Never ever again. This place was recommended and I noticed that they treat their regular customers much better than new clients. My daughters nails are horrible after rush job done by gentlemen. My tech informed me she had to finish eating before she could start on me but I watched her chat it up with regulars while I waited. When this was mentioned she said it was just busy. Never ever again

Love love this place!! I usually have Tony do my nails but since he is in high demand another gentleman did them, and turns out hes just as awesome! They get me in and out even if I dont have an appointment and just stopping in. They are courteous, friendly, clean and safe. They also do a wonderful job on nails, accommodating any style preference you want.

Tech painted my nails with a glittery color polish, 2 very thin Coates. When I stepped outside in the light, I saw thin spots of polish where the nails fid not have even coates. I went back in and had to argue with the tech on the a of polish on my nails. When I picked my color, I specifically said I did not want the polish thin. He said I told him I wanted thin polish and argued and tried to loud talk me. POOR POOR service. This tech was the pitts. No one even apologized or said anything to me after I received another coat of polish.

Selena is the BEST worker here. She is the ONLY person who does eyebrows the way you ask. Tony and Kim are both very rude they are the reason I stopped getting my nails done here. Every time I called to schedule an appointment it’s an issue with them double booking. I wish Lee was still the owner !

My daughter and I get serviced here and we like it. Prompt service and Ive never had a problem or disliked the services I got. Prices reasonable too.

I went in for a pedi and fill in and eyebrows . My feet are not scrubbed and my eyebrows have a scar from the wax!! They charged my card $80 and it was supposed to be 68$ for everything I got . Dont waste your time or money on them.

I love the way Kim does my nails. Shes very creative with different designs.

Dont go here . Shape not what i asked for and he cut my fingers and the first tume i went was worse he cut damn near all my fingers on both hands only went back today cause no wait. But thats probably why they dont do good job at all dont go here

I have been here several times and have been pretty pleased with the service I received, but today was a different story completely. I dont plan to return due to the poor service I received. The nail technician that was working with me shortcut on my pedicure. She didnt take the time to properly shape my nails, barely used the pumice stone on my heels, and left me sitting in the spa chair while she worked on someone elses hands. The quality of my pedicure is mediocre at best. I do not plan to return to Nail Tip & Spa.

The lady Selena there does a wonderful job with eyebrows. Best quality and consistency (only for eyebrows)

Nail salon does not guarantee work. Paid for a gel set that last 4 days. Shop owner stated their work is not guaranteed. Will never support this business again!

Very horrible customer service I call first to see how long my wait was going to be she stated 10 min sat down in the chair the lady took my polished off stop and said she cant do my nails cause her appointment just walk in after me and told me I had to wait on another tech to get my nails done I will never go back especially when i was there before her appointment arrive. Long waits.. they also rush when they are busy. Use to be my go to nail shop.. but now they want to upsell a premium pedicure otherwise its just ok now... why not make the deluxe your normal and make people want to come back.

If I could give them a negative 1 I would...I will never go back there again...they dont care about the customers when you try to explain what you want they ignore you and start talking in a language that you cannot understand..this is the WORST service I have ever received ...they over charge and dont follow their price list ...me and my friend paid $119 for mani & pedi ...wouldnt recommend it to anyone ...
