Never received my quote, they asked for all my info and i was put on hold. Waited for more than 30min and never answered i do not recommend

We recently used Big Reds and have never been more pleased or impressed with a local business! Great prices, great customer service. Gabe was so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Everyone with a small business could learn from them on how to treat their customers! We rented a roll off to help clear out a family members house who recently passed. Gabe made the whole experience totally painless and under the circumstances that was just so appreciated. If youre looking for this service in Tucson, look no further because youve found the best one in town!

These guys are great, on time deliveries, Saturday pick ups and great prices. I called them because they were local and Im a Tucson First guy and they didnt disappoint! The big companies should take a lesson from them.

This company doesn’t not listen to any customer directions. They came and dropped off the dumpster behind My driveway. Then once I asked them to move it they gave me a big hassle. So once all this was figured out they wanted a signature for something I had no control over. And when I refused they took my item that I had already paid for. Kevin was rude. And in the end they’re were hidden fees as well.

Rented a dumpster - was delivered early on the requested day, and the driver was very good at placing it just where it needed to go. Easy service and I like supporting local companies.

Awesome customer service! Did not have a problem with them and they even worked with me with one of my concerns. Excellent people!

These guys go the extra mile! We live on property with gates and fences that they open and close politely even if we forget its trash day and dont open the gates for them. The drivers always have a smile on their faces even when they are trying to fit.in our of the most narrow dirt roads in Tucson lol. Thanks for your hard work!

Came in from out of town to clean out an estate and home that had been occupied since 65. To say the least, lots of stuff to get rid of. Called Big Red in the morning and within 60 minutes, had a dumpster at the house. Fantastic customer service! Everyone I talked to- owner, driver, office employee-was very courteous and helpful.I would HIGHLY recommend this company anytime youd need a dumpster for whatever reason: construction debris or just de-cluttering your property. Will use this company again.

On time pick up and delivery

Don’t waste your time!!!! This company is a complete joke. The owner Kevin was extremely rude to me after calling to complain about them taking the Red rolloff a week early after paying for 3 weeks and it was only halfway full and my job was half way done. So Kevin had agreed to bring the big red rolloff back If they park it right in my driveway right behind a vehicle that doesn’t run and the door would not open fully. After arguing with him to move it for the third time they packed it up and took it away and charged me full price on a half done job. I will never be doin business with them again.

Wont rent from this place anymore when they deliver the dumpster to my house the driver hit my fence and bended it. Owner of this place didnt wanna fix it claiming that driver didnt hit it even though there was evidence on the dumpster that had scratches on it and the fence had chips of red paint on it. Wont rent and wont recommend from this place.

This company is a scam and over charged my card and they destroyed my front yard dropped the trash can off over bushes and plants at the end of all this I got charged 200$ Also Christina the Lady who answered the phone was extremely rude to me when I made this complaint and told me I could talk to the owner Kevin who also was rude to me and said they couldnt help me out
