I love this place, management is great, units are updated, well kept everyday, issues resolved as quick as possible. I have no complains about where I live

I lived here as a teenager with my mom for four years. Now as an adult I am hoping to move in this year and become another long term resident. I loved this location and was pleasantly surprised to see Shawna still working here! She was always so professional and kind. Looking forward to living here again! BEAUTIFUL updates and beyond perfect location!

There are no bathrooms or showers at the pool. Kids spend all day there. Where do you think they go? Home? Nope. The pool is opens in the summer when kids get out of school. Its rare for there to be no one in it. There are usually at least four people. The pool doesnt clean itself very well because there arent very many filters and there is no movement (other than those swimming). It keeps filtering the same water. A water fountain would also be nice. It is very dark outside at night. I wish there were some lights along the sidewalks. I dont like the rocks because the children like to throw them at cars. Its nice that there are lots of businesses around.

From the friendly professional staff that treats you like a long time friend. To the convenience of submitting a work order and paying your rent online. This place is a wonderful community! I am always treated with respect no matter who i am dealing with. I would recommend this place top everyone! Great management and maintenance staff! 5 stars!!!!!!!

Moving from a 3500 says foot house into an apartment complex was extremely difficult, but the manager, Shawna, and the other employees, Tyrel, Gary, and April have made it a home for us!! They feel like family and that has made all the difference in the world. Also the addition of the convenience of paying rent online with a bank card has been remarkable.

I have LOVED living here for 8+ years! Myself and my kids have been extremely happy here and I cant imagine living in a better place than this in Fort Collins.

Calm quite place to live with the most affordable rent we could find for a three bedroom in fort Collins. Great maintenance crew and helpful management.

By far worst maintenance jobs and most incompetent staff Ive ever seen trying to manage apartments...also the police are there every day arresting different tenants for God ķnows what...
