I’m giving two stars because they were friendly and my dip set was only $35 before tip.However, the lady did not do a good job on my nails. She cut the tips before I confirmed length so they’re shorter than I wanted. I also asked for skinny square and left with wide oval. I explained to her skinny square was sharp corners, just skinny down the nail-bed and she still did it wrong. Lastly my thumbs are significantly shorter than the rest of my fingers.Overall poor nail job, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I got my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure and had a wonderful experience. The ladies working there were kind and thorough.

The guy had no clue to what he was doing! It started off real rough lol, I never seen anyone do nails the way he did. Well look for yourself lol.

Love this nail salon, customer service is what they strive for . I love the way I’m treated and every time I ask for a style or design, they always deliver ! Michelle knows how to care for her customers to make sure they have a fabulous experience .

New to the area trying to find a nail salon near by. I decided to this salon. Worse experience ever! Beyond dissatisfied with service. I got a mani-gel polish & a pedi. A lady did my pedi no complaints. The man that did my mani did a horrible job. Not only did he nip my cuticle causing it to bleed. He did not even acknowledge doing so or apologize. My nail beds still has dry skin around. The cuticle area peeling and jagged as if some unexperienced person was practicing how to use the nippers. The gel polish color selected # 63 which is sort of a brown/purple hue with hue color lines in middle. My color is brown qith sparkles no where near what I chose. He also left space between cuticle area and the start of polish which makes it looks as though I alread have growth when nails were just done today. I do not recommend this place. Total $53 again the pedi was fine but it looks and feel as if a mani was never done.

I love this place. I went there for a fill after another shop did a terrible job and the girl fixed them exactly how i asked and only charged $14 or$15 for a white tip acrylic fill. The next time i returned i wanted to try something new and they explained all the options to help me find what fit my budget/and taste. they took great care in detail making sure i was happy with what i chose. I will definately go back.

I got some pretty good acrylics but the lady Didnt do my cuticles but actually made them bleed, she just shredded themWith her nail file. When I went home it left my skin very dry for a while. The nail length is very uneven but I think if it’s worth it for you do it! It was only 25$

I used to come every 2 weeks before I met my husband and had children. Stopped coming because that money was better spent on my children unless for a special occasion or husband wanted to treat me. The manager used to do my nails and she listened to exactly what I wanted. Went in this time for Mother’s Day and instead of waiting on her to do my nails since she seemed busy I let the man do them. I tried so hard to explain how I wanted them and how I needed him to fix them. But nothing I said helped him understand.( I tipped him because I was raised to tip and I’d feel awful not to.) So on Mother’s day I went back and had the manager fix them but even though I made an appointment before hand she still acted like I wasn’t as important. He had previously hurt my fingers the day before and even though she could tell the dip powder was on my cuticles and lopsided and wonky she only wanted to rush and reshape them so she could get to someone else. She then tells me to sit for 5 minutes and then two minutes later she tells me to move because she needed the space even though there was plenty of other places to be. As I moved I smudged one of the clear coats on my nails and decided not to ask for it to be fixed. I was so over the experience I waited for my husbands pedicure to get done and I quickly tried to leave. I will not be coming back. She touched up one hand and left the other. Thankfully I have supplies at home to reshape and hand file them to my liking and fix the clear coat, otherwise I’d be going to have someone else completely redo them. It’s so disappointing because I used to recommend them to everyone and now I will be telling them to never go.

They always do a fabulous job for me and my daughter, and they have great rates. Theyll often stay open late to get the job done rather than turn away customers who arrive near closing time.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that there is sometimes a long wait. They dont have a sign-in sheet or anything so it can get a bit chaotic. Whenever you ask how much longer itll be, they tell you, just a few minutes. We recently waited nearly 2 hours, and eventually left. If we had been told upon arrival that it would be that long of a wait, wed have rearranged our day & come back later. There were only 2 other people there before us, and 2 others came in after us & were done while we still waited. However, this is NOT the usual experience here, and I will continue to return to and to suggest California Pro Nail.

This was the 2nd worse manicure I have ever had. Will not be going back! The communication here lacks many things. Spent over 3 hours to get a manicure for me and my mom to get a gel manicure. I have better things to do with my time than to waste it waiting to get my nails done. They totally messed up one of my natural nails. They were over zealous on the filing and filed my skin. Needless to say I now have some skin missing in a very sensitive area on my finger. If you want it done the way you like them then I suggest you go elsewhere. I usually take my dementia mother here to get her nails done and they never do it they same way twice. This will be the last time I bring her here for sure. Their polish is so old it doesn’t even qualify as polish anymore. They have put thinner in the bottles one too many times. And to top it off they still charged me full price for the manicure.

Ive been coming here for about a year and they are excellent in their work, the detail to your nails is very neat and the customer service is superb. The only complaint is they are always crowded so if you are in a hurry wait or be ready to be exhausted when you leave. Also they are a little pricey but hey I guess you pay for what you want.

I walked in and one woman asked me what I wanted, then told me she did not do nails and walked off. As I got ready to leave, Another woman walked in, asked me what I wanted and then said wait because I have an appointment. I paid $30 for a Polish change and a regular acrylic fill. When I asked why so much and I was told because she shaped my nails. So I guess they build this in to their services.

Me and my daughter enjoy coming here always so welcoming and they treat us so good.

So this is the second time I have bern here. The first was a nail fix after breaking one a week after getting them done at a different place. I didnt like that place saw this one and gave it a try. So this time I came here to get a fill and new design. Not only are their prices nice but the guy did great. The only reason I didnt give 5 starts was because while smoothing the acrylic with the drill he nicked me a couple times. But its ok it wasnt that bad. Overall Im very happy with the out come!
