I have been going to Ohlala Nails for over decades. Tina for my pedicures never disappoints! Tom and Nancy for my nails. I will not go anywhere else.

Made an appointment twice for pedicure at this location, 1st time when I went in I was told they didnt have me down for an appointment, (even after I gave them the name of the person I spoke too) 2nd time I was told the appointment was written down for the wrong day, Sunday instead of Saturday. Poor communication with the appointment scheduling) Problem not resolved, nor were they willing to fit me in at any point the same day.

Would not waste my time to go to this place. They dont care about the clients!!!

They do not honor their gift cards. I lost $70 on a gift card for my mon that they did not honor after Covid reopening.

This nail salon is the best! The owner is so nice and all the workers are friendly. They always have done a great job with my nails & prices are fair too! 👍🏼😊

I went in on 11/06/2020 for a full set and 3 days latter my nails stared falling off. I went in and they told they couldnt do anything. NO WARRENTY! I payed a good anount of $$ for bad nail quality. It makes me sad.

Brought my 12 year old niece to get her nails done. I was next to her watching what the lady was doing. She rudely told me i couldnt be there to sit in the waiting area. While i was waiting another customer came in to see if she could get one of her nails fix she had spent more than 100 day prior. After she waited 15 min or more the same lady who told me to move came and told her they were very busy they couldnt help so the lady left

I went yesterday to get a full set and the lady that did my nails was really rude and she cut me everywhere and the nails have bubbles on them she pushed me to doing gel which I didn’t want and didn’t do the shape I want and I asked her for stickers of the letter ones and told me they didn’t have them

I read the reviews and was shocked. Ive been coming here for like 2-3 years now and have no complains. Then again, when I come I only get pedicures. I dont do my nails and thats where I read all the bad reviews. But Ive never had a bad experienced getting a pedicure here. Theyve never hurt me when doing the cuticles either. I guess if you want a pedicure this is the place. But from the other reviews, maybe just dont get your nails done here.

Amazing customer service ... but when it comes down to the nail, yikes ! The lady who did my nails cut me all around my cuticle ! After she painted my nails there were bubbles & I had glue left over on my finger... Honestly I only recommend it if other nail salons are super busy like they were for me today...

Friendly workers but not good quality in the gel nail services provided. 1st time going i had 3 crooked nails & when i went to get a fill at my regular shop, even they saw how bad the work was. Wish them the best though they were alp all nice.

Horrible experience! I went today to get my current dip manicure taken off and to get a basic mani (not gel). Of course when I was asked what I wanted upon arrival I was pressured by the first employee for a “gel manicure”, I kindly declined. I am a registered nurse and am not allowed to have gel nails, 15 minutes go by and I’m asked by a second employee on what I wanted, again I answered (not sure why the 1st lady asked if she was incapable of relaying the message). Again I answered “a regular manicure”, this time hoping they would be competent enough to articulate my request. She wasn’t. So again this time I stated why I couldn’t have one, not that it was any of her business, or anything I thought she could comprehend, after all she had a fly swater in her unwashed hands from the previous customer. After my explanation, she proceeds to yank the color options palate from my hands and states “this not for regular manicure, this for only gel mani” I then asked “don’t you have the regular nail polish option in these same colors?”, she replied “this only for mani and pedi together”. She then points to the wall of nail polishes and says “you pick from there”. I was so upset and already soaking my dips off so I asked another employee how much for just the take off, and stated that I no longer wanted a manicure, he then relayed my request to her, as she was already up doing god knows what with her fly swater, she then came back, picked up my soaking bowl and moved me to another station. She was so incredibly rude and nasty, she’s the older lady that works there, and her attitude and personality where as dirty and her station was. Never will I subject myself to this nail salon.

Vicky is the sweetest lady ever. She took her time and made sure my full set was done properly.

If I could rate (-Zero) I would...bad customer service, could care less if you are satisfied with the job performed on your nails. They don’t care to make you feel welcome and their work is really bad.

Loyal to regulars but could care less about new customers

I do not recommend this place........ i came here to get a pedi and the man who did my pedi was rushing it and there were no other customers in the salon and not to mention he did a sloppy job he left nail polish all over on my skin he didn’t clean it off and left my nails all uneven this was my first time here and my last.

My wife special place where they do her nails and pedicures very reasonable price and they treat her nice will recommend

I went to get a facial done, right after I had arrived other girls arrived. So called manager there said it would be 5 minutes to help me. I waited and took me in, she knows I always go for facial wax. She said u only came to do Ur eyebrows right I said no the whole face. Her response was I dont have time right now to do that, right after she pointed out that she had.customers who had appointments and asked if I could come in the next day. I told her I wasnt able to. Like really if u know u r going to be short call in Ur employees. And this isnt the first time this happens

My nails looked so bad they looked nothing like the picture I showed them they werent even the shape I wanted then she spilled the polish on her self. The woman at the desk when she asked what I wanted she said that they could do the design I wanted, so disapointed.

Super bad service walked in asked if they had time for 2 full sets they said yes.. sat down vicky glued the nails said she had. No time to finish since she had a person waiting there I am here with Just the nails glued having to go elsewhere to get it done. Super frustrating she was rude and place was unprofessional..dont recommend dont go here

Just horrible service. The person who did my nails was very rude. AND YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM BEFORE THEY EVEN COMPLETE YOUR SERVICE. Also, those stamp cards you got a while ago... no good. They stopped doing those. I didnt tip. For what? Ill never come back here. Anyone who has been here before hopefully knows what Im talking about. Just rude. Dont recommend WHATSOEVER.

My wife got her nails done here and after 2 days they all started to fall off. We went back and they didnt want to fix them only 50% off the manager even commented that because my wife dont speak English she didnt understand that they dont have warranty.

They are rude and they lie to customers. When I got there at 5pm they said what did I need to do once I told him what I needed to get done ( remove my nails) he said he couldn’t help me because they have appointments. I called them once I got out of that location I told him if there was an available appointment For me to come in and get a fill he said yes walk in. They are unprofessional!!! I will never go to that location again.

Sooo disappointed...hadnt been here in a few years....came for a deluxe pedi and mani. What a joke...out of several colors...masssge chair not able to be adjusted, or even turned back on after timer ran out...only offered very basic pedi...in spite of several employees sitting doing nothing, no one could start my mani while pedi was being finished, ..my neices nails were only given one coat of color and she was told it would be too hard to darken the color....employees then began speaking and laughing in their own language, making us both uncomfortable and feel as if we were being talked about and laughed at...after paying 65 dollars for nearlN nothing, an employee ran outside after is, ssying i owed amother 5..70 dollars for a mediocre pedi, and a gel mani for my neice....PLEASE BEWARE...DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY...borderline quality and horrible attitudes and customer service

Took my mom for a pedicure and they kept hurting her. She kept telling the lady that what she was doing was hurting her. The lady got attitude and didnt even complete the pedicure right. The paint was horrible, lumpy and took forever to dry..most definately never go back...

Never coming back to this place worst service ever.We walk in and waited for about 30 min after we noticed 2 of the staff where just sitting at their station doing nothing while we kept waiting for someone to help. We had to get up and tell them that we were waiting so they finally took us. I explained to the lady exactly what i wanted and also showed her a picture she pretty much told me she didnt know how to do it and that i should just get something else...im paying for what i want not for what she wanted to do! I had never been to a nail salon and had and experience like this it was just horrible. She told me afterwards to just go to a different place!!! So she left me half way done and didnt finish her job. Please save yourself the hassle and dont come here not worth your money or time😡😡 I wish i could post a pic of how terrible the nails look.

NEVER GOING BACK! DONT COME HER!Today I arrived to go get my nails done last minute. When I arrived I was asked what I wanted to get and I said full set and pedicure. I was then told its going to take over a hour to be seen mind you I was already here and I needed to get my nails done ASAP. I also noticed it was kind of busy so I said thats fine Ill stay. After waiting for a couple minutes I noticed the lady that came in 10 minutes after me got seated first and I was thinking didnt she get here after me whatever no big deal. I then look up and see a really nice lady who entered who says id like my nails painted thats it. The owner/manager goes you sure you dont want pedicure manicure or facial. The customer says no I just want my nails painted and she then tells the customer Oh were really busy right now we dont have time to do your nails maybe come tomorrow when its not busy. REALLY shes a paying customer just because she aint getting a pedicure doesnt man you blow her off especially a much older lady. The lady left and I really hope she doesnt come back because then they were talking bad about her! I then was told you will be helped okay cool the guy was named Sonny. He asked me what did I want and I said well Id like nude color nails with some pretty rhinestones he then says we dont have rhinestones. I go okay thats fine Ill do nude he then proceeded to tell me well I have these colors. I saw a nice glitter gold color and I told him id rather have this color he then looks shocked and tells me you know thats $38.00! Me in shock go yeah and who cares Im irritated and annoyed he didnt say much while doing my nails probably because he knew I was mad. He does my nails all crooked and didnt care but continues to do his job. He finished doing my nails and tells me are you getting a pedicure I go yes and he tells me ok just go to the front and someone will call you one they are ready ok sounds good. I sat there in the front and then saw a lady who just got in the salon who went to go get seen by him. Before I knew it I heard something in the background I was in the front of the salon. I look up from me texting to see a woman telling him she wanted almond nails. She was telling him that she wanted almond nails and he gets mad telling her you have short nails I can do your almond nails! I was in shock she was then telling him I didnt want my natural nails almond shape Im getting my nails done and I wanted that shape to be almond. He got SO PISSED OFF! I then noticed the whole salon staring and the so called manager comes over it was a woman with a bob haircut with highlights. She goes whats wrong and they start taking bad about her in their own language! She then tells the woman something like if you dont like his work she can leave and of course the woman leaves pissed off EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS RIGHT! She didnt ask for her natural nails to be almond she asked for her nails to be done in a almond shape. Im already fuming and mad for her I dont know why I stayed! I then see everyone staring at her leave the salon. The OWNER/MANAGER then tells us she wanted almond shape done for free we dont do free we are trying to run a business she can leave. Im in absolute shock staring at her. I thought oh it couldnt get worse WRONG! I finished getting my pedicure and the lady is really nice i dont know her name but she was really nice we talked for a little bit and then i went to go get my pedicure dry for a quick min I wasnt in the chair for 2 mins when someone approached me telling me oh youre going to pay now right. Seriously I just sat down looking inside my purse for my credit card. I swear I will never go back I was done. If you want to be disrespected please go here but I will take my money and go to the nail salon next to stater brothers next time!

The owner is a horrible nail artist!!!!! She put on my nail crooked and when I pointed it out she said i was just seeing things. She cut my nail to the size she wanted it and then didnt polish them right!!! If i could give it a negative 10 stars i would. Do not go to this place!!!

Got a gel manicure. Horrible job, the guy globbed it on to the point that it cracked n peeled off iby the next day. Went bacto have them redo the ones that had bubbled up and chipped. The guy was in such a hurry he rubbed my cuticles raw when trying to take off the rest of the gel, when all he had to do was peel it off. He was aware just keep saying sorry, but didnt stop. Horrible job tbe first time. Bubbles, cracking, and nail polish all over my cuticles and fingers. 2nd time horrible treatment, top of my fingers cut open cause the guy was in a hurry.

***Dont Go!!!*** waste of money and time. I paid $25 for gel on my nails and they started to lift within 3 days. The gentleman who helped me simply put lotion on my hands and did not even rube more then 1 minute. Horrible service! !!
