My daughter and I went to get a manicure and pedicure today. It was easy to make an appointment and it wasnt crowded. The staff was friendly and professional. Everyone wore masks and there were hand washing stations. The service was great. My daughter said it was her favorite visit to a nail salon so far and she loved the nail art she got with her manicure. We will definitely be going back.

I LOVE this place I have been to so many nail shops and this is the only place I would call home. You can bring them any picture you find on line and they can do it. I love this place. If you want your nails to look this the Instagram girls this is the place to be. The 2 locations and both a amazing.

The asian guy on the register today is so rude when talking to the people. That’s definitely not the way of talking to your customers. 0 stars for him. And even when they didn’t have anybody booked on the list for 2pm he just told me that he couldn’t let me do my nails because I had an appoinment for 4pm.

My friend and I both got the Classic pedicure. We are both happy with our toes. Cant wait to go again! The pedi we got made my feet soft and got all the dead skin off. Going to make regular visits to keep my feet looking nice. My husband approves.

My nails came out so nice and they were fast but still the shape and design looked good and for the first time out of all my other nail salon experiences they actually did my cuticles

This situation happened two times. I made an appointment a month ago and I waited an hour before I had to leave due to needing to go to a personal appointment. The second time was this week, I once again made an appointment and waited 20 minutes for them to soak my nails off. I asked what was the estimate time for them to attend me and they basically told me they weren’t able to tell me. Once they realized I was about to leave, they had a tech begin to attend me. She was overwhelmed and telling me she would be alternating between me and another customer. Mind you, I had already offered to leave. My nails were soaked and I double checked with tech about the service I was receiving and she completely stopped and said she would no longer be doing my nails... I waited an entire hour just for them to not attend me. AGAIN. She still had the audacity to charge me for a soak off.Please be wary about making appointments with this location. They are not respectful of your time. If they are overbooked or short staffed, it would be common courtesy to let your clients know it would be a wait rather than wasting their times and downright refusing their service. I am beyond disappointed and will not be coming here nor will I be recommending them to any of my colleagues and peers.

Im a regular at this nail salon (go every 2 weeks) and I wouldnt go anywhere else! The owner and staff are super sweet, extremely talented, and genuinely care about the customers. You can choose from one of their many designs and services or even bring in ideas youve found online and theyre happy to do those as well. Love it here! :-)

This first time I came here I had a great experience. Second time, not so much. I get theyre busy but I called in advance for my appointment and they completely rushed my service. And then kicked me out of my chair as soon as the paint was applied so as Im walking out, trying to maneuver around everyone one, my paint smudged. They had to try and fix it twice.

They did a great job! The place was clean and the employees were all kind and helpful.I did a dip and I LOVE the results. My significant other got a pedicure. On our way out we were already talking about making this one our new spot!

I do not know how to post pictures on here. I have never even had to make a bad review for any place. I had tried this nail place out for the first time and will never be coming back. I had one nail chip the day after i got them done and didn’t even notice for about 10 mins (therefore did not hit it even hard) i went about a week and a half ago and have 4 nails gone. I have gone through the entire reviews and the low ones match mine exactly. makes me sad because i payed a little over 60 plus tip for these.

Ive been here twice now for pink and white dip and pedicures. I have a had different technicians each time and my nails are perfect. I am VERY picky and so this says a lot! This is my new salon.

This is my absolutely favorite nail place! I have been other places that are closer to where I live but they just dont compare to Cosmo. To me, its worth the drive. I always go to Lynn and she always helps me figure out what I want without going over my budget. They greet you by name and treat you like family. I have never left unhappy from there and always receive compliments for my nails wherever I go!

Wonderful. I appreciated the fast and efficient service. They had to deal with some not so great nails from another place and did an amazing job.

It took over two hours and i made an appointment and they started the appointment 30 minutes late. They charged me $75 for something a little extra and were rude. Dont recommend!!

Me and my roommate were going to this salon regularly, and they were great. We had tried several places around the area before landing on cosmo nails. The last 3 times I got my nails done, they started chipping days later, and this very last time I went, the woman doing my nails was so rough, she cut three of my fingers with the nail file, and the corners of my nails were bleeding. I was so scared my fingers were going to get infected. Unfortunately it looks like we will need to find a new place for our mani/pedis.

Love the quality of work they do! I didnt like the first shade of red I chose, by my technician was so patient and kind finding me a color I liked more, then re-doing it :)

I have been to a lot of nail salons in Flower Mound and have a hard time finding one that is consistent and affordable. I was really impressed with Erik. He did a great job on my nails and made sure that I was happy with them! They are very reasonable with their prices and I’m excited to make this place my regular place. First time at this nail salon and boy they do it all! This momma needed mommy time but had the three little kiddos because daddy’s out of town. Brought them all in, my youngest being 8 weeks old. She started going nuts half way through and one of the ladies ended up holding her for me while I finished up. My full set looks amazing, my kiddos were all content, everyone was very friendly! I’ve had my nails done by multiple people here and I am always impressed! I recently started seeing Eric and oh my goodness! I am VERY tough on my hands usually needing to have them redone after 2 weeks due to breakage. Since Eric has been doing my nails, I always get at least 3-4 weeks out of my sets. I’m currently at 4 weeks with no lifting and no breakage! Eric works quickly but meticulously— the shape is always beautiful and my nails are without flaws. I highly recommend Eric and all of the friendly staff at Cosmo Nails!

Eric is very meticulous and such a perfectionist! I just moved from out of state and so glad I’ve found him! The salon staff is very friendly and everyone is willing to help each other. I have been here several times after exploring a ton of other options in the area. I will never go anywhere else. Ask for Eric.... I also love the fact he asks you what you want and if you are happy after checking them at the end. He said he guarantees his work even though after over two weeks they still looked amazing.

I’m super picky about my nails, and I’ve been trying a bunch of new places and this is finally the winner. Kevin did my toes and I can’t remember the name of the girl that did my nails but they were both awesome! I got gel polish on my toes and dip on my fingers with tips, and they turned out so perfect. Has been a good nail salon until recently. My nails lifted several different times until I finally asked for them to be redone. A week later, theyre chipping off. Ive had the powder dip nails with tips for the past 7 months and never had issues till now. Im beyond frustrated, and their customer service is only good if youre paying for something. Disappointed, to say the least. Looks like Ill be finding a new nail place. :(

Disappointed. Have been a client for over 3 years. Used to be the best place around. Used to be personalized service. Now, the technician is consistently late for appointment and when you do get to the chair, it’s a rush job. Too busy fluttering about, taking calls, doing things at the front desk (even though they have someone handling the desk) or in the back. There is little to no attention paid to you as a client. I pay too much to be ignored or rushed. It used to be relaxing to go there. Sad to see businesses go this direction.

Loved this place! Tracy and Kim did an amazing job on my nails. My mom’s nails turned out awesome too. I can’t remember the names of the ones who did her nails. The pedicure was so relaxing too.I’ll be getting a full manicure/pedicure combo next time!

I started going here this year and as long as I’m in this area I will never need to go anywhere else. They do incredible work for great prices and my nails are always mesmerizing and beautiful! I always go with the ombré 2-tone nails, and I know now that it is a tedious and very artistic process to get them to look as amazing as they do - I really respect the staff for their patience, kindness, and incredible artistry! Considering all of the hard, detail-oriented and time consuming work that goes into making these beautiful nails, the prices are truly a steal. Every single person that has helped me has been crazy talented & super lovely. It’s no wonder that this place is ranked #1 in FloMo. Im in love with this salon!I have visited about 7-10 times now for nail and pedicure services and each time I have left feeling happy! In my experience, I have never had such consistency from one salon over and over.This last visit, my walk in nail services were completed by Cindy. After joking and talking the whole time, and enjoying two glasses of wine, I found out she is actually the owner of the salon! Even with her present, get employees seemed happy to be there, which is something VERY important to me as well.LOVE it! Give the place a try at least once :)

They are a friendly staff who takes their jobs seriously and makes you feel even better about yourself when you leave because they give you what you ask for and enjoy doing it. Absolutely ridiculous. Came here one other time and loved it but then three days later 3 nails popped off. Thought I would give it another shot and came here this past Saturday. Paid $50 including tip for the dip nails on an acrylic tip. Today is 1:30pm on MONDAY, and two nails have already came off. $50 flushed down the drain. Plenty of other places that charge $25-$35 for acrylic tip with dip. I suggest you don’t waste your money on the low quality product here.

Today was my first time at this location and they have won my business. Everybody was very nice and very friendly, even while scheduling the appointment. Kim is the young lady that did my nails and she was super sweet and did a great job.

I would normally rate them 5 stars but the guy that I had do my nails wasnt the best. It took him about 2 hours because he didnt understand what I wanted. He sanded down my natural nails as thin as possible, which is not necessary. He then put about 6 coats, if not more, of the nexgen powder and had my nails looking thicker than acrylic. I gave him a picture of what I wanted and had to ask him to redo almost everything since it wasnt like the picture. By far my worst experience in getting my nails done and I will have to grow my nails back once I remove what has been done. Now I know to set an appointment with Janine next time. Her and Lynn always do great jobs!

I come to this salon often, but the last time I was there, the person doing my nails cut me several times and i got a nail infection because of it, and probably because they dont clean their tools very well.Im sad to have to say, I will be looking for a new nail salon.

This was my first time coming to Cosmo Nails and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The whole time I felt rushed. I picked out a color and then they told me they couldn’t find the color. So they offered to do another color that wasn’t even close to the one I had. My nails were okay when I left. I’ve always taken care of my nails when I get them done and they’ve always lasted me weeks before I got them filled. This time they only lasted me 5 days before they started looking ugly and chipping. What a waste of my money.

My daughter loves to get her nails done here! However, I only get pedis and dont enjoy it at Cosmo. Theyre overpriced and your options are minimal. I like getting a good calf & foot massage but unfortunately, Im always disappointed!!

My sister brought me here Oct 13th, I had previously acrylic nails I soaked them off prior to going in for NexGen and I love the variety and the cost is not that much more than fills of acrylic nails, but the color lasts, no chipping and gentle on my natural nails, yes I have broken now 3 in 2 sets but that’s because I work hard and I’m hard on my hands, no fault of Cosmos Nails, today I’m going back for a new set and new color, I love my red with silver dust sprinkled on the tips, see my photo above, today going blue with silver dust or as I like to call diamond dust, as it sparkles like diamonds.

Update:When was the last time a business owner reached out to you and asked to be given the chance to make a bad experience right? Well….it had never happened to me until now. The day after I wrote the original review, at 9am sharp, the owner called me and apologized for my experience. He acknowledged what had happened, made no excuses and asked if I would allow them to redo my nails at no charge. At first I wasn’t exactly gracious about his offer & explained most of my nails were broken so I didn’t have any to redo. He was persistent and offered two free appointments. The first would be to file, buff & polish my nails so they would look presentable while they grew out. The second would be a manicure of my choice. At this point it was clear that they were serious about making me happy, so I agreed to give them a second chance. The day of my appointment Lynn was waiting for me and rolled out the proverbial red carpet. She sat me down, apologized yet again and after assessing my nails provided me with several options. We decided to add tips to the broken nails and do a NexGen manicure. She also gave me the option of any type of design, so I decided to try the ombre. Now I’m hooked. After I left the salon, the owner followed up to ensure I was happy with my nails and then again a couple of weeks later to ensure my nails were holding up. This turned out to be a world of difference from my first experience & Im updating them to 5 stars.Previous Experience:Unless youre an existing customer...**STAY AWAY** from this salon. Ive been getting a manicure every 3-4 weeks for the last 15 years and have experienced different salons in the Houston, Lewisville & Coppell areas. For the last 5 years Ive been extremely happy with my nail technician, but she moved out of town so I decided to take the opportunity to find a salon closer to my home in Highland Village. Based on the many high reviews, I was optimistic about Cosmo Nails, but it turned into a complete disaster. First, Im rather picky about my nails, so I called the salon to make an appointment for Monday (3/27/2017) afternoon and requested a technician experienced with gel manicures. I arrived 5 minutes early to have time to select my color. I signed in on the sheet and was told to sit down & someone would be with me shortly. About 5 minutes later I was told to sit at a station and a lady shoved a bowl of acetone under my nose, told me to soak my nails and walked away. I sat there for 45 minutes watching the clock and my fingertips turn white. I would have walked out, but I had a meeting the next day & didnt have a choice. I watched as regular customers walked in the door and were taken care of immediately. At some point, they sent two different men over to make a show of scraping off the polish, but each of them quickly left me when their regular customer walked in the door. Finally, a young man sat in front of me 50 minutes after I walked in the door and began destroying my natural nails. He over cut my cuticles with a dull clipper, left spots of the old dark polish and shaped one side of the nail square and the other side rounded. I kept having to ask him to even out each nail. I finally walked away from this torture after more than an hour & a half and in less than 3 days my nails started to break. To date, 6 of them are beyond repair and I fear the rest will follow. It was clear to me that this salon is not interested in obtaining new customers. The sign in sheet is a complete joke because they do not honor appointments....they only care about their established customers.first experience! I’m going back this weekend for a pedicure.

They charge you just for removing your nail service that was done by them, and if you dont pay the full service again they charge you more (5 $ For removing + full service price, or 8 dollars just for removing) and they don t even tell you before. They say that they charge you just for the acetone used for removal when they just use a few and the whole recipient is just worth 3 $They charge you if you are going to remove a service that they did for you and if you are not going to do it again it is more expensive (almost double for removing it, from $ 5 to $ 8). And they dont even let you know before. They tell you that the charge is for acetone used to remove them when they only use a little and the full container does not reach 3 $ ...
