Very nice therapist. BEAUTIFUL facility. Front desk ladies were super nice. O was offered a robe upon arrival. Hot towels in the room and waterfall sound was nice in addition to the pleasant aroma & music. Everything smelled wonderful. I reccomend this place for light to medium massages. I like deep tissue because I have knots. That is what I asked for unfortunately I received a light to massage. It was still nice just not what I was wanting which is why I only gave 4 stars. They did not charge the extra for deep tissue. However, they should have offered a complete replacement.

Went today to cash in on my Mothers Day spa day...I made last minute appointments & they were very accommodating. I booked a Kelzyme Slimming Body wrap, massage & facial. The description of the body wrap said 90 minutes, it was maybe 65 minutes and absolutely not worth the $160 price tag. It was VERY relaxing because they do give you a scalp and foot massage while you are wrapped up like a burrito, but as far as your skin feeling, looking or even losing half an inch, that claim is certainly bogus. I broke more of a sweat during my facial than I did a body wrap. The massage was nice and relaxing & the facial was 👏 amazing. I purposely left time between the massage and facial yo enjoy some sauna time, however, it was cold. No one turned it on and by the time it got even to 98 degrees, it was time for my facial & the estetician was surprised that no one got it warm for me. The shower was nice, but I definitely think someone has dropped the ball on cleaning it because there was mold on the curtain...and if it wasnt, then someone still didnt clean well after the precious person used it to rinse wrap residue off. It was a relaxing experience overall, but given that this was my first time out without the kids in some time, it did leave me a little disappointed.

Felt the cosmetologists were highly skilled and pleasant. Sutera provided a very relaxing environment as well.

I originally booked services for myself and four of my friends at another spa for a weekend spa party as a way to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, the other spa canceled our appointments without notice, so I had to scramble to find something else. I am so fortunate that Sutera Spa was able to accommodate all of us at the last minute. They exceeded our expectations! I got a massage with a body scrub that left my skin feeling amazing. I also got a facial that performed miracles. The whole entire experience was exceptionally calming and relaxing. All my friends raved about the services that they had done. I’ll definitely be returning.

I have been going to Sutera Spa for many years. The staff is always friendly and professional and the service great! I highly recommend Jennifer for massages and Kimberly for facials. They are part of my regular wellness routine and trust them both to know what I need during every visit!

This place is amazing! I took my wife for her b-day and she had a blast! They really treated her and I like royalty! Although I don’t take typically take ratings seriously I can see why they’re voted best of Denton county! I visit Sutera on a regular basis for massages and facials and the service I received from Rhonda and Kimberly is always amazing. Today, I went for my first manicure at the spa and Dorothy was equally amazing. Everyone from the front desk staff to the technicians are awesome.

I just had my first facial here with Tera and she was amazing! Super friendly and personable. It was such a nice and relaxing experience. Everything was so seamless from beginning to end. Definitely will come here again!

Kim gave an excellent Swedish massage to continue my annual birthday treat here! They made me feel relaxed and comfortable with safety precautions and was excited get same day appointment!

I had a layer of dead skin and really needed exfoliating. I spent170 and left with the same dead skin cells I went with. They didn’t listen to my needs and I’m giving up on spas altogether.

Not too sure why they named it spa, because its not. I will say it is a relaxing place and they have great friendly service, but this is not a spa. Extremely small sauna. Its not even on when you get there. One shower for clients. No pool, whirlpool or steam room? So how does this place call it self spa? Not sure.In my opinion a little over prices. Most likely because of area.But one thing a absolutely loved is the staffs incredible customer service. My masseuse Kim was the best!I will go again but not soon.

I have seen three different Esthetician’s and Tera is the best. The other two I have seen are not as friendly. Tera is very personable. I went today for a facial and it felt a little rushed and I do not feel like I got my money’s worth.

Katrina is SUCH a fantastic massage therapist!!! My husband and I have been seeing her for 3 years now and we are confident that our monthly massages with Kat are a key to our overall health and well being. The older lady with gray hair at the front desk is rude, snooty, & condescending! This was the same attitude 3/3 times I visited the spa.Although Kimberly the esthetician seems to be wonderful, I will not be going back to have the opportunity to form better opinion.Sutera lost a monthly client plus skin care product purchases!

It gets better with every visit, we only go once a year (roughly) but staff still remember us! I love the couple packages/specials, and the facials! I usually get the deep cleanse for my acne. My recent visit I had the worst cystic (deep tissue acne) since my teens and my staff member actually lanced my acne for me! I thought Id have to go to a dermatologist or risk it getting worse and leaving a pit scar. She followed up with a frequency treatment and then gave me samples to last 2 weeks to repair and cure my acne that is oil based not to dry my skin! Get reservations a week prior! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!❤❤❤❤

This was not my first visit at this spa - I have been coming since I moved to the area in 2010. Normally I have great visits, but after today I will not be returning. I had an appointment today @ 4:00 for a massage. I arrived, changed into my robe, and sat a few minutes in the wait area. Usually they are pretty quick to take you back, but I felt like I had been waiting a long time. I sat there a little longer, thinking I was just off on my sense of time, and finally decided to go back to the locker room to check the time on my phone - it was almost 4:30! I went back to the front to ask the receptionist how much longer it would take. She rambled on about some confusion on the schedule, offered me a $10 discount because she didnt know what else to do, and if I had time to wait I could still be seen in a little while. I agreed, but after continuing to sit there I changed my mind thinking it was not worth it, and got dressed. On my way out the receptionist handed me a $10 discount card, said she was sorry and that this never happens - she then blamed it on the girl being new. So which is it? The schedule conflict or the new girl? And obviously it does happen, because it just happened to me. A semi-sincere apology and $10 off your highly priced services are not going to cut it. I will be finding a new spa who values their clients and their clients time.*amendment* Assistant Manager called me today to apologize, and made things right. Thank you, it is greatly appreciated.

This is the best spa Ive found in the DFW area. They are extremely professional and use high quality products. The atmosphere is as luxurious and relaxing as spas in 4 star hotels. And costs a fraction of the price! The aesthetician, Kimberly, is very knowledgeable. My skin hasnt looked this good in 40 years!

Was totally embarrassed when I brought a friend from out of town because I wanted to be pampered with my friend. Some lady kept walking around shhushing us every 5 minutes. The walls arent walls, just partitions. So we were treated like preschoolers if we spoke even one word.Wish the locker room was bigger, no room to get dressed when others are getting into lockers. And the sauna was misleading on the website, it is for one person. I am small and I am sure another person would not fit in there with me. Only one shower, one sink. Im a germaphobe so it was unsettling. It feels very crammed full in overall appearance.The facial was supposed to be a personalized skin analysis but I was not given any kind of analysis at all. It was more like you are done, bye. Was not allowed to choose which facial I wanted.My appointment was at 1115 and I was home by noon. For $85 I believe it should at least be an hour service. The worst spa I have ever been to.

2nd time here with gf and we both love it. first time was the romantic getaway, where they do couples massage, facial, and pedicures. this is a 1 year anniversary, so we came back for round 2. great experience both times and great people

Amazing place. Very professional. Been struggling to keep my face clear and got a facial here. The lady (i think her name was Tera) gave an amazing facial and was very nice. She recomended a new face cleanser and nomally all the cleansers i have been recomended by past people didnt do anything even though they were expensie. The one she reccomended completely cleared my face and kept it soft and fresh feeeling. Definitely worth the price
