Reliable, friendly, good quality service

I hired Action to clean the carpet in an apartment Ive lived in for the past 5 years. My technician showed up right on time, which was important because it was my move out day and was on tight schedule. He was super friendly and did a very thorough job, completely removing dog stains and cleaning the walkways all the way. I have received notice that I will be getting all of my deposit back; I think I owe a lot to Action on that! When I turned in my key, the carpet looked new and the place smelled great! I think the cost was very reasonable considering the results, I will call them again in the future for my new home!

I came home from a weekend outing to find roughly an inch of water in my basement so I called Action Restoration & Property Services. The first truck arrived in about 30 minutes with another not far behind. They worked nonstop sucking out the water, moving furniture, checking for water in hard to reach areas and setting up drying equipment. During this process, Gregg and Andrew were great in informing me what they were doing and why. I appreciated seeing the monitor and camera that showed moisture in the walls so I could see the wet areas shrink each day that the drying equipment ran. I also took note of the high level of care and attention given while they maneuvered their hoses and bulky fans inside. As the project went on, Action returned daily to monitor the wet areas and remove fans as needed. They arrived on time each day with a nice heads up phone call a bit before. Initially I was told equipment may be needed for 3-4 days, but luckily by the third day I had just one fan going which they removed that day. They were able to communicate great with my insurance company which I assumed would be a headache for me to deal with. As a final touch on the last day, they steam cleaned not only the carpet that had been flooded in the basement, but the stairs and entryway where they had walked. Overall, I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who encounters a water emergency.

Amazing customer service! I manage a mixed use commercial building and I tested their services on my personal home. Prompt, professional and friendly. The carpet is 4 years old and it looks brand new again. The crew spent some extra time educating us on the equipment and technique used to clean the carpets. I had my hand knotted oriental rugs cleaned by Action after many assurances that they understood these types of carpets with their natural dyes. My very expensive and one of a kind carpets were ruined after Action’s cleaning; the dyes ran and the lovely creamy areas turned orange. The colors were dulled and my oriental carpet expert deemed them a total loss. Action did not admit or investigate; they did refund the cleaning fee which was a fraction of the cost of these rugs. A complete disappointment.

I hired Action Restoration & Property Services to clean a 20-year-old rug that I honestly thought was past saving. I just picked them off the internet because I didnt know where else to look. They returned the rug today and I could not be happier. They did a beautiful job and removed stains that other companies havent been able to handle. They picked it up and delivered it with a smile and a handshake, and the job wound up costing a LOT less than I expected. I would highly recommend this company. Theyre really nice, to boot.

Was in the middle of a second floor addition with a rain/wind storm hit and it flooded out our whole first floor. They were extremely professional, timely, and cost-sensitive. They also were proactive in dealing with the insurance company so I didnt have to be a middle man. Great overall experience during a very stressful event. Would certainly use again.

During a heavy rainstorm water on my back patio was not draining properly so it came in my slider door. Action came quickly and sucked up all the water, they saved my carpet and stopped the water from spreading to my wood kitchen floors. Great work!

Saved my life literally

Gregg and his team came in when we really needed them and did a fantastic job on the project! They cleaned up after themselves, arrived on time, were conscious of a very tight schedule and were always polite and professional!
