I had a great experience here! I have had my nails done many times, however, I have never had a set of nails that actually complimented my hands. The staff were kind and my nails were done in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this place.Love Love Love !!!

First time I had acrylics done and the service was incredible. The customer service was great and I felt very welcome, would highly recommend. The price was cheap and the nails are amazing. So professional and my nails look exactly like the pictures I showed my artist

Jelly pedi was wonderful! First time visiting this location and was surprised how busy it was so early! This means they are good at what they do here! I arrived right after 10am on a Saturday morning and was out by noon! Very clean and staff was patient and welcoming. Will return!

Price does NOT match service, pedicure lady was really rough, not relaxing at all, barely massaged my arms and legs, they were in a rush for no reason, the place wasnt busy at all, they werent very nice and made me feel uncomfortable .. place isnt very welcoming

Please don’t bother yourself with this place’s business. I set an appointment with them for 4 pm, and get there a little bit earlier, at exactly 3:57 pm. They tell me to pick a color, I do, and they sit me down at a table under the pretense that someone was about to come and do my nails pretty soon. 5 minutes turned into 10, and 10 turned into 30 and not a single employee had spoken a word to me, even though I scheduled an appointment early enough in the day to let them know I’d be coming. I finally just left the building at 4:38 and went back home. Save yourself the TIME and money and don’t bother.

Best nail salon in the area! Always get exactly what I ask for and can’t beat the price. My mom chipped her polish and mine changed colors once and they had us come in and fixed our nails free of charge. Friendly staff and excellent service. Highly recommend, Thanks

I love the pedicure, the staff very friendly, but my polish nail peeled off 1 hour after came to my home, I think its very thick, bad thing because I love the color what I was choice.

Clean, super nice and careful employees, large selection of Polish, gels and powders! Have been going since they opened and they treat my cuticle nicely. They now have organic spa nail treatments that I want to try.Thanks Highland Nails and Spa I will be back.

Loved itJust $5 more than I expected since dipping and $35 elsewhere. I usually tip$8-15 and had only $3 after 😩.But definitely be back and have more cash in handy.UpdateI came again to get nails done and the ladie tried to charge $45 this time. Why would you loose a customer this way. So next time I come is gonna be $50 or more . It’s not right.

I was treated to get a spa pedicure for Valentines Day! This is the BEST SPA PEDICURE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE! I feel so refreshed and OMG this is the greatest leg and foot massage ever! They are professionals! They exceeded my expectations! I am so relaxed it feels like I received a full body massage! This place is amazing!

Quality didn’t match quantity... I asked for coffin nails and the lady said it’s too hard to do. Then I changed my color choice 4-5 times which became annoying because she acted as if she wanted to pick the color for me. Coffin nails are pretty common these days so you’d think they’d learn. Also, I am new in town and I usually get gel polish on my toes but they don’t offer it. I give them 2 stars only because she kept asking if I needed anything to drink which was nice

Although the service was great, the nail quality was not. I received a full set of dip nails and they all broke or cracked within a week of having them. Very upsetting, as I am new to the area and was hopping to find a nail salon that i could become a regular to.

Had deluxe spa manicure and it came out perfect! They were attentive and able to shape my nails the length I wanted. The quick massage was such a relief! I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

Best place I have ever been in last 9 years in the area. ALWAYS do a good job. Have just remodeled and update all spa chairs....everything is so clean and everyone is so nice. Yes, it is difficult to communicate with most of the techs but there is usually someone there to help with that.

Ive been coming to this salon for years to get my pedicures. The service is always wonderful and accommodating. However, after my last visit I discovered that I had an infection and swelling in 3 of my toes. The infection is now gone but if you decide to use their pedicure services always make sure they are properly cleaning the chair and tub, applying a new liner after each visit, and washing their hands and wearing gloves. Dont forget to ask questions on their sanitization processes as well, its better to be safe than sorry.

We waited for 30 minutes before they got started on the first person in our group for 4 and then waited another 15-20 mins for them to start on the rest of us. We were doing pedicures and had made an appointment.

Always get a good pedicure from here and the cost is reasonable for my girls.

Fabulous! Highland Nails does a fantastic pedicure and their spa pedicures are out of this world. They run a very clean business with extra sanitary precautions. The staff is very friendly but often times hard to understand so be patient. I would highly recommend them.

I was referred to Highland Nails and Spa by my good friend. I never splurge on things like pedicures or manicures for myself. I was truly excited to go and get a pedicure done. Sadly the technician that did my pedicure, cut the skin on the inside of my toe. I had this service done on Wednesday, July 6th. The next morning my toe was swollen and very painful. I havent been able to wear any enclosed shoes, due to the pain and pressure. I promptly called and spoke to the owner/manager. Who didnt offer to make amends. Perhaps a free pedicure (with another tech) or a discount or even to refund my money. None of that was offered. I am saddened that this happened and I would not use this salon again. I know things happen and can go wrong, but to not try and rectify the situation is not good customer service. Signed: Disappointed Customer!!!!!!

Waited 30 min for them to even turn on the water. My feet were in the water for 15 minutes and still no one came over. Worst service EVER even if Im desperate I will not come back!! This is the third time I have been here and every time it has gotten worse. The person keeps saying 5 more minutes, 5 more minutes. 30 minutes later and still no one! How pathetic is this!!

Been going here for years! The only place I will get my eyebrows done. The different options for a pedicure are great and when I have time the stress relieving package is the BEST!

I went to highland nails for my second time on September 22nd for a pedicure and nexgen. During my pedicure the man doing my toes glove broke, and instead of doing the sanitary thing of getting up and replacing it, he looked at it, laughed and went back to rubbing my legs. During my french tip nexgen, the lady was holding the nail drill too long on one part of my hand to where it would burn and as she was scrapping off the tip of the clear powder, she would do it so aggressively that it hurt my hand. Not only did i have problems during my appointment, but within a week of having my nexgen nails, 7 of them cracked. Usually my nails will last at least 4 weeks. I called up to see what they could do, they said come in and they’ll fix it no problem, however that was not the case. I went in and they argued with each other about who was willing to fix it, they argued with me saying that my nails were not cracked. Finally someone agreed to fix it, but they huffed and puffed and did the bare minimum that they possibly had to do to fix it. After “fixing” my nails there were still three cracked nails. when i approached them with this, they were clearly yelling at each other across the room in a language i could not understand. Unwillingly, the lady dragged me back to a seat and “fixed” two of the three nails. After she was “done” my nails were still cracked and did not look good. Throughout the whole visit the staff had rude attitudes and i left with my nails not done accurately. I will not be returning

I’ve had good and bad experiences, and I’m happy to say that the good out ways the bad. Most of the employees are very friendly and the owner always makes sure things are right.

WEDDING NIGHTMARE:As of June 2nd, I stopped being a regular customer after begging the owner/manager to get a nail tech to fix my obviously chipped 3 day old Gel manicured thumb prior to rushing to my daughters wedding. I was told to wait for the original manicurist to fix it, but that she was busy with another customer and that I was not allowed to talk with that nail tech. I had to get to the Church and the owner understood that, but she would not budge; 3 days earlier she did a great job upselling waxing my entire face including my eyebrows, upper lips, sides of my face but none of my friends or I saw any difference whatsoever except for a drain in my bank account. I had protected that Gel mani as I had experience with them in the past, but maybe this obvious huge chip occurred to alert me to the owner being so greedy for money.
