Just had my pedicure done here and I can say that it was okay. Nothing too special, regular service. I liked that the place is operating by appointment only, so there weren’t a lot of people there at once.Price for a regular pedicure is very affordable, I believe it’s less that other places around here.I would probably come back!

Covid-friendly review:Everyone wore masks and social distancing practiced. This was my first visit since I have been looking for a new regular nail spa. I was the only on there at the time (off-peak hours).Tammy was friendly and the pedicure was fantastic. The massage was perfect and she handled my ticklish feet well. She addressed all my calluses and my nails look good with regular nail polish. I spoiled myself with the best Pedi option available.I chose powder for my nails. I came in with them shorter than normal and they were still able to make them look great.I also had an eyebrow wax. Tammy did a great job!Around $100 for everything.

Quickly seated, friendly, and so kind when I expressed my need for a gentle manicure. Mike did a great job!! Ill definitely be back. (Dip powder pink and white, retipped broken index finger, filed/removed and filled others as needed. Still under $50 with tip!)

In from out of town and just stumbled upon Flower Mound Nail Spa. Was so perfect! We got the Stone Massage Pedicure that included fresh oranges, hot towel wrap, hot wax and a massage like no other. Both techs were so good and professional! Atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Also had my eyebrows waxed and my friend got a polish change on her nails. Everything was so good. Definitely recommend! So accommodating and no pressure.

I came here after having a horrible experience with a different nail salon in Dallas. I WAS SO SURPRISED! You guys did a great job on my valentines day set💘 I could cry from happiness

They wont give you time of day or respect unless you are getting luxury services. If you normally buy super expensive pedicures, by all means they will wait on you hand and foot. Otherwise, even if you plan on getting weekly services, they werent great about treating basic services with same amount of detail/urgency/effort.

It was first time being there, and they were quick on taking me. I chose to do the gel manicure. A lady name Kelly did such an amazing job on my nails. Very friendly. I mean they all were, offering me something to drink while Im there. So glad I went there and I will definitely be going back!

Overall the place is very nice, it is one of the most beautiful nail salons I’ve been in. However, I did not appreciate not being told that my nail shape would cost extra until I was at the checkout. The technician never mentioned it to me, and I have never been charged extra at any other nail salon for almond shaped nails, especially with how short I get mine. The dipping powder, or at least my color, was old. Once I saw it in the light of day, I see white splotches in the pink.

First time here, and Im surprised they dont have a higher rating. Tammy was AMAZING at arting my manicure. I never felt rushed. All attention I felt was on me She rubbed my legs, feet, calves, and hit some beautiful pressure points. My boyfriend could learn a thing or two. Lol but that is a different review for another day. Haha!Beautiful decor, calm, soothing environment. Thank you Tammy! Looking forward to returning! You are so sweet and attentive and amazing! Again, thank you!

Such a good place and I love the workers nails are good for the price so many colors to choose from and they come out good most definitely recommend

I LOVE this nail spa! Tiffany and Theresa are absolutely amazing! They make me feel so welcome and taken care of and they are always so chatty and friendly. I drive all the way here from Denton for my nails because they do the absolute best job!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. If you want multiple cuts on your fingers for a possibility of infections, bad acrylic job, and non matching toenail color that you specifically requested to BE MATCHING, all while they are rushing, even though you CALLED AHEAD OF TIME to set an appointment, and then have a ridiculously high bill, then this is the place for you. Incompetent. The women are extremely rude. Look elsewhere. Dont waste your time. I have never posted a review to a nail salon until now. I am okay with paying more for a full mani pedi and eyebrow but would never go there to do this. Not enjoyable. I thought this was supposed to be a SPA. Disappointed. There are so many other places to visit with BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, unquestionably!

I typically would not have anything negative to say about this place but my visit yesterday was so unpleasant and I felt uncomfortable. I have a damaged toe nail and I needed acrylic to make it look like the other toe nails. I typically feel self conscious about it but the lady that did my pedicure made me feel comfortable and she was very friendly. She then requested assistance for the acrylic because she does not have experience with acrylic. She asked a manicurist to help her after her boss told her to and the manicurist had the WORST attitude because she had to step away from what she was doing for just a five minute acrylic placement on one of my toes. The manicurist spilled her acrylic liquid all over my freshly pedicured feet, never apologized, she never said hello; she just blobbed some acrylic on my toe and got up to go back to what she was doing. The owners husband realized that she did not do a good job and he then shaped the acrylic and filed it down so the lady that was doing my pedicure could paint my nails. For the amount of money I spent in this nail shop yesterday, I would expect exceptional service considering I was nothing but polite and friendly, even in the midst of the manicurist being horrible with her customer service. Its a nice shop, a plethora of gel colors and has incentives like bottle water but there are so many other nail shops that offer these same experiences and you wont have to experience attitudes and an uncomfortable experience.Never again!

I’ve always go to this salon they are very nice and friendly, but these past 3 times I’ve gone has been the worst experience. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that this time that they would do a good job. But when I say they screwed me up THEY SCREWED ME UP! My nails are all lumpy they look gross... I went Ahead and called them and told them the issue, To see if they would fix the set and if it was possible that I can fix them that same day. The gentleman said “ yes that they close at 7:30” I told him “ ok I’ll be shortly” I got there at 6:27 and they were closing the doors and getting into the car. My bf and I go there all the time he gets a pedicure and I always get Dipped nails. They always do a good job with my bf but with me my nails are crooked, or they cut me or like now they are lumpy.. plus it’s nevee the same people that are there. It’s alwaya someone different. I don’t recommend this salon anymore.

Needed some me time, what I got was anything but that. The woman doing my pedicure and the man working beside her were bickering in their foreign language, to the point, I had to ask them to stop.The woman gave an acceptable pedicure.The final straw, I spoke with the manager, was told its OK, we kid around, you just not use to it. Our customer love us. And then she laughed at me.No need to go back there!

Not a great experience compared to Envy Nail Spa in Denton. Appearance was cluttered and disorganized. The website brags of complimentary beverages. I was not offered one. The website also has a mention this coupon and get 10% off advertisement. I was told I had to print and bring in. They hesitantly gave it to me after I pointed out that the website didnt require printing. The saving grace was the nail tech did a great pedi and was very nice. I would not return. I did not feel appreciated as a customer at all by the owner. Overall it was very disappointing for a Flower Mound establishment. Imagine how many people havent voiced their opinion.
