Horrible place to live. I’ve lived here almost 3 years and I’ve had multiple harassment issues and property management has done nothing about it.. If it doesn’t benefit them they won’t do anything. I’ve had cameras pointed at my bedroom window and no one has done anything. Cameras pointed at my kids recording their every move and no one does anything. Cops have been involved and they won’t do anything. They are very lax about their rules and regulations and they don’t follow the lease agreements at all. Don’t live here.!!!

I moved here with a Section 8 voucher and simply love my apartment! It is spacious and well-lit with all of the amenities and a nice balcony, plus it has a gym, a dog park, and just about everything else an upscale apartment community could have. I am thoroughly satisfied with my home and the rents are extremely reasonable. If you are lucky enough to be able to rent here, you will be blessed as much as anyone could ask for for this price range.

The most grotesque thing about this property is that no one picks up after their dogs. Every other step is a pile of poo and it amazes me that tenets want their dogs but refuse out of pure laziness to pick up after them. I think Id caught by photo they should be fined. Like I mentioned every other step in the grass is poo. Its gross to keep cleaning off my shoes. Anyway main point watch your feet and be prepared for piles here and there. The tenets need to clean up after their dogs!!!

Their food is always amazing! The employees are always friendly and efficient!

I absolutely would NOT Recommend the villages! The staff in the leasing office is 100% unprofessional taking 4 weeks to begin processing anything is ridiculous, on top of very poor communication. I should not have to call you to find out that you do not have all the paper work which by the way was not given to us or resigning paperwork that we had already handed in which had been misplaced. Completely disappointed. Unless you are on housing you are NOT a priority which is very sad.
