It was a hot summer day this last week and my children and I got a water slide for them. Let me tell you… it was the best decision of my life. My five kids played on that thing for hours. 10/10 would recommend to any parent looking for something for their little ones. I will definitely be ordering it again next summer.

Marcus from Winter Park Bounce was not only so sweet to us with the set up but extremely accommodating as well!!! We were setting up a water slide for an adult party and it was the best time because of how easy the water slide set up and breakdown was! We even got it for free overnight with some connections! I was overwhelmed with the simplest task of choosing the right rental company and product for a 3 year old party, but once I contacted Winter Park Bounce, I instantly felt relieved. All my questions were answered promptly through text messages. The price was quite reasonable and we even got the two tables and ten chairs as a complimentary deal. The guys that came to set up were on time, extremely polite and worked very quickly. We were out jumping within 10 mins of their arrival. We used Winter Park bounce for our sons 3rd birthday. Ideally we wanted it at home. We sent them pictures and based on the size of our back yard we couldnt fit it and would have to move it to an alternate location before we could commit.I forgot to reserve the bounce house, called them 3 days before and they said no worries we held one for you!Not only are they quick to get back to you, the communication was great and they were reliable. Prices are fair and we will use them again in the future.

My wife and I use WP Bounce for our sons birthday party yesterday. They are great. They brought the bounce house early and were super flexible about picking it up. It was very clean and worked perfectly. The owner was super open and actually cares about your needs. He let us know which set up would be good for us and which wouldnt, we were looking at one that was to small and one that was to big originally. I have used other companies before and they Customer Service and quality didnt compare to WP Bounce. I will for sure use them again 10 out of 10.

We rented a bounce house from Winter Park Bounce for my sons birthday party at a local park. Marcus (the owner) was extremely friendly and super easy to work with. The bounce house arrived and was taken down at the exact times I wanted it and was very clean and in excellent shape. Marcus was also very knowledgeable about the paperwork needed to bring a bounce house to this park and made the process so much easier! I would definitely rent from them again.

Winter Park Bounce is an amazing company. They helped make a company BBQ a hit. We had 4 different bounce houses/slides that all kids and adults were having a blast on. We ended up getting severe weather and Marcus called right away to just check up and make sure all was ok. I have only used one other company, that was the first and last time rented a slide from a competitor. We only use Winter Park Bounce now. They have been the provider for all of our parties since 2009. Marcus is an honest stand up guy with a great demeanor. They have always delivered as promised, no hassles with setup or breakdown. Their prices are more than fair for the services they provide.

I called the owner, Marcus requesting the tallest, fastest and scariest water slide for my granddaughters high school graduation party. He recommended the 36 foot Mega Slide with the long slip and slide attachment with a pool to stop in. He and his crew arrived early, timely and professionally set it up, gave instructions and advised he would call when he was on the way to pick it up. Dang, but that slide was huge! All the teens had a blast and were like mini rockets flying down that thing. The slide and attachments were also very clean with NO mold or stains which I have seen other water slides have. HUGE success! He called as promised, gave us some extra time at no charge, took it down and packed it up in no time. I would rent from them again without hesitation and can recommend them without any reservations whatsoever.

I very rarely do any online reviews, but this is a great company and if you are like me are probably looking at these reviews trying to figure out which company can do the best for your party. While I cant say anything about any of the other bounce house rental companies (this is the only one I ever booked with), I can say Winter Park Bounce is great.Marcus and his crew were just incredible. Answered the phone personally every time I called. Answered all of my questions promptly and accurately. Showed up exactly when he said they would be there and were very professional with setting everything up and showing me how everything worked. Slide was clean and obviously well maintained. Most important everyone, adults and kids, had a great time. Then they were back to pick up exactly when they said they would be there. One of the best experiences I have had from a company a long time.
