Terrible!! Only I want done was acrylic removed and polish on my feet removed.The other lady was really rough on my feet! Kept filing my real skin.Then, it got worse with my fingers! I kept telling “Angela” I just only want the acrylic removed. TAKEN OFF. And thought that I just wanted the refill. I tried to break it down best way I could. And at that she did NOT file or smooth my nails. ((Yeah it was a misunderstanding but you didn’t have to get an attitude.))Look at these and you tell me it’s worth $20…. At the end when I did pay she kept saying that I was a liar about how I wanted my acrylics removed…like, how does that make me a liar if YOU misunderstood on what I want done. Yeah. So much for being nice…

I had a wonderful experience at Happy Nails. My tech Tony was very polite and sociable. He made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. He had great suggestions for my nail designs. I will be going back and requesting Tony to do my nails. If you decide to come you wont be disappointed.

I went to get a fill in because my nail salon is on vacation. I asked for a design and was told by the nail tech, Andy that he doesnt do them. He did ok on the acrylic, but the end result was bad. My nails were left rough and sharp. He did not file them smooth. Also, I had coffin shaped nails and left with a mixture of coffin and square shaped nails. The two nails that he repaired were wide and shaped incorrectly. My complaints of dissatisfaction went unanswered. I am very disappointed in the quality of service and will not be returning. $47 for what?? Just look at my thumbs...😩😳😡

First experience: Tony was very kind and upbeat, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I didnt like the extra debit card charge,but overall Im happy with my nails2nd experience I will never be returning the man who was doing my nails was rough, and when I asked him to remove the nails and Id pay for him to do so, he removed them with his fingernails which caused my nails to bleed and they were burning and sore.

I was in town on business. Andy had great reviews so I decided to call him for an acrylic fill. He was very pleasant and professional and did a wonderful job on my nails. We enjoyed a great conversation about our vacations. Happy to have found him :-)

Loved my fill in by Andy. But he did cut a few of my cuticles. Will go back though.

My first visit was today and I have absolutely no complaints...Sara serviced me and I’m genuinely Happy with my nails. I’m a little basic when it comes to the nails but wanted a change and Sara came through. Definitely recommend her! I’m just hoping they don’t break due to seeing reviews regarding that. However I’m sure Sara would be willing to repair if broken within a decent time frame. She’s so friendly and loves her relationships with her clients.

Lily is amazing and thorough. She did an excellent job! Im used to California nail salons where the quality and standard is super high. Lily in my opinion put did California nail techs with her professionalism and attention to detail.. Would definitely recommend Lily.

I been here twice now and they do a great job. My nails and feet are always flawless. Every since I been coming here I haven’t broke 1 nail and I wear long nails. It’s not really ever packed which is great because I’m not in the nail shop for 4 hours. I will definitely continue to come back

I truly do like this place, good atmosphere but recently when I have gotten my nails done they have been breaking. I get acrylics. I work in an office environment and I don’t do anything to contribute to them breaking. I just received a fill a week ago and I’ve already had two nails crack... the first one cracked the day after service and another one cracked today. I’m not sure what’s going on. It’s quite annoying to have fresh nails break like that. I’m only putting this in the review because this has been just recently... like the last few months. I hadn’t had an issue before. Hopefully they can do something to resolve this issue. I would also like to add that they did fix the cracked nail for free.

I feel taken advantage of. Too high for no reason. I paid $95 for these nails and a basic pedicure. $24 extra because I got gel polish. $15 extra because my nails are considered long. Then $3 for using my debit card. I don’t have a design or diamond anywhere. I should NOT have been charged $95 for basic service. Ridiculous.

I love this place because they are good in doing nails. They are friendly and amazing. Sara and her team are truly good. This place is big and clean and a great group of people to be around. And they do be busy.

Only gave 2 stars because my pedicure was excellent(by a different nail tech) The owner Sara was not in when I got my nails done I was referred by the receptionist to another lady. She did a horrible job! My fingers have hangnails now & she DID NOT fix my nails. My nails are very lumpy and not smooth! She did not know what she was doing as far as the stones design nails and a day later they are all almost gone! (Which I paid $5 a nail) I DO NOT recommend going here UNLESS the owner Sara is doing your nails. My birthday nails are ruined

I’ve been to this place several times never had a problem. I was even in there one time another customer was being out of line and I didn’t like their behavior. I went to get done up for Mother’s Day the next day my polish start chipping so when I went back to have them redo my nails the lady that sits in the front starts to get loud with me cause I’m telling her she should have taken the polish off my nails instead of filling in the chip spots. She starts to tell me to shhh I don’t know what I’m talking about and to leave her alone whiles she’s on my nails. I’m not sure if I would go back after today’s service.

This is my 2nd time here and they have been amazing. I saw Sarah today and she hooked my nails up!! She is so pleasant and will ensure you have a great experience. I cant wait until my next appointment! 😁😁

I had previous bad experience from two different places do my nails were a mess Andy fix them perfectly without even having to take them off with a fill in it looked though if I had a brand new set when I left there I really appreciate his patience I will be going back..

This was my first experience at Happy Nails, on Lindbergh. First let me say, Angela is my new nail tech! I knew I wanted something out of my normal for my nails. She was very patient, and helpful with creating my design. My nails turned out better than expected. I am very particular about my nails (quality, cleanliness, getting my shape even, polish down to the cuticle, QUALITY fill-in to were my nails don’t easily break off), they passed every check point. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. My daughter got her toes and nails painted, I was pleased with Angela’s patience with my 5 year old in assisting her in picking out her color. I look forward to my next visit.

I used to loooove this place until I was made to feel very uncomfortable because I changed my mind about which service I wanted. I was shocked the nail tech was my favorite until she verbally scolded me for changing my mind. I felt so bad, embarrassed and angry at the same time. I hope they never make another loyal customer feel this way. By far the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

Just moved to the area, first nail spot I tried and I absolutely HATE my nails. They look like I brought press on! I’ve been getting my nails done for the past 10 years and this is the worse set yet! The place itself was clean but I wasn’t asked what length or shape I wanted, the man did ask me if I wanted regular or sparkle powder, I told him I wanted regular yet he took it upon himself to give me sparkle “it looks better” so he said (still don’t like them). Currently looking for much Better service!

Been going to happy nails since the very first location 🥰 . Angela is my go to person EVERYTIME. She knows how I want my nails and has never let me down. Her personality and conversation is always great. Atmosphere normally quiet and relaxing. Staff super friendly I feel like I’m walking into cheers I get greeted with Hi Sarah or where you been.

If you go to the Lindbergh location only let Sara do your nails. Angela did my nails and they did not look right at all. She tried to fix them and they still didn’t look how I wanted them to. I showed her a picture and she said she could do it but she did not know what she was doing 🥴 waste of $50.

Although it is a clean, professional atmosphere the prices was shift me little high for normal services. I was very disappointed that I was not informed that there is a $3.00 - $5.00 fee for debit or credit card payment. Additional fee on any type of payment other than cash. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not go back to this salon!

I went to my original nail shop and was not satisfied with my nails. Miss Sara fixed my nail shape, gave me the design of my choice and was extremely fast. Y’all I love my nails !! I think I found a new nail tech. Oh I broke my pinky nail the same day and was able to get it fixed the next morning ! She’s about her money!!

So after not being able to have my nails done for months, due to having surgery, I decided to take myself and my 3 daughters for Manis and pedis. As usual, when we got there, we were helped right away. We were there for more than 2 hours, which wasnt bad at all for 3 ombre full sets, 1 manicure, 3 signature pedis, 1 basic pedi and 1 eyebrow waxing. The shock came at checkout, when I was charged DOUBLE for the signature pedis because the employees didnt understand what came with the signature pedis. He even admitted that it was his fault. The fact that HE MADE THE MISTAKE didnt matter and he still charged me DOUBLE the price. As much as I like the service, Ive already started looking for a new nail salon because I shouldnt have to pay for an employee who doesnt know about the services hes providing. VERY UNHAPPY

Staff friendly and atmosphere welcoming. Staff doesnt strive to understand what customer requesting. When you repeatedly explain and show pictures and their response no this is better. No not better if you do wrong shape, color, length and design. How much wronger can you get. Also, when you so concern about lobby getting to full verses a continued repeated customer. 5 repeats will be 10 new anyday because that 5 repeats will quickly turn into 10 repeats if you give the client what they want. This 2nd time with same offense. Could easily be 5 stars if they change their approach

I was recommended by a regular who swears by them. She refuses to go anywhere else. Upon my arrival I was greeted and registered. I was quickly seated and the service was the best Ive ever experienced thus far! I went for a pedicure ; But was VERY tempted to get a full set. Their work is some of the best Ive seen. My feet are important because I am a diabetic and Im very skeptical about who does my feet. Even though I didnt mention it, they were gentle, and very attentive to problem areas. They have a plethora of colors to choose from. I left but not before I got my eyebrows done. I was pleased with this service as well! I look forward to going again and getting my nails done.
