My daughter & I were visiting from out of town & had a wonderful experience from the time we stepped foot in the door until we left. Great customer service! My daughter got a pedicure & I got a French manicure on my natural nails. We were both very pleased with the services provided to include the complimentary beverage.

My wife went for her birthday with a couple of her friends. She said it was so nice and everyone was so friendly. Covid protocols were being followed and they also served wine or champagne while you are getting your nails done.Def on the pricey side but you get what you pay for and this place is fantastic.

The gentleman did take his time but he made the width of my nails to thick, some nails were crooked. When it was time to finish my nail polish was smushed and he didn’t redo it. I asked for a simple clear full set. Unfortunately I was not satisfied.

Had a fantastic time here. Got Royal Pedicures and the nail technicians were incredibly kind and thorough. They really went above and beyond. I highly recommend them based on my experiences here.

Nicely decorated atmosphere! The receptionist is very welcoming and offered drinks. I like how they have laminated menus that they use dry eraser markers to place your spa order...they offer a wide variety of spa treatments/services. Some overpriced for the Quality of service provided(Pedicure for $85 plus tip)... I Couldve gotten my Gel polish Pedi done in my neck of the woods(Spalon Nails of Pantego) for $55 with a 20 min leg/foot massage....but it was okay...No place that Id drive out of my way to go to again .

The girls are good but they keep talking about me one their language and that’s very rude. And they have zero patience asking you about your service. I don’t think I’m coming back. This used to be my favorite place, not anymore.

Pretty salon. Good customer service. Everyone was very nice. I was charged 65 dollars for dip nails which seems highly priced. I did not need a soak off. Just a added tip and dip. The nails turned out pretty and look good but all my cuticles were cut. Tools used were not clean.

Awesome! I really like how clean everything is and that they sterilize all the tools. My nail specialist was Ken. He was very courteous and listened carefully to all my requests even though Im pretty picky. I left with a fantastic dip coat and will be back regularly.

I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a young black woman, but they ALWAYS turn me away I live right around the neighborhood and thought it would be convenient to come here especially since I’m pregnant, today I called like I always do before I came in and I asked what time they closed and if they were taking walk in clients he said yes we close at 7:30. When I got there he said I told you we close at 7:30 but I never said we had openings. This is the 4th time this happened I’ll never spend another dime here. So rude and inconsiderate

I’ve been a customer here at majestic for a year now. From the time I first began coming here I loved the service I’ve received. Ken is my absolute favorite! I always get the Dipping Powder & the prices are great 👍🏾

Manager was very nice and friendly. Tried to make sure things were rite. Nail tech was the worst. I got the dipped nail for the 1 st time. She was constantly rushing. The nails were cut to rite length but she proceeded to file dn shorter and shorter an then too..much.. on top of that she could not thin them dn or shape the properly. I left with embarrassing. Manag said to Come back. Work in flower shop. Vday its crazy. Oi will give yall anotheChance😵😆

Very poor service and quality. The paint is extremely messy and not covering the full nails. There was too much glue that is caked to my fingers. The nails are crooked and uneven. She scratched and cut my fingers. It took longer than any other salon Ive been to. This was more expensive than most places and the quality was terrible.

They have alcohol which is a plus. Very nice and friendly

We love majestic and would not go anywhere else to get our nails done. They are super amazing. Sweet, friendly, extremely attentive and very very detailed!!! I get complimented a lot about how great they look! If you are a perfectionist like me. Who always has to have everything matching and exactly the same. I highly recommend them!!! They make the most beautiful white nails everrrr. The literally look so neat and classy!!! My absolute favorite!!!

I went to Majestic Nail salon for the first time today. I ask for Sophia because of her reviews. She was occupied at the time and I got Leslie she did a fabulous job with my pedicure. I wanted to try a new place out yesterday, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a worse nail experience. My nails look awful. I asked for coffin shape and long, and she took them way shorter than I asked and filed them unevenly and crookedly. She was also taking phone calls and hardly paying attention while she shaped my nails. So disappointed I spent $40 when I could’ve done a better job doing my own nails.

Love this place! They do a great job on next gen manicures. I would recommend Sunny or Katie. Both are excellent. Ive only had one negative experience but they were quick to fix the issue. The manager is nice, very funny guy. My friend and I come every month. We definitely recommend it.

Be warned going here. Went in for a normal manicure... came out with a bad experience. The lady broke skin on ALL my cuticle areas, then proceeded to put rubbing alcohol on all of them burning my fingers off. Then, next thing I know, she sticking her hands down my shirt to give me a massage. I would usually be happy to get a free massage, but not when I didn’t ask for it and when it was so uncomfortable with her hands literally down my shirt. That and the fact that she pulled a hair tie from her own hair to pull my hair back. Disgusting. Beware.

They are all very nice, but i would not go back. I asked for rounded and they are kind of pointed but not even at all. The shape is awful and not even at all. They filed the sides of my nails so much they were filing into my skin. Many of my nails/fingers are painful.

Came in with my sister for pedicures on Sunday. Then the lady was very pushy about I needed my eyebrows done. I said Im trying to grow them out. So went ahead so she could just clean them up. Before I knew it she says I need mustache done. I said I dont do that. She said I take a little off sides before I could say no. She didnt put any cooling gel on or even let me look in the mirror. She said I do for free. But was insisting I tell my sister 8 dollars. She said no mark on the paper. This was a gift from my sister for my birthday. Now I still have wax on my face that I cant get off and its Wednesday. I had such terrible bumps on my face. Now theyre scabbed over. And havent been able to scrub my face due to the pain. I wont be going back although the pedicure was good. Ill take my business to The Crossroads store next time. Dont be pushy cause you were already getting a tip. It caused you to get less.

OK, Ive been to countless nail salons over the last decade and this one absolutely surpasses every place Ive ever been. Ive had a different nail tech every single time and the quality has been 100% consistent. Every low rating Im reading about this place is laughable. The prices are standard for the industry, if you want cheap go to Walmart, you get what you pay for. Not ONE TIME has ANY nail tech cut into my cuticles or messed up on the shape. Ive left with my nails looking absolutely perfect every single time Ive been here. I have very sensitive cuticle that are easy to cut and normally leave most nail salons bleeding but Majestic Nails does me right every time. The service is impeccable. My pedicures have been perfect as well, Im sooooooooooo sensitive on my feet and again, they take great care of me. They are deal oriented and seem to really care about customer service. As someone whos entire career is in the beauty industry, these are the type of professional qualities I look for and they have absolutely exceeded my expectations. Because Of my occupation, my nails have to look a certain way, I need perfection and this place provides it 100% If you give them a chance, you will not be disappointed.

This is the worst pedicure Ive ever had. It looks worse than if I had done it myself and it cost twice as much as the place I normally go to. This is the second time Ive tried them and I definitely wont be going back.

Have been going for monthly pedicures since they opened since I work a block away. Only a small complaint that they dont help you back on with your shoes when pedicure is done. They just kind of disappear leaving you wondering if theyll be back to help! But again its a small thing. Service is great and all are super-friendly.

Average, not exactly worth the price and poor customer service. I came in with my whole family for a round of pedicures and my pedicure was cut short for no apparent reason. I had to sit next to my family and wait the next 15 minutes out until their pedicures were finished and I paid for the more expensive pedi out of all of them! It isnt acceptable to do bare minimum for one person but go all out for another customer sitting right next to them. I gave them another chance though and visited again for another pedicure a month later. Front desk employee was rude and the person doing my pedicure messed up my polish while trying to put on my flip flop and didnt say anything about it. Dont bother with this place, take your hard earned money somewhere else.

My nails were filed way too short and are noticeable uneven. My cuticles were cut on several fingers and bled but the person doing my nails did not stop she just wiped it away and kept going. It was very painful. The nail polish is streaky and she did not paint the whole nail the sides are still in painted. I paid over 60 dollars for this. I will never be returning here.

I have been going here consistently since January and have had GREAT service and quality mani/pedis. They have definitely improved and it it my go to salon! Clean, well appointed salon!

I came here yesterday for my usual sister date pedicure with my sister but when I got here they told me they were closed and werent taking anymore people when they werent closed so I come back the next day. So I pick out my color and everything like normal. I wait for someone to come. I see people come in an get seated for their pedicure. I wait some more. They guy at the front is no where to be found. 45 mins in to being here sitting my feet in cold water the guy appears. I tell him that Ive been here for 45 mins and no one has came yet. Hes says oh you no pedicure no more. I tell him thats not what I said and repeated my self. He then says 10 more minutes. I was furious. Im not going to wait an hour on a pedicure when there are no customers in here. 15 minutes after that someone comes over and I refuse service but I wait for my sister to finish getting her pedicure.When the place first opened, it was great. It was when a woman worked the front desk now since the man started working/running it the service went downhill. I frequented this place often but now Ill probably never come back. Dont waste your time with this place.
