Kosmo is under new management! Jessi is the new owner and runs a tight ship. She does an excellent job on my nails. Shout out to Kristy who takes care of my toes. These ladies do a great job! Clean, professional, on time and friendly. You just can’t ask for anymore in a nail salon! I took a year off due to Covid. Glad to see some needed changes upon my return this year!!

Wonderful nail salon! Very clean, excellent service, loved my manicure and pedicure! Enjoy a beverage, relax and get pampered! I went in the morning, workers at house so husband missed out! Not...my husband went that afternoon and enjoyed a pedicure! Will definitely return and highly recommend!

60 dollars for nails that won’t even last a well they had really good customer service but that’s about all I got gel nail polish and this is what I left with pictures taken right after leaving

Don’t go there!! They rip you off!!I went there the first time today asking for a basic manicure service. Before I went, I called them and made an appointment for basic manicure service. The guy on the phone told me it’s $20. Upon my arrival, they asked me to sign in using their form. On the form, I chose Manicure Signature, which is the $20 service on their board. They showed me two nail polish sample books to choose my color. I picked one from one of the book. Little did I know, after all the nails were done and I went to pay, they told me I used the GEL which is a $40 service. I was shocked and told them I was told the basic is $20. She kept telling me that this GEL one lasts longer. But I don’t care about that. I just want what I asked for! Why did they not tell me before they upgraded my service?!! My service payment went doubled all at once without notice before hand!!! They gave me 10% off at the end. I am still very unhappy about it. Very dishonest business!!! Won’t go back again and will tell everyone around me to stay away!!!

My mom and I have been going to Kosmo for about 6 months and love it! So much better than the last place we went to in Flower Mound. Great staff, great service, and great atmosphere. Jesse and Tammy are the best!

Had a bad experience when they first opened therefore I hadn’t been back in over a year. I decided to give them another try last month. They are now under new management and the place is awesome! I have been in twice for the cucumber pedicure, once with Tammy and once with Nancy. Both were equally awesome! Best nail salon in Flower Mound!

Rushed, sloppy service. Two of the workers were laughing and texting on their cell phones instead of helping customers. Technician doing my nails tore my nail when not looking, didn’t apologize or bother to cut/sand it. Placed a tip on it which made it look awkwardly longer than my other natural nails. Just rude and sloppy. I recommend Nail Spa next to Southern Maid Donuts in Flower Mound! I’ve been going there for years and have tried several other salons like this one and am always happy when I leave Nail Spa!

My gel mani and pedi came off twice within a week. The first lasted only 3 days. I went back to get them redone after the weekend and again they only lasted a week.

This place is amazing. Every time I go I enjoy my visit, relax, drink wine and end up loving my nails. Everyone is so friendly. The manager is so inviting and remembers me when I call to book my appointment. My nails look great and I’m always satisfied. Where has this place been all my life!

I was the last customer of the day, I got a pedicure and dip powder on my nails. my toes have polish on them, and the polish on my toenails is uneven and blotchy. I notice black spots all over my nails and she re filled them. Upon returning home I can still see the black spot on my nails. The first time I went it was nice they opened up new(sanitized) utensils. Now that is not the case. I have never left a review on anything my entire life. Thats how upset I am about this. Dont waste you money here.

There is new ownership and I could tell it right away. Very inviting & then new manager is friendly, recognized her from another establishment, nice to see a familiar face. The ladies I have seen, on two different occasions, were just lovely. This is my new nail salon!

I didnt go here for nails but I went here to see Kathy the hair stylist. She was great. Pleasant to talk to and I think she did a great job on my hair. Its been a long time since I have had my hair colored in a salon since my original stylist retired and I just got tired of looking for a stylist I liked. I will definitely continue to go to Kathy for my hair needs. She also has good prices.

This nail shops ambience is classy and they offer many options of a complimentary alcoholic drink to help you get into the relaxing mood of many different spa treatments. I was very impressed when I first walked into the shop a friend had invited me and another friend to. The prices were much higher than my shop, but I guess thats to be expected in Flowermound. The problem started when I decided to get powdered nails with an ombré design. I chose a dark rose colored pink and requested it be faded into a clear color. I was told I could not use clear for powdered with an Ombré. The tech Sam said she would choose a color for me and cake back with a lighter pink. I immediately balked as the two colors together did not look like my type AT ALL. I then saw a girl with the same color clear I wanted that I was told they do not have and asked for that. Sam said no that will not look good. I then asked if she would please do one finger the way I wanted and one they way she wanted so I could see the difference. She raised her voice several notches and said I will not take it off if you dont like it!! WTH! At this point my friend said I should listen to the nail tech as she knew what she was doing. I had the option at that point to raise my voice back about what I wanted on my dang nails, but instead I decided to be accommodating. The nail tech Sam said I would love what she was going to do. Well I hate them. I tried to be nice but every time I look at these dang nails I think they look like an Easter Egg. I decided to call the shop to explain. Not for my money back and not for new nails, but just to explain that they should let the customer decide what they want. Not decide for them! I spoke to Tiffany who was there the night I was there and said I knew this was going to be a problem thats why I asked you if you liked your Nailss. I reminded her that she actually asked me if I was ok. I tried to explain how I felt and she kept interrupting me to defend Sam saying some techs dont provide a suggestion and that they would never waste powder and time to do two fingers different for me to decide. She then told me I was interrupting her! She was so hateful I hung up on her. Worst customer service EVER! I will NEVER go there to pay $55 for nails they want to do only there way and forget want the customer wants. Im hot as fish grease every time I look at the 10 Easter eggs attached to my fingers!!!

Manager or owner always tries to push higher priced services. This time was rude at checkout and didnt say anything. Pedicure was good but I have qwit this place before. Also I am not being offered a drink again.. seems to be hit or miss.

Family visited from out of town so we all went to get pedicures and manicures. Service was excellent. Mimosa was great. Nails & feet turned out great! Super clean. 2nd time to visit and both times I left satisfied. They did a good job and were friendly, but they do not honor their coupons. I had a coupon that was not expired with their salon name and address on it and they said the website is messed up and they do not honor those. This makes no sense to me and they should have honored it. I spent $200 in that place and for them to not honor the five dollar coupon just irritates me. Not good business on their part.

I Been here a couple times I paid extra to get jewels onto my nails its the second day and the are coming off Worst place I ever been to they wouldnt even get my money back for the jewels I normally pay 55 and this time I paid 73 dont recommend this place. Glaze nails have more quality products.

I have been going to this place for five months now and every time there is an issue when I go. The last time I had a pedicure they didn’t have running hot water and it was horrible. This time I went to have a manicure done with gel and the lady was absolutely rude to me. I will not recommend this place to anyone nor will I go again.

Went here with my wife to get serviced. We didnt have an appointment and the place was full. They said it would take about 30 to 40 minutes before someone could see us. The place appeared to be well managed and appear clean.

I made an appointment for an Ombre NexGen set and went in same day. I was scheduled with Sam and she was AMAZING!!!! She gave me exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The salon is clean and very well kept! Thank you Kosmo and Sam for your amazing customer service! This is my husband account, but I want to say I had the worst experience with Kathy the one who dyes and cuts hair on the side of the salon, everything was so unprofessional and beside I went in and told her how I wanted my hair and how I wanted to keep my hair long and not to cut much, but she didn’t listen and just did a straight cut up to my shoulders when I used to have long hair to my waist. She was rushing the whole time and complaining how she’s charging me so little and her products are so expensive. I also showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair and it was just horrible I wanted a blonde balayage and specially told her I didmt want a hello or orange tone and that exactly what she did. She did my hair so bad she had to put a toner to make it better and it still didn’t turn out well. I feel so horrible about my haircut because I’m a mom of 2 and don’t ever have time for myself and when I finally can get something done for me, she does a horrible job. I cried after my haircut and hair color, it was so choppy and didn’t even finish the bottom of my hair. She knew she messed up and so didn’t want to keep going with it and just wanted to charge me and leave. Now I have to grow back my hair and do a hair treatment for my damaged hair for all the burnt blonde she did. Please if you want to actually go to a professional do not go with her. She just wants to get her money and leave and she lies how your hair looks good so you didn’t say anything to her

The actual nail service itself was excellent but sadly I wont be returning ever due to the rude and unprofessional behavior shown by my nail tech. Not only were rude comments made about me having a 5 month old daughter when I look very young (Im actually 27 but that is none of his business), but the f-bomb and multiple other curse words were dropped at least every other word the entire time my nails were being done.Also employees were arguing over not wanting to help a walk-in (right in front of her) and heard telling potential customers over the phone not to come in 2 hours prior to closing time and to tell them that they are closing an hour earlier than normal- therefore wouldnt have time to help that client. As a business owner myself this is some of the poorest examples of customer service I have seen, and I would be appalled at how customers were being treated and that potential business was being turned away.I know one person does not represent an entire staff or business but it has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I would rather spend my money somewhere else. I hope no one else ever has to go through this experience at Kosmo and hope that management resolves these issues before they get worse.

I went to Kosmo Nail Lounge the week that it opened and I have been going back ever since. I think they do a wonderful job. I have already taken my mom, sister, and my friends.

Over all some of the nails designs are nice. However, time and time again I’ve tried to give this place chance after chance. I’m a very well paying customer, paying 100-140 dollars each time I go not including tip. This place is very unprofessional. The lady that owns or manages the place is sweet. But the nail techs are EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. There’s everything from Inappropriate comments flying everywhere, VERY BAD attitudes, and very rude questions that shouldn’t be asked. One of the nail techs was talking about how she gives make up sex in her relationships. Not to mention she asked me what ethnicity I was and my husband then asked how old I was and stayed that I looked 17 yrs old when I’m 22, have a child and married which she already knew.. when you get your nails done you shouldn’t be questioned about ethnicity and age out of respect and professionalism. Each time I get a mani and pedi but every time they are rushed. I’ve been told to “make up my mind”. A customer that pays 100$ each visit should never be rushed through. Upon receiving a pedicure I told the nail tech to match my toe color with my fingernail color which was grey. She put pink on my toes........ and told me that they matched. I won’t be going back to this place due to lack of professionalism.

Horrible customer service, I was a first time customer, signed in and sat down. No one acknowledged me yet a customer I guess they knew came in and they took her back right away. I got up to walk out and they called me back. I sat down and the guy was working on me and another girl my dip nails DIP y’all cost 65$ what the heck was in the powder... I didn’t get anything extra. I tried to spark up convo and I got maybe 2 words back. I asked for a drink after they offered others a drink and I was told “what you want “ as if I was a burden . The owner was load and obnoxious screaming at her techs while it seems playful at time it was not relaxing . My nail broke before the weekend.
