ive been a customer for a long time and have always found your employees polite, friendly and fun. Keep up the good work. And your vehicles are wonderful too. Id like to see the reduced weekend rates come back
Last week was one of the most unexpected hard ships I have faced in my 30 years. I needed to get a rent a car with zero notice and during this pandemic it was so tough. Some rental places wanted 800$ for a economy car, because it was last minute!!!Enterprise was my third stop, mind you I was using uber from one rental place to the next. When I got there Sarah was super friendly, genuinely seemEd like such a kind heart. She was quick and efficient.Typically my card has no issues however after multiple attempts my chip reader was not working.(Thanks to hackers who ruin things for everyone you’re not allowed to type in the credit card numbers or swipe. )No matter what we did my chip was not working and I usually use cash, that is my only card!!!I was trying my hardest to stay positive, Sarah really went above and beyond. Seeing my distress she called her supervisor (who was not even in the area.) Unfortunately he did not answer at that time Sarah took my information, got us a ride to old town so I could finally eat, and assured me she was going to keep trying, to enjoy my lunch.That was such a amazing gesture but it gets better. Right before I took my last bite I got a call, Sarah got it approved to enter my card manually (needing extra identification, which I always have,) she informed me she was sending a driver and that she was happy to help.I never have wrote a review but when I asked her if I could tip her, get her a gift card, anything really to show just how grateful I was for all she did for me. She softly stated you can write a review but really it was my pleasure.Words can not describe how she not only saved my day but gave me a little more hope, especially during this insane time we are all living and trying to survive through.Sarah sincerely thank you again. I always have a good experience renting a car here. The vehicles are clean and usually what I have requested. The staff is friendly and professional. It’s a small office but they do a great job! Drop off after hours has been convenient for me, with prompt email confirmation the next morning with the final price. Hit the road and enjoy!

I reserved an SUV at this location, checked in online and even received an email confirmation for the SUV rental. When I arrived, they didn’t have the car available. The online check in process was very misleading and shouldn’t be an option if the car is not available. I am very unhappy with that experience. The treatment overall seemed fraudulent and I don’t agree with their practice of misleading me to the point that I’m inputting payment information to reserve something that won’t be honored. This does not reflect well on enterprise as a whole.
Easy process picking up and dropping off rental. First car we recieved had an issue, but we were able to quickly and easily swap it for another vehicle the next day. Employees were courteous and kind. Couldnt pick up our rental from a closer location to my work (no availability for an SUV), and that was unfortunate, but the alternate store wasnt too much further. All in all good experience!
Our car rental was due to an auto accident and a need for a replacement vehicle. Ky Smith was our customer service manager and made the process completely clear and easy. The original vehicle we reserved became unavailable and she found a replacement which was larger and more expensive to rent. But only charged us for the agreed upon price of our originally reserved car. We have used this location before and are happy to return in the future. Thank You Ky Smith 🙂
Ive rented several vehicles from enterprise, and have never had such terrible service. I ended up leaving without getting a car and Im cant say Ill ever use enterprise again. Its awful how one sour customer service rep can ruin decades worth of service in one visit. Someone really should look into whats going on at the S. College location, or maybe offer that girl some training in customer service.
Needed a car on the spur of the moment, they stayed late on a Friday evening waiting for us to get there and had everything ready when we arrived!

I reserved a vehicle the day before it was needed, and arrived about 20 mins before my schedule pick up time. When we got there everyone was very scattered and we were asked to come back at the agreed upon time. When we did, the vehicle that was offered had bald tires, and looked like it had smashed into a curb. We asked if there were any other options so they offered to call another location. Another vehicle showed up in that time that had better tire tread, but ended up not be AWD, which is what we requested. Everyone was pretty nice but didn’t seem to know what they were doing and we were passed around to multiple associates. We ended up spending almost an hour and a half there and walked away without a car. One call to Budget, and 5 mins in the office, we were on our way with a Toyota 4 Runner. Interestingly, the associate at Budget mentioned she had about 10 frustrated people come in from Enterprise just that afternoon. The whole process at Enterprise was ridiculous and we will never be renting there. Budget customers for life!
Worse experience ever.Reserved a car a month ago, they canceled an hour before we were supposed to pick it up.Went to Avis there were awesome. Will never rent from them again.

Enterprise showed up at least 25 minutes late and Jake was a very rude employee, who actually hung up on me. Reservation was made by a progressive insurance adjuster while I was on the phone and she confirmed the time and place over the phone. I was advised that the rental car would be delivered and waiting at the dealership.After the call I got an email that said to call and tell them the time and place I needed the car. So ten more minutes on the phone, at which time I specifically requested a vehicle w good gas mileage, not an suv. The initial call was apparently not a reservation but a mere invitation to make a reservation.I received no confirmation so the next day, 1hr and 15 minutes before the specified time, I called and was told my suv would be ready to go and theyd see me 15 minutes ahead of the appt time.Get to the dealer, do all the paperwork for the car Im dropping off and unload my things into the sidewalk. Sit down for ten minutes outside and still, no Enterprise. . They were not there between 2:30 and 2:45 as Allison stated an hour earlier. So I call the office at 3:02 and Jake says that the car is leaving soon to pick me up and then we can do the paperwork.I say, so you mean youre not bringing me the car but youre expecting me to get in a car with your employee and fill out paperwork for twenty more minutes before I can be on my way? He says yes, and I say, well I told the person on the phone that Id just as soon ride my bike home, but if you have the car waiting for me at the dealer, then fine, Ill rent one.He says, no one would have told you that and when I said, well yea they did, he says Im not going to listen to this and hangs up on me. So I called back to cancel the reservation and Sarah refuses to tell me Jakes name until I spend almost three more minutes on the phone. Then Sarah calls my phone two more times and leaves a snarky voicemail without an apology.Im sure Im not the easiest customer, but Ive got better things to do than sit around waiting at a dealership on a work day, or to respond to emails saying Im not confirmed, or to explain that I dont want an suv over and over. I walked the five miles to my house and Enterprise is not getting any business from the guy that rear-ended mes insurance company. If it was a bad weather day, I hate to imagine waiting on these clowns. They sure as F arent getting any of my money. Terrible, rude customer service. Not considerate at all.
No cars available when I needed
Grace Goding is too hot-headed to be an Assistant Branch Manager. Rude, hostile staff with horrible customer service. I am legally disabled. They were over 1 hour late to pick me up, which made me miss a doctors appt, then they proceeded to deny me service because I took a photo of the rude assistant manager so I could report her. They tried to tell me it was illegal, I told them they were wrong, so they flippantly told me to call the cops...so I did. The police were quick to tell me its legal to take photos in an Enterprise in Colorado. Then they denied me service, with my car already dropped off at the mechanic. I had this arranged for weeks after someone backed into my car, the other partys insurance was paying for the rental. They wasted hours of my day, lost me a doctor appt and cost me money for missing said appt.
Clean newer vehicles are the same. What makes Enterprise better than other car rental agencies is the customer service. I recently rented a vehicle from their Fort Collins, College Avenue office. Their representatives were friendly and very helpful, and their prices were competitive. They will be my car rental agency/office for my frequent Fort Collins visits.
I know they are reliable and will pick you up and drop you off within their area. It is always good to reserve your vehicle before its needed - if possible, as it saves time when you get your vehicle. Nice folks!!
Incredible customer service, above and beyond what I would expect. Sarah greeted me with a smile and a hot coffee at the crack of dawn on a snowy Monday and my car was already defrosted and ready to go. When I got a flat tire two hours from home Connor helped me figure out what to do and when I checked the car back in with him he covered the cost of the repair. The people at this small branch absolutely rock. Thank you; I will be back!

Picked van up in Fort Collins Co, the lady there was super rude and told me it would be $1600 for one week and then handed me a receipt for multiple weeks. Dropped van off in Fayetteville NC, the lady there was super friendly and stopped charges that the other lady put in for multiple weeks since I only had the van one week like I told the first lady I needed.
This is a great location with people that are extremely helpful and get you in the right set of wheels. Fast and efficient was my experience with someone who care. Thanks everyone at this location 👊🏻
I have rented vehicles in the past from Enterprise and have never been disappointed. Their customer service personnel are friendly and professional. I greatly appreciate the damage checklist prior to leaving with the vehicle. The vehicles have been well maintained. I purposely choose to rent vehicles exclusively with Enterprise.

I wish i could give them 0 stars now. I am changing my 5 star review to 1 star only due to their change in management.This location is not how it used to be before. They used to care for customers and take one extra step for customer satisfaction.I would strongly suggest to avoid this location now as everything got changed. I rented from this location 5 times and last 2 times, its been horrible for me as well as my other friends.First, even after receiving email and details from enterprise customer care, the lady manager denied to give me a vehicle and left me stranded in a situation where my car was damaged. Second, they took 4 hours in total to hand over car to my friends and which led to complete mess in our trip timings.CSU students, you will be ripped off and they will definitely take advantage of you if you will not know much details about Enterprise policies.You can try any other location for enterprise but not this. You are on your own as they will not be able to help you in any situation.
I would give zero stars if I could. Called this local number to verify there was a large SUV rental available. The woman over the phone told me that there was. I booked it only to get a phone call about 20 minutes later as we were driving to go pick it up, and was told that there was in fact no available rentals for the day. She then informed me that when I called the local number that after two rings it automatically forwards you to a call center for enterprise and that there system takes a couple days to update to the local system. I’m not sure how 2019 there systems do not communicate properly.
A great place to go if youre looking for a vehicle to use. The woman that helped me was very knowledgeable and very helpful and very patient with me. The place seemed very organized and well-managed. The only thing that I saw that was a problem was the car needed to be washed twice before it was turned over to us. Even then it still was not clean.

Booked a car online about an hour before I went to pick it up. Service was fast and friendly. I was worried about booking at the last minute but everything went smoothly and my last minute decision to rent a car worked out perfectly. When I decided to extend my rental they were able to keep me in the same car and again I was in and out. Very convenient and reasonable prices.

Horrible experience at this location! I picked up my rental with no issues whatsoever, however 3 days later I noticed another charge on my debit card for 192. I call Enterprise and Clay said he thought it was due to me not being charged properly the first time. I ended up needing the car for an additional week, but told them not to charge me for insurance since my regular car insurance covered my rental. They charged me an additional 204, but was told I would get a credit for insurance. A week later still haven’t received a refund so Enterprise corporate said they would look into it and call me back. They never called back and neither did Clay, who promised he would in a few minutes when another manager came in that could do adjustments. In a total of 2 weeks I paid $743 for a FORD FIESTA. I have always been a loyal Enterprise customer, but not anymore.Update: Ashley has resolved the issue to my satisfaction
Excellent service. Staff personable, professional and efficient. I had a complicated situation and they were very flexible with my pick up time to start the rental. Lucky for me, there had been a lot of hail damage in the area and cars were scarce so all that was available was a Jeep Cherokee. Great upgrade for all the hauling I needed to do while in town.

The whole experience was terrific from the initial checkout to dropping the vehicle off. It was so smooth and effortless that I was stunned. I also really liked the vehicle, it was clean and fun to drive.The cost was much less than I thought as well. I will definitely use Enterprise again when I need to rent a vehicle which will be soon.
The folks at the Fort Collins Enterprise S. College location were great. I was in an out in no time and even though I saw different people picking up and dropping off, they were all friendly and treated me like a frequent customer. They offered to give me a ride (which I will take them up on next time!) and helped me with my nonprofit business account. Oh! Had a last minute emergency and was told by the number on their website they had a car. Booked it to the location to be told corporate confirms cars but doesnt actually know availability. Was also told that for the next day they had 40 reservations and 3 cars available. When I asked the manager said she was going to have to have this conversation 37 more times the next day. No rebate or any other offer was extended for the trouble either.
I recently rented 3 mini vans for a youth retreat from my church. Brittany and Jackie were very helpful and awesome to work with. They definitely have the customers best interest in mind. I highly recommend them.
Very busy, looks like they booked 6 reservations at the same time with only 2 men at the counter. Otherwise quick and easy, never had any real issues from this place the last 3 years.
Ive been renting cars here for the last 4 years and they have always been wonderful. Staff are courteous, knowledgeable and nothing is too difficult. I was not used to driving in snow when I arrived and they gave me excellent advice on routes and safe driving tips. They also gave an introduction to low gears and quirks for every car model I have hired. Im going to miss these guys when I move home, they have kept me mobile for so long. Progressive Insurance set me up with enterprise here in ft Collins as someone hit my car and i had to leave it to repair. On the surface they were super nice, calling, following up, friendly, etc. When I got there they made a huge deal about inspecting the car. Ben and Megan spent like 10minutes looking at every dent you could possibly see from every angle. I went in and signed the paperwork without reading it. Yes, shame on me. It turns out they didnt write down one single damage that they pointed out.When I turned in the car, the dents that were there before from hail damage got billed to me. Thanks, Ben and Megan. I hope youre proud of yourselves and your employer rewards you for your dishonesty and scam you pulled on me
These guys are great. I have used Enterprise for both work and personal travel for more than 2 years and the staff at this location are friendly, accommodating, and very efficient. Ive tried the others but Enterprise is the only way to go for car rental in northern Colorado. Thanks guys!
Came here when my car was in the shop and was helped so quickly! I was in and out so fast and they even drove me to pick up my car so I didn’t have to call an Uber.
Zero stars would be more appropriate. Called this number at 9:30AM on Tuesday 24th to reserve an economy car and received email for confirmation for pick up at 10 AM. My brother (the main contact) went to pick up the vehicles but they told him there was no available rentals for the day. The woman (I believed called Jessica) was explaining that had a problem with their system and that reservation did not update on time. One other main issue was that my brother does not speak English well and could not understand Jessica clearly; so he asked a couple of times to speak slowly but apparently she did not care. We spent at least two hours talking with operators. Nobody could help. Even the higher managers could not find a solution. I waste so much of my time and money for Uber. I will not repeat this experience again.09-30-19 update: I sent my information as requested by their response below but of course no follow up on this. Just a huge scam.10-21-19 update: nobody has never contacted me for any sort of clarification.
I was a customer at the Fort Collins, Colorado Enterprise location (off College). The date in question was Sat July 27th, 2019. When we arrived, my husband was greeted by a young gentlemen by the name of Jack. We had gotten there a few minutes past 3pm. We were not aware you closed at that time due to us having a 3:00 o’clock pick up time. We had just driven over 20 hours with a 26 foot Uhaul from Oregon. At 1st we could not find the location. GPS took us to a strip mall parking lot a block behind your business. We had been on the phone with your main number, where the representative had told us there was nothing she could do, except have a car for us the next day. We were on a strict time constraint, and that was just not going to work. We explained that we were sitting in this parking lot and could not find your business. My husband decided to run a block or two to see if he could find it. He came back a few moments later explaining he had found it and that the young man working would wait for us before closing. You have no idea what that meant to us. We had an incredibly stressful trip where it seemed like nothing could go right at that point. Jack was in no way hurried or frustrated to be dealing with us ( I work in the service industry and fully aware of “you know we close at this time, you should be here earlier scenario). Jack was unbelievably professional and thorough. What was so refreshing was his willingness to go the extra mile and do it with a smile and excellent customer service. Unlike a lot of young adults these days who you know are just doing “their job”. Jack is a gem and you should know that. I’m sure with the kind of service he offers, you have probably heard that many times before. Give that young man a raise, he deserves it. Thank you Enterprise and Jack. We just moved to Fort Collins and you have won a customer for life.
This place is an absolute joke. Refused to rent me a car based on the pride of an employee. Called multiple times to rent a car in a time of emergency (car broke down out here in Fort Collins and I had to make it back to Boulder). On the last call, I was put on hold to confirm the time at which I could pick up my car, rather than getting back to me, the call was transferred to another receptionist. At this point, being frustrated with the disorganization of this entire office, an attitude arose. When I was able to find a ride to this place to ask if they would accept monthly property bills through online means to validate payment, the employee refused to rent me a car due to his pride and the fact that he didnt like my or my fathers attitude which only arose due to this employees incompetency. If someone like this was working for my company they would have been fired on the spot. Arent companies like this trying to capitalize off of those who end up in situations just as this? They refuse payment as well as the assistance to a customer over one employees feelings? This company will no longer be receiving my own nor any of my families business any longer. Hertz down the block is where you want to be! Dont waste time or money on this disrespect, disorganization & petty pride!
Very disappointed. I made a reservation, got a confirmation number and email. When I went to pick my car up, was told that they didn’t have any cars for me. Was super unhelpful, continued to tell me that the reservation location doesn’t communicate with the location about how many cars are available. The customer service agent was extremely unconcerned and didn’t seem to offer any help except to say, “yeah. Sorry. We’ve had to cancel 30 reservations because we only have 10 cars.” When asked if I could speak to a manager, he said that he was out. I will not rent from this location again, considering when looking at the previous reviews, there have been several other comments about how this has happened to them as well. As a business, you would think that there would be adequate changes made to satisfy your customers. Obviously not.
I have been a regular customer with this location for some time now. The staff is wonderful. The manager Chris never fails to go above and beyond for the customer! I have rented cars from various companies across the country and have never seen service like this. This location is NOT the closest to my home but they are the best and well worth the few extra miles for sincerity, professionalism and great customer service.
I had the best experience ever here! I owe Clayton H. a huge thank you! After I was given an ok price from Avis, I called here and they said they could match it and I had no limit on mileage! When I got there 30 min after I had called to reserve they actually gave me a better price and a better vehicle than Avis had offered me! The vehicle did not have windshield washer in it so I did have to add some in myself however everything else was great experience! I will certainly use them again when I come to visit Fort Collins!
Great experience, and a great price. Took less than 8 minutes to get checked in and into my vehicle, the customer service agent, Grace, was friendly and very detailed in her inspection of the vehicle. The $9.99/day weekend special was perfect for what I needed. I will use enterprise again!

I needed a one day rental and used Enterprise on S College. Everyone there was very courteous and helpful. The car was brand new and nice. They went out of their way to take care of me and I was very pleased with their customer service.
We had a great experience with the Fort Collins enterprise location. Employees were helpful, easy to get in touch with and helped to make the whole rental process easy. Car was what we booked, clean and served its purpose.
Overcharged for a day, straight up lied to by the service person about a debit card application. Would give one star but for the car. Car was great, got good gas mileage, rented it from 7PM Friday to 7PM Sunday on a business card. I returned it at 6:22 Sunday night but nobody was there. Took a picture of the car in the stall at that time. Tried to get them to email my company an invoice over the phone, but they didnt send one and hemmed and hawed when I called again. I went to the office in person after work the following Monday, and they provided an invoice, with an unauthorized extra day rental on it. They laughed when I asked that the charges be corrected. They then tried to give me a credit for a future one day rental written on the back of a business card! When I asked for a debit card application, they said they were out, but out of the corner of my eye I saw the clipboard with a 1/4 stack of debit card applications on another counter. This is the kind of business that wont get a repeat customer. Id advise that you go to another rental car company, unless you like doing business with the ethically challenged...

From picking us up at the hotel, handling the paperwork, getting us into a car and finalizing the transaction, they were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The gals working the counter were great! The car was fine, except the inside of the windshield was filthy and hard to see out of in the morning and evening. I cleaned it myself (they did offer to clean it when they called me to see how the rental was doing). I was a bit annoyed with the extremely short notice that the car needed to be returned that day (insurance no longer covering it), when I was out of town on business. I had to scramble to get back in time to return the car and not incur an additional day of fees. I feel like they could have called me earlier in the day, at the least.
Four stars as the service from the CSRs have always been great. Theyre fast, fun, and friendly.On that note, having rates that fluctuate so often is frustrating. If more people are renting cars, rates should not go up, they should stay the same or go down. Going from paying $19 a day with $11 a day insurance, to $35 a day with $19.99 a day insurance... thats absolutely ridiculous.
2020 Update: Had to change from 5 to 3 stars, because even though Sara was amazing to start and finish the process with, the follow up rep who finalized the car checkout was extremely pushy with the extra coverages, upsells, and a general negative attitude that honestly caused a lot of anxiety on my drive over.The car was fine and we got a ride back to our neighborhood, which was nice, but the overall process was stained by the reps behavior.Unsure of his name, quite tall.‐-----Great customer service and prices, they even added a discount on top of my lowered price. Will definitely be using again
Always super friendly here. Company I work for rents company vehicles through enterprise. Today the vehicle I was in was recalled but they swapped vehicles pretty quick.
Rental Experience was nice. NO complaints here, they do go out of the way to be accommodating within the guidelines of Enterprise policies. Those policies are a little weird and maybe intrusive, when comparing to other car rental companies policies. But if one gets over that then its a no worries rental. Enterprises car classes seem to be somewhat different than what other rental car classes. Their rental costs and fees seem to vary week to week. My guess is that as the fleet gets rented out, the remaining cars go at a higher price. But if you get in early they are lower priced than other rental companies. So plan early or shop around.
I havent rented a vehicle for a few years now, and I rented again last weekend. Enterprise always meets my expectation and had the vehicle I needed available. The car reps in this branch are friendly and helpful.
Everyone was polite and knowledgeable. I did get the sales pitch for their insurance, but my car insurance covers me in a rental. I didnt get too much of pushback after I said that.Car was clean, recent model, in good condition. Would have been nice to have a lumbar support in the seats, but otherwise very comfortable. Factory radio was rubbish but thats not enterprises fault. Even got 40mpg on the highway.
We had a horrible experience at this Enterprise! We needed a second car as one is in the shop getting repairs so we called to let them know we would be down there as soon as possible as we were coming from Estes Park. Once we arrived, we were told that we needed 2 utility bills to use a debit car or we needed a credit card. It would have been nice for them to have told us before making us drive all that way. Staff was very unapologetic and didnt seem to care about the situation. We are renting a short term furnished home so we do not have any utility bills in our name but they were very condescending and judgmental towards this fact. Will never try to go there again.

I left the car after hours, and, apparently there was a hail storm. They are charging me thousands of dollars to repair this hail damage! There is no way I could have prevented hail damage to all of the cars in the lot! I will never use Enterprise again! I am hiring lawyers to defend myself! The photo shows the condition of the car when I left it on their lot. (Additional info - Notice that this posting got their attention in early October! I have been in touch with Enterprise (Fort Collins, Denver, Kansas City and 800#) numerous times, Better Business Bureau, My credit card company and my lawyer. Finally, in Late September, Enterprise from an office in Kansas City said they would refund the $500 damage fee, but as of 10/10 it has not appeared on my account. I stand by my advice; Beware of Enterprise Rent- a-Car!
Rented our car in Ft. Collins, CO on Wed. afternoon.. Used my free upgrade which was helpful as we had to put two car seats in it. I believe it was Maddie who picked us up, checked us out and super helpful. Great customer service. The only disappointment was, we would have like to have extended our rental thru the weekend but was told we could not use the weekend rate but the original rate we had obtained thru Costco. Consequently, we returned it Friday afternoon.
Wouldnt let us rent a car with an out of state license and no major credit card. we took a cab to get there and were stranded because they wouldnt rent to us, and offered absolutely no solutions or assistance as we awkwardly waited outside trying to figure out where we could go to get a rental car. even if its against your policy, at LEAST offer some kind of assistance after turning us away with no vehicle
If there were 0 stars I’d do that. I rented a car the night before I needed it because my car broke down and I had an extremely important meeting in the town over, walked a mile and a half only to have them tell me they actually weren’t “taking reservations for this morning.” They literally had no cars available and I’d have to wait an hour for one to get an oil change in order to rent from them. The branch a ways down the street didn’t have any for another 2hours either... So if you rent a car because you actually need a car, DO NOT come here!!
This office was super friendly from pick up to drop off. Today I was planning to drop my rental car around 4pm. I was do to take a 95 dollar Uber ride to Denver Union Station the next morning. Busses and shuttles didnt leave early enough to allow for a backup on I25 into Denver so hence the Uber. So upon arrival at Enterprise I enquired as to how much it would cost to drop at an alternative location. $50 was the drop off charge but no extra days rental! Deal! My agent was super polite and friendly on both ends of this transaction! Kudos to the staff.
Genuinely nice staff. Every interaction was great. Grateful for them going above and beyond to make our trip to Fort Collins a memorable one.
Made a RESERVATION to pick up a vehicle showed up and they said they had rented out all their vehicles even though i had made a RESERVATION. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
I picked Enterprise since they provide transportation on both ends and my lodging was not near any of the rental car locations. I had first rented through the store in Loveland CO, and then was told the Ft Collins location was closer, so the reservation was transferred over at the same rate, which was the best I had found. My drivers on both ends were congenial and courteous and accommodating to my time frame. The car was a Toyota Corolla and VERY comfortable and nice. The only problem was a strong smoke smell, even with the no-smoking sign on the dash. I mentioned this when I returned the car, and the manager took half off the daily rate for the inconvenience and gave me a one day free pass. I gave 5 stars because of the great service, and going the extra mile regarding the smoke smell, but I was grateful that I dont have any health issues that would have been exacerbated by the odor. Thanks, Enterprise.
Very unprofessional gentleman at the desk. Treated us like we were trash! Went to budget and was treated respectfully and was out in less than 5 minutes. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Go to budget if you want lower prices and great customer service!

My wife asked for a 4wd, and they told her, they will have it for us, then when we were there, they gave us a 2wd, and we told them that we asked for a 4wd and they just told us sorry we cant warranty it reallly why they didnt tell us from the beginning!!!
I probably should have called to tell you we didnt have the car. Do I need to say more? This was the response for a confirmed reservation from the day before. These people clearly dont feel the need to provide good service.

Easy to make reservation on line so check out why quick, check in was quick too. Also nice they gave a ride to where my car was getting serviced. Agents were courtius and friendly.
The place was amazing, Hannah more so! Its been over a month since I rented there and I keep being tempted to go back and get more info on their sales program!The guy who checked me in the first time was stellar as well, but only worked him once and didnt catch his name.
The service and staff at the Fort Collins Enterprise is professional, friendly and thoughtful. I have been renting from the Fort Collins office regularly for over 1 year. With the frequency I have been in, I have seen the staff handle a wide variety of very challenging issues, ranging from going above and beyond to make sure the customer gets what they need, to handling disrespectful and unreasonable customers in a respectful and professional manner. I highly recommend Chris, Josh, Danielle, Marcus and the rest of the staff to help get you down the road safely....
I liked the service provided by enterprise. People were very friendly and took the utmost care of us.The inconvenient part was the timing. There was a specific office timing. You could only take and return the car at particular timings. In case it was required to get a car at the middle of the night, its not possible.There should be at least 1 or 2 employees providing services at night.

The one in Loveland is amazing!!! The one on college ave in ft. Collins is a whole different story. Rude, customer service was unacceptable and we got there at the last minute cause our vehicle was totalled. They didnt have the economy size available so we said ok to another vehicle and he was going to charge us 10 extra dollars a day. It was almost closing to e and he was in a hurry to go home. We were trying g to scrape up more money but it was all in the car they towed. We just left and went to budget.
