This place was awesome! I called 5 different places and they were definitely on the top of the list for off the bat kindness. This being my first tractor, it was a little intimidating. They answered every question I had and did it with genuine kindness and understanding. They made the process of buying very easy. Honestly the whole team in Ft. Collins was great. I showed up pretty nervous and the whole team made me feel confident before I left. The gentlemen at the service desk talked with me for a while about maintenence and gave me a good starting point and his personal recommendations, which was not to buy every little thing off the bat. I showed up a little late and they stayed to help get everything squared away and did it with a joking attitude and smiling face, they also didnt rush either, outstanding commitment to customer service. Awesome service! Mark, Darrel, Caleb and the mechanics helped solve an issue I had after purchasing an SA20 LandPride hydraulic auger. After picking it up and heading home I forgot to mention to them I needed different hydraulic fittings on the 3rd function valve for my Kubota, once I got home I had some holes I needed to dig, but then remembered the fittings and this soon before Wickham closes. I called them up and explained my issue, they looked into it and got the parts ready. Fortunately, one of them happened to live out my way so we arranged to meet nearby and get the parts. I took my skid steer in on the 11 of March and now it’s the end of March and it’s still not fixed I’ve lost over 10,000. In revenue I would suggest not taking your equipment to Fort Collins store for any repairs I’d suggest taking it to Greeley or fort Morgan I will never take anything back to that place service is nill

Very friendly people. Best part, after getting my tractor he from repair, I got it off the trailer and noticed a problem. I called Julia, and sent her some pictures. Morgan, the mechanic who worked on it, drove over 2 hours that same afternoon and fixed the problem, with a great attitude. One of the other mechs called him while he was there to see if he needed any assistance (He didnt)Thats how you handle a problem, and I actually told them about 10 times its no big deal and if I had the bolts Id do it myself.Julia is building a GREAT service department and Morgan is a great young guy with a bright future.

I had a small (1 day) job at a relatively remote location in NW Colorado and I tried for 18 months to find an excavating company willing to do this work without luck. Wickham Tractor was incredible to work with and instead of pushing this out weeks or months, they were willing to coordinate a drop off and pick up of the equipment which met my narrow window from which to complete the job. I COULD NOT be happier. I was able to address a nagging issue with a drain and septic line that I had for over 10 years. I strongly recommend Wickham Tractor Company for all your big equipment needs. I wouldnt waste your time going anywhere else.

You guys are crazy.... but we love it. We had to evacuate our property due to the Cameron Peak fire. Since we were not going to be using our RTV, we asked WTC if they could come get our RTV and put a block heater in it. Darrel and Julia picked up our RTV hours before we had to leave.... very crazy As I do not need to tell you about the smoke!During our evacuation Darrel called us to check in on us and see that we were ok... didn’t need too, wasn’t asked too... made us feel so much better and we appreciated that.After we were allowed back into our place, we of course called and asked if we could get our newly “ block heatered” RTV back out to the ranch.Julia and her husband delivered the RTV to our place on a Sunday (Oct 25).... I listed that day as WTC is closed AND we were gratefully receiving 14” of snow.... I asked them not to come out as the roads had to be treacherous, to say the least.They still brought out the RTV (unbelievable) and said it was no big deal.... they were wrong it was a HUGE deal to my family and thank you does not come close to our gratitude for all of your actions. Bought a John Deere 3020 tractor from Wickham in fort Collins everyone was very helpful and great to work with and they even delivered the tractor to our house 2 days later.

I basically walked in without knowing a whole lot about tractors and both Mel and Dwayne made me feel very comfortable and were incredibly helpful at helping me decide just the right tractor for my needs. I recently moved to a small hobby farm west of Fort Collins and gave them the description of what I was looking to do. They were a great team to work with and I will be a long time customer. Ive already gone back to order a few new implements, I cant say enough about their great customer service. Its been six months since I purchased the tractor and its been absolutely perfect, exactly what I needed.

Easy to purchase, but the voltage regulator was defective when I bought it. Paid for a new regulator and sent the defective one back. I paid for all shipping charges which is fair, but never was reimbursed for the part as promised.

They seem to have lost all of there employees who cared since I bought my machine. Now it’s impossible to get anyone to do anything there. I’ve been waiting over 2 and half months for my tractor to get picked up to get worked on. They finally tell me they can’t pick it up and that even if I get it there there to busy for it. I call a tow truck and they can get it that day. We’ll see how long fixing actually takes once there. Can’t take elsewhere because of insurance. I would not buy a tractor here having had to deal with these guys all the time. Kubota is a great machine. This dealership just won’t care about you at all.
