I was very pleased I decided to give this place a try. Very professional and clean. I was not rushed to get my pedicure done and over. I use to go to red persimmons, and pay 30 dollars more. I will not go anywhere else but star nails from now. Thank you ladies.

I came back because I originally had my nails done by Selena and I loved the perfect coffin shape, nice and sharp. I went in again for a fill and the gentleman who did my fill left the shape crooked and jagged. I got simple white nails and looking at them I am unimpressed with the nail polish as well, it’s pretty sloppy. I got a pedicure as well and it looks great. I would only go back if I have an appointment with Selena

I am new to this Area today was my first time walking in to this place i was attended by Don 🤦‍♀️ i didnt like how he did my nails at all my nails looked so thick the nail polish was so ugly looking i wasnt satisfied at all he didnt know how to apply some rhinestones on my nails a lady named Mandy had to do em for him she actually fixed my ugly nails she even said those were so thick and not skinny square nails I knowest he didnt like that she was fixing his mistakes she actually did better job than him if I ever go back there i am not letting him do my nails, at the end i ended up giving Mandy Dons tips because she did Dons job and way better i thank her for fixing my nails other than that all the ladies had a wonderful great customer Service i wasnt feeling Don at all... Don if you read this all i got to say is i wasnt satisfied at all with your job and ladies this nail spa has good customer Service and thats what it matters

I have been coming for seven years. The owner, Q, is incredible. There have been a lot of new hires, though, and theyre always busy, so I would call for an appointment.

First time there. Had to wait a while and the staff was not friendly. They did do a descent job on my nails and I guess that is what is the most important so I give them 3 stars.If they just become a little more friendly I am sure they will get lots of business.

I went with my sister and we both got gel manicures and I only got two designs. Total was $78. Our nails were crooked, my designs were terrible and my sister couldnt even get her design because the man there couldnt do it and gave her attitude when she didnt want it because his lines werent straight. He told her, Fine then, you wont get a design. They also took forever to do our nails and their acrylic is cheap, dont buy into her saying, our stuff is all expesive, because a majority of it isnt. Im never coming back and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

The wait was long, I was only getting my feet done.. they did not have my basic pink glitter color and he tried to do designs that looked like my kids drew it I asked for a flower, I got a star. Do NOT COMMING BACK!!

The staff was rude and 3 of my nails popped off after 4 days ! My sister got her nails done as well and 2 of hers fell off. When I called to see if they would just fix our nails the lady was very rude and said “it’s already been too long! We can’t do it for free! We’ll charge you.” We spent over 80 dollars that day for 2 full sets !!... and just to last for 4 days ?? I do not recommend this place!

The best Quality work out in the IE by far they get it right everytime my gel last longer than a month any crystal work last everytime no chips and no crystal Come off
