I have been buying my trucks, New and used from Winn st sales for over 30 Years! i am A Very happy customer.

I recently broke down on the Middlesex Turnpike to Rte 3/95 on ramp. It was dark and about 5 degrees outside. I contacted the state police and they arranged for a tow. Within 10 minutes Winn Street Service arrived. The Wrecker Operator suggested that I wait in his cab where it was warm. The vehicle was indeed warm and immaculately clean as well. The Operator had me on his ramp and we were on our way in no time. He drove back to the Winn Street Service garage where he took payment and placed my car in a convenient location for AAA to pick it up and bring it to the auto dealer. He then drove me to a restaurant around the corner where I could get something to eat while waiting for AAA. He could not have been nicer or more professional. In a transaction not of my choosing I could not have been in more capable and professional hands. Thank you for outstanding service when I truly needed it most.Jon Kenney

We needed a tire changed and waited for Sullivan Tire for over 3 hours. These people responded in 30 minutes. If we are ever in need of service again this is our go to spot.

Rudest most disrespectful employees ever. I’m an older woman guy slams a pair of pliers an 2screwdrivers on the counter and tells me I may wanna take the plates off! Would never use them again! If you need towing go to Toms Towing in Woburn. They were so nice and have respect for people!

I have bought three trucks from Mike, Ed, and Richie. These guys a A+! I had a leaking issue with my new truck. They got me right in and fixed the problem while I waited. As for towing They have a great team that are very experienced, from light to heavy duty towing and recovery.

They are not humans they are animals. My nephew got in car accident yesterday on i95 in less then 4 miles distance from his house and they refused to tow car to his house and instead towed car to their lot to get additional charges for gate fee and overnight parking. all together $260 for less then 10 min. tow service. Today we had to hired different tow company and pay another $150 to tow car to his house. Hired another tow company just so we do not pay extra dime to those morons. I wish this place get on fire one day. Bunch of rude jerks robbing people
