Nail broke TWO DAYS after getting done. Went back to get it fixed, and they sent me away to come back the next day. I’ve never had a nail break so fast!

Made a visit to Nail Spa last weekend for the first time in months with my family and was not disappointed! Tina is always so helpful and makes the experience 10x better. The service was amazing and top notch (definitely one of my top 3 places to get nails done around the DFW area). I recommend Tina if youre there for eyebrows. Having been here for years, you cant go wrong with any technician. Went with some holiday themed nails and they were perfect. 10/10!!

If I could give this salon a higher rating, I would. The building was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Everyone was friendly, the color selections for powder were gorgeous, my nails look amazing, and they were done quickly. My nail tech was Julie - she was gentle, super attentive, meticulous, and professional. Best nails Ive had done in Flower Mound!

Faulty equipment. Burnt my big toe and CHARGE FOR THE LINER THAT GOES IN THE TUB FOR THE PEDICURE! Of course you put the liner! Never been charged extra. NEVER! $27 for the pedicure liner. Uhm. Do not come to this one!

Took my daughter and her friends as a late graduation gift and was very impressed! Very safe/clean and they take all precautions which made our whole experience even better. The quality of the nails/pedicure was the best part and would recommend if youre looking for a nail salon around the FM/HV area.

Ive been going there for around fifteen years. Always a great experience. They have continually improved their equipment and services, but the management has stayed the same friendly couple and they remember all their regulars, and even long-time semi-regulars like me, and our particular little preferences. Special note: its not just for women! Many families come in and youll regularly find local dads enjoying pedicures. :)

What a nice surprise hidden in plain sight. Driven by a million times but never stopped. We are coupon shoppers and it is clear this place gives great service at a great price, so they dont bed coupons. Really great pours of wine and friendly staff. We will be back!

Every nail tech I’ve had has been personable and lovely. The owner is awesome and very welcoming. They ask what complimentary drink you want before you even sit down so you never feel like you’re annoying them by asking. You don’t feel like an outsider just because you’re not a regular. The selection of dip colors and gels is almost overwhelming but the girls will come over and actually HELP YOU pick out a color they think would look nice or choose if you’re in between 2 and can’t decide. Every other place I’ve been either feels like a rush or they couldn’t care less about helping you. I will definitely be a regular here!!

Ive been coming to Nail Spa for over ten years, and I have never had a bad experience. Theyre a smidge more expensive than many other places but they are absolutely worth it. The services I get are pedicures and facial waxing, with the occasional manicure. Theyre pedicures are deliciously relaxing and creative! My favorites are the aloe vera and the gel pedicure. I highly recommend Nail Spa!

Nail Spa does a really good job. The one time I did not have the most pleasant experience management was extremely thorough on correcting the issue. I have continued to come back to this spa for their work quality and good customer service.

My husband and I live in Austin but my parents live in Grapevine. My mom told me that Nail Spa is her favorite nail place and they have excellent pedicures. Well we went two years ago and it was by far the best pedicure I have ever had!!! We go back there every time we are in town visiting. I have been to so many nail places in our area, on vacation, etc. and Nail Spa is better than them all..... hands down. They have great customer service and are very professional! Get the Lavender Spa Pedicure. It is amazing!

Ive been going there for years! The salon is super clean, there is never a wait for walk-ins (dont you hate the salons that put you in a chair but then you sit in the water for half an hour?!), every single person thats given me my massages have been WONDERFUL! I also do my brow waxing there and they are very good at shaping and fixing my brows. May be a bit more expensive than some of the salons around, but you will get EVERY pennys worth instead of inconsistent service from other salons. I wont go anywhere else!

I just got mine done today and love it so much that I wanted to write a review right away!! I had not gotten my nails done in months and I tend to bite them, I had Kathy and she was beyond careful and gentle with my hands. I got a full set and my brows done and it was a total of $57. It was pricey but soooo worth the outcome, I will keep going back here. The best part is that I just went to the closest one to my house!!!

I have been a regular at Nail Spa for more than 7 years - they are by far the best place for all things nails in the area. They really develop a relationship with every customer and remember each of our little quirks of what we like and dont like. They are continually investing in their services and you can see that they are entirely customer service/experience oriented. I cant say enough about these folks - they are my go-to, little vacation, every other week.

The nail techs here are the best. A little pricey but, you get what you pay for.

Daughter had nails done, absolutely hates them. Theyre too thick and look like crap. Wasted $90 for her prom and will now have to take her somewhere else to have them removed and redone. Very unhappy.

This place was awesome. I suprised my mom with a girls day out and we stumbled onto this business. We are by no means new to splurging on our nails. We both got green tea peducures and our eye brows done. The service was excellent and the price was only slightly higher than average. From the minute we walked in they treated us like VIPs but did not badger us either. They didnt pressure us to upgrade to a more expensive services. We left completely satisfied. It was over a month before we needed another pedicure and almost two months before the nail polish even chipped! (We paid the extra $5 to have designs and little jewels put on them.)

This is by far the biggest scam ever!! I asked for a mani and pedi and got charged $160 due to some extra creams and massage. Apparently Sam and Tony pamper you with super expensive hot towels and rare lotions that left my skin looking the same as it did before I came in. No one ever asked me if I wanted these extra services...seems like they just snuck them in. To make matters worse my nails chipped and peeled after one and a half weeks. The money is not an issue for me, but the ridiculous overcharging is obscene.
