Simply the worst. Had us wait 30 minutes to even sit down, while staff were on their phones. Then when we were seated, started my girlfriends pedicure as I sat and waited. After 15 minutes additionally waiting, I decided to leave. The manager told me someone would be “right out” for fifteen minutes.

I love going here and get great looking nails each and every time. Haven’t gone anywhere else that is able to get me in and out with beautiful nails in under an hour. They are also really nice and try to get to know you. They have also been great with all the new COVID guidelines and I feel safe going here.

Worst manicure ever. I went in and was seated immediately however I felt rushed and neglected. There was a lady going back and forth between the 3 of us getting dip. I had shavings from the drill all over me. My arms, my dress, and in my hair. It was a mess. Next a guy came to shape and file my nails. He was so rough, I was almost in tears. I left unhappy and with polish all over my hands.

I have been going to this salon for two years I have never had a problem until last week. The young man who did my nails spoke to me rudely when i accidentally moved my hand. Although I asked for square nails, the corners are sharp and not rounded. As soon as I got home and put on my glasses, realized that I had to remove the polish he applied. Part of the nail had two coats and the outer 1/4 only had one coat. I have never had a professional apply polish so poorly.I am totally frustrated because I thought i had found the perfect salon. I will be looking for another salon. Not going back

I have been a loyal customer for five years. Sunday I came in for a full set of next gen and they came out crooked, with the wrong shape all together. I kept telling them the shape was wrong but nobody listened to me and the nails didnt come out -that- bad. two days later one fell off. I came in yesterday to get a new set because as I said, they were the wrong shape, crooked, and one fell off. Im a server and I cant have nails coming off after two days. The owner wanted to charge me for a full set and after I complained, she ended up charging me $25. I have spent $75 all together this week for a set of mediocre nails. I told the owner I wasnt coming back and she didnt seem to mind. Take your money elsewhere the service and quality sucks.

Horrible. One person working on too many people at once, bouncing from person to person. My daughter had dipped nails with tips and was told that the manicurist would be right back in 5 minutes several times DURING her manicure. Her nails turned out awful. She didnt like them so we went back to just have them taken off, I didnt even ask for my money back, and the lady wouldve take them off. She tried to fix them but made it worse. Now my daughters nail hurts, and looks awful and Im goin to have to pay someone else to take them off! Ill never be back or recommend this place.

My husband and I just went into Glamor Nail for his first pedicure and probably my 1000th pedicure...Best experience ever... Ken was my technician and he was simply amazing. I am all about the massage part since I work on my feet...incredible actually...left relaxed and my toes were on point...My husband loved his first pedicure so much he wants to go back once a month!! He is such a macho guy and I was wondering how he would do...well they created a monster!! Great prices and excellent service. I highly recommend Highland Nails and especially Ken!!

Went here for the high rating, left disappointed and in pain. The younger guy that did my nails rushed through the job and really butchered my cuticles. I thought it was only 4 at first but when I got home I saw nearly every nail has damage to the cuticle. I told him this after he finished, my hands are in water all the time so this can and likely will give me nail infections. He didnt seem to care, almost laughed it off. The lady that runs the front was very nice but didnt offer a discount or anything so I left feeling a bit ripped off. This is the problem when youre working somewhere just to make money, not because you are passionate about it. As a hair and makeup artist I appreciate people who are passionate about their craft and care about how the client feels, not just trying to get the job done so they can go home. So hard to find great nail techs, the search continues.

The service here was amazing I come in at 10 minutes before close and got a manicure and a pedicure in and Tina and Tracy very good care me and did not rush me out. Highly recommend this salon!!!!!!

Best Pedi Ive ever had and prices were great! Very nice staff. My boyfriend and I both had pedis, I was able to have my nails dipped and brows waxed without ever leaving the pedi chair. I will be back!

Didnt realize they closed at 5, walked in at 445, they INSISTED we stay and get our pedicures done (me and 2 daughters) yet they RUSHED us and made us feel most unwelcome, given no option of services:(
