Very helpful. They were able to contact the insurance company and complete the repairs on my house. It was super easy and Im very happy with the work.

BluSky helped our HOA through the preconstruction phase. Ben and his team were extremely helpful in terms of tailoring the project to our budget and needs. They offered an excellent proposal with a strong eye for detail and had our best interest in mind. We did not end up moving forward with BluSky because we changed the contracting strategy but we will use them again with the next project. Very reputable, highly experienced and fun to work with.

I had a great experience with BluSky. They replaced my roof after a hail storm in July of 2019. After I received my initial paperwork from my insurance company, they handled everything form there. The roofers did a great job and took extra care to keep debris and stray nails to a minimum. At the end of each day they went over the area with a magnet to ensure all nails were picked up. I would definitely have them do future projects for me if needed.

Honest and professional! BluSky came out to check our roof after a bad hail storm (2019). They got up on our roof to take a look and took pictures, then they told me that our roof was holding up really well and that it didnt need any repairs at all. I really appreciate their honesty! We encountered asbestos and petroleum contamination underground during excavations and BluSky was able to respond very quickly and to mitigate the area and properly abate and dispose of this contamination.

I asked them for a quote to replace a commercial roof, and they went above and beyond to inspect the roof and based on their inspection provided a roofing scope of work that saved us a lot of money. As a property manager here in Fort Collins, I love having BluSky as a partner. BluSky has been absolutely a dream to work with. I am the property manager of a newer, multi-million dollar mixed-use building. I requested a walkthrough of our building with their representatives so they could educate us on potential hazards, our major equipment, water shut-offs, preventative maintenance, how to prepare for/handle emergencies... etc. I learned so much info and feel so much more confident as a property manager. I then used their services for a cracked water heater and water damage. They arrived same day, were able to return on another day to collaborate with the plumber and insurance adjuster, and my issues were fixed as soon as possible. Had good experience with this company. Had them roof a commercial property, prompt, professional, and did a great job. Communication was first class.

This company was on call the night our house was struck by a mini van. We agreed to use them as the contractor to do all repairs. The original estimate was for a two month window to completion. Seven months later we were finally able to move back in. The work was sub-par and we have had numerous issues with quality. Over one month ago we had yet another walk through, this time to point out flawed workmanship. We were assured we would hear back shortly. We still have have not been informed of when repairs to the repairs will be completed. Choose someone else.

Do not have a business with this guys. They will set up an appointment with you, but never show up. WATCH OUT. There is a plenty another contractors. WATCH OUT
