I wanted to give the place a 5 star, it was very organized, clean, and the staff was very friendly. Me and my friend got our pedicures done and my friends came out nice, and my mani was great. However the lady who did my pedicure did nothing but changed my nail polish. I had to keep telling her to fix this and that. She started almost 8 minutes after my friends lady started and finished before her. Never removed any skin and was ready to polish up. I had to point out everything for her to fix. I will go back, just wouldnt have her again.

I showed them Nail Tech a picture of what I wanted she did the colors right how I requested but the design and the flowers were not anywhere near what I asked I let her know right away no I dont want it like that I want it like this and she said no no no this is fine this is pretty this is fine so she pretty much did what she wanted

1st time visiting this place with my wife and was blown away by there service and how nice it was inside. 5 stars! I highly recommend giving them a try you will not be disappointed 😊

Let me start off by first saying that I have been going to this nail place for about 10 years now and although I have tried to find another nail salon in my area I still have not found anything that is as clean as this salon. They use sterilized instruments which I really appreciate and they do very good work the quality is excellent the prices can be a little bit High so dont think youre coming in to spend no $35 to $40. The only thing I have a problem with is that when you go to a nail salon you kind of want to get a little peace and quiet away from the home, away from the kids away, from the husband but you cant because they are talking so loud all of the nail technicians in a different language that you cant understand so at times you can feel like they could be talking about you. I know this goes on in every single salon Ive ever been too but its very annoying when they are so loud. At least if youre going to gossip and talk about things speak in a language that we can all understand because I feel its very rude and disrespectful. Just today I was I was getting my pedicure the lady asked me to touch the water and it was very hot steaming hot I put my foot in and I burnt it when I told her it was hot she talked to the other lady in her language like if I was lying about the water the water was so hot I felt like they were trying to cook my feet. As I was getting my full set done as well my nail lady answered her phone 4 different times as well as got up on two different occasions one to wax someones eyebrows and the other time to go buy some food or something from out front which is okay but if Im going to be spending that much money I expect to get full attention. But like I said Ive been going there for years have not found any Salon better and they do really good work.

DO NOT GET ACRYLIC NAILS HERE, THEY USE THE ILLEGAL ACRYLIC POWDER, my nails are IN PAIN and I’ve used pure acetone 2 times to try to take them off. Horrible, horrible service. ITS TOO EXPENSIVE and they use the ILLEGAL POWERS!!!!!

Linda did an amazing job on my nails. I did Coffin shape with a soft pink color and I had one nail that was a little difficult but she was able to troubleshoot and work around it . I am in love with my nails thank you so much Linda 💗

My husband and I originally had gone to a different nail salon and decided to call this one in hopes that the could fit us in. Luckily, they had openings and as soon as we got there we were able to both get in for pedicures. The staff was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable.With all the covid-19 safety guidelines in place... they checked our temperatures, had us sanitize our hands and had us sign a waiver. Also, throughout our visit, staff made it a point to mop, wipe things down and sanitize.

Too expensive! $45.00 for a gel fill manicure. Ask prices before you are serviced .

Been coming here for several years. Great place....

First time I went my nails came out good but the second time went they came out so ugly. They only do basic nails no designs just plain color. A little pricey because they charge for every little thing. This is was it looked like three second day of ne getting them done. I wish I could have got a refund but they wouldnt give me one.

Loved the way they did my gel manicure and pedicure. I was in a rush and didn’t have much time and to my surprise they weren’t busy and they got me in quickly. It was my first time and both Amy and Sydney were sweet. The atmosphere was nice and friendly. I will definitely be going again.

I have been going here to Michelle for over a year now. Shes great! My nails last 4 weeks!Most recently Ive loved the new magnetic Polish. So fun to try something new.Its an extra 10.00 but fun for special occasions!

I went for a pedicure and gel manicure. Love that they use the bag for the pedicures. That was my reason for trying this place. However, the lady who polished my toes did a HORRIBLE job! She missed parts of my nail and painted part of my skin as well. My gel manicure was good and the paint job was decent, not great but descent. Prices are fair. I will give them one more chance in a couple weeks and hopefully it goes better.

First and last time ever. Service was horrible. When I was getting my nails done the nail tech cut me with the nail filer. I told her that she had cut me and she swore up and down she didn’t . What made me more mad was after I had told her everyone start talking in their own language. I really don’t mind if they did but they went on and on to the point where they make you feel uncomfortable. if they had something to say about me why couldn’t they just tell me in English. During my whole pedi and nails they gave me attitude just because of the comment I said you cut me. For the amount of money I spent it’s not worth going back and to top it off I tipped them. After walking out they still have attitude. I totally don’t recommend this place to no one

Went to get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The nail tech cut my nail bed while removing the gel polish I already had on. I just let her continue but asked her to be gentle but she was still rough and it ended up bleeding. They ended up not having the polish I wanted either so I said Id just pay for gel polish removal and a pedicure. As I sat in the pedicure chair she said that it was hard for her to take my polish off my toes because I left it on for too long (the polish was only on for 2 weeks). She told me to pick a dark color and she would just paint over it but I said no as I do not like dark colors. So I then asked her to just let me pay for what work was done which was $20 for half taken off polish and bare fingernails. I asked for complimentary flip flops since I had wet feet but they said no. Also while I was paying they asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I politely responded no thank you.

This salon is so new and clean. I like their new furniture and new decoration. I came to do pedicure and I really enjoyed their pedicure massage chair. It felt soft and comfortable with many massage function. The staff was very professional and she did my feet exactly what I wanted, I also had a good conversation with me while doing her job, such a professional staff. I felt so worth my money because I paid for my feet but I also got my back massaged very good from the massage chair. It was like paid one price for two services.

Their service was horrible . What people are saying on here is very true... They are rude and make you feel uncomfortable. They gave my grandmother only what they wanted to Give her and what she wanted they did not give her they cheated her. And I seen the whole thing . then after they wanted a tip. One lady put a callus remover on my grandmothers feet and put her feet back into the water without letting it sit. I would not refer anyone to this place.

Would never go here again, came here because it was local I should’ve trusted the majority of negative reviews, but I thought I would still give them a try.. Horrible service, my eyebrows look no better than when I came in, they act like i was bothering them like they didn’t want to work and there was only one other customer in there so it wasn’t like they were busy.

On Tuesday, I paid to have a nail fixed, and on Wednesday, it broke, so the job did not work. and it was not my fault, and the nail polish(gel) chipped the next day even though its suppose to lasts 2 weeks, and now that I came to solve the problem, they do not tell me before that I have to pay for their bad work. Very bad, thats not how it works. respond for work done wrong. It is the second time that happens to me and there will be no third. very bad service ... it can not be that a gel manicure costs $ 25 and the one nail fix costs $ 8. very bad. I do not recommend this salon. I will never return to this place. zero star

$25 for a gel manicure, the edges of my nails are rough, he put lotion on my hand and told me to rub it in. No hand massage. Also did my feet and hands at the same time, had me twisting in the chair. No my back hurts, I have to get my nails fixed before Saturday when I work. I am a massage therapist and can’t have rough nails.

I have never came here before but my friend told me to come here because she said they were good but in my opinion I think it’s horrible service because the lady I got was rushing and kept asking me the same stuff when I already told her 4 times no. Also to I can understand what they are saying so I when they are talking. There prices are ridiculous because just for my toes were $34! I usually pay 20-25 and that’s with tip in that. They don’t do a full pedicure they only do half of it and they try to be sneaky and try to do other stuff when you don’t want it and then they charge you more at the end. Like I had to argue after I pay with them. Never again will I come here. I will forsure tell everyone I know not to come here. Worse nail place I ever gone to. I’m being real about this.

When I come to do nails here, I don’t care whoever’s turn it that, anybody can do my nails and I’m glad that they are all professional. Everybody here can do a good job and they all friendly.

I have tried this salon many times, and always disappointed!!I stopped getting manicures as they couldnt do what I liked.Seems pedicures are easier, if the staff would concentrate on their clients. Today, twice during my pedicure, the girl walked away for 10 minutes so she could join in on a group phone conversation with her coworkers. When she was actually working on me, the other girls were sitting close having constant conversation in a foreign language..SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!!

I’ve been going here for a few months and was happy with their service but when I went last week I didn’t want my nails cut short and she cut them VERY short and my nail were not filed straight but crooked. But today I gave them another chance and took my daughter there for a pedicure. We signed in upon arrival on their list which they didn’t go by and took other people that arrived after us. So I mentioned my daughter was there before some people they were taking back and all I got was a sarcastic answer. We waited about 10 more minutes then they took back another person, and even the customer mentioned we were there first and they said we had to wait 5 more minutes, at which time we left. I have NEVER experienced such BAD service They just lost a regular customer, and I would never take my daughters, my husband or myself there again. 😠🤨

Expensive, rotten service rushed. My second bad experience. Because I didnt want to pay extra for an overrated pedicure I left there with my feet in the exact same condition they were when I came in. I was knicked several times. My fingers were dry, they left my cuticles damaged and peeling. Didnt even bother putting nail polish on evenlyThe worse experience ever. For the second time, I had to find a different nail to fix the damage.If u could I would give them a -1. Total waste of my time and money!!!!They talk all across the shop in their language and then bust up laughing. You are made to feel uncomfortable!

Went in there to get a full set they had me pick out my nail color. Another lady walked in behind me and wanted a pedicure and a full set they took her first and told me Id have to wait 40 minutes pretty sad Im still a paying customer but they wanted the person but spending more money first I will never go there again

Our nail ladys completely rushed our pedicure because other people were coming in. We pay $30 for a spa pedicure and she didnt even clip off a lot of dead skin and my gel nail polish was cracking and falling off after like a week and a half. And when I asked if she could cut one of my nails shorter she told me no. Just not a good place!

The people were horrible. service was also horrible. they did a horrible job on my nails and when i called they told me a full set should cost 35$ and when i get there half way through doing my nails the lady tells me it’s going to be 40$ well i had only brought 37$ and i told the lady that bc she told me over the phone it would be 35$ and she told me she would do 37$ and then did an absolute terrible job on my nails and was rude about it the whole time. i will never go to this place again.

Amazing service

I asked for a fill, instead she popped off my acrylics with a fake nail, no soaking. One started bleeding because she sliced through the old nail. I havent had my nails done often so I assumed that she knew what she was doing. I paid $37 for an embarrassing french tip with bubbles in the acrylic and ridges from my damaged natural nails clearly visible. :( Hours later and it still hurts.

Service was terrible. My daughter and I waited 40 minutes then she was called back. They began to take me back 30 minutes later then a lady at the front told me to just sit back down while they took someone else. I wont be back.

Rude and unprofessional. They charged me $39 for a FILL! As soon as i walked in they all started laughing and, of course, I cant understand what they are saying so of, course, i assume they were talking about me. When she is almost finished with my fill, she had to go to the front of the salon to get something but she tells me not to touch anything. I was taken aback because I didnt know what she meant. I just assume now she thought I was going to steal something. Never going here again. Very, very disappointed.

I did not like my nails. Short black nails are hard to mess up but I was not impressed. I feel like the second I said I did not want gel, they rushed my manicure.

Horrible customer service dont waste your time

The owner didnt understand what i wanted and when another customer stepped in to help with the language barrier she started correcting clearly upset and was very rough with filing and finishing my full set. 6 hours later my nail beds hurt really bad from them being so rough. I will never return to them

I came her for the first time mainly because my 5 year old wanted to have her first nail experience, this was upon her request.I had some personal issue due to charging with a credit card .Because I had my husbands card they wouldnt let me use it and my husband had to come down and show his face (I lost my wallet, never had an issue using my husbands card at other salons). But aside from that I will tell you the experience part of their services. I informed the manicurist that I would like for my daughter and I to get mani and pedi. They assisted me to the spa and took my daughter to the table. I was thinking they were going to bring her to the spa area after and no, I see my daughter SLID DOWN from her seat uncomfortable the whole time as the woman is doing her toes from UNDER THE TABLE. My daughter was NOT pampered or pleased, her expression when she looked back at me was sooo sad. I started to minus tip after tip. As they did my mani/pedi the color was not even the SAME color! I was so annoyed I did not notice this until the end I told them I wanted a discount or refund. They were so insistent on not refunding or discounting they said they can redo it. Why would I want to sit across from someone who made a big issue about the card SHOUTED across the room UNPROFESSIONALLY stating out O YOU SEE I TRY TO HELP THAT ALL UR FAULT RIGHT EVERYONE!!! YEA!. That is something you should never do in front of CUSTOMERS and to involve all you employees in agreement with you and make that Individual feel uncomfortable. You should have done this correctly the first time and made every customer that come in feel like they are going to be treated well NO MATTER HOW OLD. IF YOUR GOING TO CHARGE US TREAT US THE SAME! When a child enjoys something they will share that happiness and after she was done she just watched me in the spa sad. My baby is my pride and joy! These people are not well at being Manicurist and Unable to handle displeased customer in a professional way. IN MY OPINION I would not recommend this place! Poor service! Treats children Unfairly!

Waste of money... Spent 44 $ on standard mani and pedi, she RUSHED my pedicure - I paid extra for the cellus removed, and she did a terrible job. My feet are still cracky at the bottom, and look much worse since she pretty much just disturbed and brushed it around. Then we moved onto the mani, and she was brushing the nail polish on SO WRONG! Like a child trying to color inside the lines. Tisk EFFING tisk. Never going here again. Both nail polishes lasted about an hour, since she clumped the nail polish on so bad - they didnt dry.
