A friend lives in their Loveland apartments. I cannot believe that the individual has had to do without basics such as a working bathroom sink for at least two years, among other things that need repair. The location is convenient for downtown, but the cleanliness and upkeep have MUCH to be desired for the price.

I am currently renting with this company and they could not be more friendly and accommodating. I feel very welcomed, and they go out of their way to make me feel appreciated and valued as a tenant. I could not be more happy renting from them. They respond timely and are more then willing to asset me in anything that comes up. I would recommend renting from them to anyone.

No star...WATCH OUT FOR THE GIRL IN LOVELAND SHE TAKES THE 25$ application fee and then stops answering the calls and texts... SHES LIVES OFF APPLICATION FEES.. I WONDER HOW MANY PPL SHE SCAMS IN A WEEK..

If it was possible to give zero stars I would! I do jave to say at the property i was in the manager Jamie was very kind and helpful, and im sure she just does her job as shes told and through the scuminess here she was always pleasant and helpful. BUT I stayed for less then two months and for a studio that was $550 a month was charged 1250 upon move out! Some of it For cleaning fees. These places were NOT even cleaned before move in! I moved in to soap scum and hair in my tub and sink and about an inch of dust on moldings which i had to clean myself so im not sure what they are using thier cleaning fees to clean? Also they will give you a piece of furniture if you need it which is nice, but i recieved an armour with the door hanging off and then was charged 700 to remove it?!?! And another 300 because the door was broken! I never used it because it wasnt even usable and am now being charged to fix it.... it is insanley unprofessional and would never rent again. Please stay away from this company. There is no one to contact for help. The office number is disconected. This company takes advantage of people and its a scam. The money they are charging im assuming is going directly into thier pockets and not being used for what they say it is. RENTER BEWARE!

I have rented here for several months now, during this time the property manager hasnt effectively communicated once (her phone remains broken), the fence outside and other things around the complex have been in disrepair, and no signs of any change to come. They will try any trick they can if they think they can steal from you. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. The worst experience I have ever had with a company.

This place could work on being professional. People are hard to work with but being reasonable should be a priority, especially when its part of the llC mission.

I have been renting an apartment with Astride A Starship for the past 4 months and my experience has been amazing with them. I recently went through some financial difficulties, and they were willing to work with me to get my rent paid, and they are letting me transfer to a smaller/cheaer studio apartment while I get back on my feet. Im so greatful to them for having a heart and caring about my situation, and wanting to dowhat they could to help. I will definitely recommend to anyone!

I have been renting from this company for a year. There is no heat, they keep cutting back on amenities to save money and its filthy. Their last cleaning person quit and it took some time to replace her. We still have directv and wifi, but they are no longer providing toilet paper. Prioritizing would mean that we cut the frivolous expenses (internet is non-essential) first. This winter, I will be contacting the housing authorities to turn them in for leasing units without heat. Cant wait until I can find somewhere else to live. I would like to add that I have paid my rent on time every month, never complain and always respect the space and other tenants.
