I go there for the waxing and they do such a good job and are very friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend

I got a deal on groupon and made an appointment to get a wax done. I was booked with Nikki and I dont even know where to begin with her. She is such a down to earth person! She is amazing hence the reason Ive stuck through the business. Nikki is a gem to that establishment but sadly its run all the wrong ways. Theyre adamant about not being more than 5 minutes late to an appointment but theyre not even on time when youre on time. The customer service from serval of the girls on the front desk is horrible. I had a problem with an employee raising her voice at me and I asked to speak to the manager and the manager herself had an attitude. I over looked that just for Nikki but its not worth it anymore. They lost a customer.

Every one in there is really nice and friendly! Nikki is awesome and great at what she does ! As an added bonus it always smells super good in there.

The service is good. Appreciate the work they did. Only downside is that it seems to be bit pricey in comparison to the other ones in the area.

The cashier were very rude, like you are asking for free ... the pedicure they did, did not impress me they charge for booking an appointment and if you cant go they still charge you . Is this right? i think is abusive . I had better pedicure jobs done in a cheaper places just went there becuae the one close to my neighborhood is closed i am not coming back! .

I was on hold for over 20 minutes. I asked for an appointment since it was my first month joining the monthly membership. They took my money but their hours are 10-4 ummm people work business hours so I said okay can I have a Saturday appointment she said they are all booked. What am I paying for exactly? So I asked for a cancellation since clearly I won’t be using their services and I was on hold for another 15 minutes. They can’t refund me for services I haven’t used and they can’t accommodate me but they can take my money. That’s a little frustrating. I would have signed up if they would have mentioned by the way our hours will be changing prior to me committing.

I had an appt at 11:45 and was running a little behind. I got a call telling me there was only a 5 minute grace period, (it was 11:48) I advised the receptionist I was close but wasn’t sure I could make it in 2 minutes as I can’t control the traffic lights. I walked in at 11:51 and by the time I got to the counter it was 11:52 the receptionist told me she would have to cancel my appt because I went over the grace period. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve waited longer than 5 minutes many times when I have had appts. I’m a long time customer and I think it’s pretty awful that for 2 minutes over the grace period of 5 minutes they would cancel my appt! So disappointing! I won’t be coming back.

I walked in to check this place out for myself, all the chairs were available, but by app. only and they were booked? She said $40.00 for a manicure. But I asked again why so expensive for a basic manicure, she said oh thats $25.00. I might try again next month.

I really like that place. The nail tech did a very good job.

The salon is very clean and the receptionist was friendly and inviting. I had a wax scheduled with Rebecca H and she did an AMAZING job. Not only did she put me at ease right away, she made the process as pain free as possible! She also shared aftercare tips that hadn’t been shared with me at other salons. I definitely recommend this salon and Rebecca’s services!

No point in even making a mani/pedi appointment since they ask you to wait in the car if they finish one of the services early. Uneven nails and put a cut on my finger with the nail file. Not worth the money or the time.

I received a Brazilian Wax today and it was amazing! Rebecca did an amazing job and made me feel at ease with the whole process. Cant wait till the next appointment!

As a man who works in construction I’m not comfortable letting anyone touch my feet so at first I was really nervous to come get my pedi done but I was already here with my lady so I tried it out. Raquel made me feel comfortable and I’m grateful for her being so understanding because that pedi felt really good and it turns out that I have pretty feet so it was a win win for me.!!! Fellas if you wanna get you’re feet cleaned up man up like I did. And come get your feet worked in here ! Thanks ladies for not making me feel like I have Sasquatch feet.!! All love thank you!!🙏🏼

Rachel charged me $85 for an awful manicure and pedicure. The other girl did my pedicure and left the bottom of my feet undone.I ordered a hot oil pedicure that their website shows is 27 dollars, and the basic manicure which is 15 dollars. They used gel before asking, which they added to the price.I went there because of the recommendation of Haus of wax. I am disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend anybody else go there.

Great place for waxing but for nails go somewhere else. Charged me 100.00 for full set with 2 crescent stickers. I asked her if she can do a certain design and she said yes... big no, but she tried and thats ok. Took her 3 hours but I had to go to work already so I settled for 2 beautiful crescent stickers. Is been ONE week and she didnt glue the tips correctly and one nail snapped from the base with my real nail and I was just fixing my bed sheets. They took no responsibility for the faulty nails and going to charge me again. I have to go get them removed before they break and snap off with my real nails.
