This salon is the best!! Love Tina, Mimi, Helen, Tracy and Sandy! They are all amazing! Always so friendly and attentive. The Tropical pedi is amazing and they take such care in doing any type of nail application. They take walk ins and appointments too which is great!

They are always friendly and professional. I get the dip nails most often, and they always look fantastic! Every technician works hard and takes the time to give you the look you want. So good that I recommended to my Mom, too!

We absolutely loved our visit tonight to Upscale Nail Salon in Flower Mound!! We walked in at 6:45 and they were closing at 7:00. We wanted 2 full set of nails, 2 pedicures, and my little girl also wanted her nails painted. Usually, at this time, businesses would be hesitant to serve us, but they quickly greeted us, offered services for everything we had requested, and did an amazing job!Tina was extremely courteous and by the end of our visit, we also had brow waxing done. She ended up staying there way past closing and never made us feel rushed or as if we were a burden! I will definitely return! This is my new favorite nail spot! Thank you!

Not clean or hygienic with their dip powders! This use to be the only place I would get my nails done and came regularly to fill/change my NexGen as they grew out. I got a fingernail fungal infectIon on 3 of my nails and 2 of them were so bad the nail actually fell off! If I could give 0 stars I would... definitely will never be back.

I have been going to this Salon for years, 7 to be exact. I have always had wonderful service. I used to religiously every two weeks for a manicure once a month for a pedicure. I make it in there every couple of months now when I have time and and extra money but its like I never left. They are so sweet and always offer me a beverage like wine, coke, water coffee or hot tea. They are seriously amazing.

Got acrylics done and this is the first time ever for me, a nail has not popped off and its going on 3 weeks since I got them done! Definitely coming in this weekend to get a fill! Theyre super nice, offer you beverages. Totally relaxing in there. I love it.

I used to go to them a lot and they always did my nails exactly how I wanted them, but when I went back recently they were kind of rude. I started out by telling her I wanted my nails as short as possible (for my job) but still be in the shape I wanted. (I wanted coffin and i know your nails have to be longer for it but I explained that i wanted them to be as short as they could be for that shape) She still did my nails really long and they werent even coffin. Two weeks later, four of my nails are split horizontally down the middle of my nail bed! Im really sad because I used to love this place but Im never going back.

When I walked in, the lady that greeted me had no idea what they’re services were. She had to ask if it was something they could do.It took 15 minutes for someone to start on my nails. My husband came with me to get a pedi, and the lady cut his foot.The lady doing my nails was arguing with how much the acrylic full set cost, and that it came with a free gel top coat. And then she said that the coffin shape was extra charge.They didn’t have the color I wanted, and they never had my wash my hands to get the glue and everything off.My nails were crooked, the color was wrong, and they didn’t put my nails under any dryer or light.

I really like this place! The owners wife is the only one who can do my nails pink & white. Theyre so friendly and always make me feel welcome.

Absolutely the worst customer service in my life. Owner called my wife a liar when she told him that both of us had bad experiences - bleeding, and that it seemed really rushed / too short compared to other places weve been to. He stared back angrily, without saying anything while processing our credit card, and so we just left. No apology. No discount. No assurance that next time will be better. Nothing. That feedback angered him to the point of running out to the parking lot and banging on the window to yell You are liars! I just spoke with the two techs and they said you didnt bleed! Come back or dont come back. Weve been in business ten years - dont lie about us! Ive never wanted to punch someone so badly in my life. Instead, we silently drove off in disbelief and are letting you all know...

There price was good got basic manicure- pedicure. With tax and tip total was 50 they even let me so let the spcial with my daughter she got the Mani and I got the pedi.But if your looking for a longer massage not the place

I went to a lot of places but this place is good. The worker is very friendly.

I chose a nail polish that was kinda gloopy and noticed it, told the lady I should probably get a new one but she told me no no it’s fine, in the end my nails looked unfinished and like they had been done by my 11 year old sister. 🙄

This evening I went in for a mani/pedi for a wedding I’m attending. During my manicure the women doing my nails closed the finger nail clippers on my finger tip (ouch!). Then she cut my cuticles and made me bleed. Two times was enough and I said I was done and didn’t want a manicure anymore. I was shocked to find out they still wanted time to pay full price. They finally agreed to a $5 discount but would not give more. The customer service was awful and I will not be going back.

Not upscale at ALL. My daughters nexgen looked ok but was cut many times and she didnt need tips put on.. Mine however look like a 12 year old did them. this is the worst nexgen i have ever got! one person didnt do our nails they changed two times for each of us ( 3 appts) . What a waste of $... going elsewhere to pay to soak them off because they look so bad. ! i will NEVER be back. It seems the only good thing they do are simple pedicures. this is NOT the spot to go to in flower mound. run!

This was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was so awful. The guy was rude to me and the other customers around me. One girl even complained about it while I was there. He rushed me to pick a color and kept telling me to hurry. The worst part is, my nails are awful! I got dip and I have marks and scratches all over them. Not smooth at all. They said it was extra to shape them so i asked to just keep them square. They weren’t square at all. Some were fanned out and some were too filed in. Now I’m at home trying to file them myself to make them even. I kept looking at my nails while he was doing them and was comparing them since he didn’t and his response was “they are even, don’t look at your nails”. Towards the end he started slouching and sighing and said “I’m tired of doing your nails”. Who says that???? Don’t go here unless you want to be talked down on and want to leave with ugly nails.

It’s slow and they cut my fingers! don’t get finger nails here. i was waiting for almost an hour and there were workers just walking around when i could’ve got my nails done. i used to like this place but they changed. i think this is a waste of money. i’d go to grandlux nails instead.

They offered coffee and never gave it to me. There were 10 people not working and fooling around, yet they could not bring coffee. Definitely not upscale and worth the service, time, and cost.

Ive been going to Upscale Nails for almost 3 years. It is very clean and the gel manicures are the best Ive ever had.

The pedicure was ok but I had better at other places. The manicure was horrible. All my cuticles were cut so deep that many of fingers were bleeding a bit.

Pedicure was terrible. Gel Manicure was just ok. The salon feels dirty. The employees seem like they would all rather be in the back playing around on their phones. Not upscale at all and Im angry that I paid what I did for what I received. Never going back.

Took my girls for their 1st pedicure. Despite having a reservation, we waited a long time before the 3 of us had ladies to do our toes. You could tell my girls were getting antsy. Polish has lasted a very long time since! Well go back again 😃
