Never again will I go to them. The gentleman that did my nails was horrible. No shape, big oversized nails. Looks like I need a fill in and they were just done yesterday! I complained and they gave me the same guy to fix them and they still sucked!

Never,ever again🤦🏾‍♀️. This is my second time coming. The first visit was ok,but this time👎🏾. My nail broke the same day. I went 4/27,by night my nail broke. These nails look as if they are 2wks old. He did a horrible job shaping. I did have time to complain.

Jimmy is the BEST!!! Trying to find a nail tech who can do pink and white w/ square tips well is a challenge, its an Art and he does GREAT nails!!! (Ive been moving/painting so please excuse my banged up hands lol)

This is the only nail salon I go to! Everyone is very friendly. Their customer service is VERY on point! The work is EXCELLENT! There can sometimes be a wait if you dont have an appointment for certain services. (IE: Not everyone does acrylics so there could be a wait on a busy day) Facilities are very clean. They usually have the latest trends. A peaceful space. Great for a quick polish or a relaxing pedicure.

I came to get a refill & cut down on my nails. The tech that Jimmy assigned to me was an older guy who was unsure how to perform those services. I know this simply by the quality of the work and how jimmy kept explaining how to do the work in their native language. I asked him to stop when i noticed he had drilled off the acrylic he had just applied and asked for a soak off. they still charged $20 even though it was their fault the tech didn’t know how to do his job. I wasnt given a new tech or anything.

Today was my first time going to this nail salon and it was amazing. Super nice and down to earth staff. They do great work and have the best massaging chairs ever. I definitely recommend this place.

Was thankful they were able to get me and my 7 year old next day appointments with Sue.This was my 3rd time going here and each time was not the best. My first time Jimmy did my nails did an okay job but very unprofessional in his dialogue and demeanor rough with my hands and when I mentioned it he asked if I wanted my nails to look good or not. Then my 2nd time with Mia I had a pedi and fill she did a good job and was very sweet. My last time going the appointment with Sue and the things she said about regular clients being difficult and having higher expectations and her reaction to a unsatisfied customer are the reasons I will not be returning and am writing this review as she from what I understood is a manager. I just felt it was so unprofessional and also made me feel as if I was not welcome to become a regular in the salon. She also did not offer the pedicure selections and did not provide the paraffin wax I requested to add on.

This was my first time there. And I can definitely say I’ll be back. Super nice people who actually engage in conversations with you instead of staring awkwardly while they do your nails. They take their time. Always trust the process. And after they were done they massage your hands with oil. Best experience I’ve had in a long time!

After visiting at least 6 different nail shops locally, I’ve finally found a nail shop home! Very nice people, excellent customer service and good tv show choices. I walked in and was immediately taken to begin service. I asked questions and got “yes, yes, and yes we can do that.” Simply amazing.

This was my first time here and I will be back. The service was awesome and everyone was very nice. The only thing I didnt think was that I had to pay to use my card so I will make sure I bring cash next time.

Came in to get a dip removal and a full setIt took 1 hours to remove the dip and 2 hours for a regular gel full setMy nails looks like a beginner did themPolish is chunky and nails looks like plastic and the gel polish is literally peeling off smhThe nail tech texted on her phone almost the whole time and I had somewhere very important to beTheres no way it should have took 2 full hours for a regular gel full set and I was there in the chair for a total of 3 hours!!!!I will never go back!!!!Getting these taken off somewhere else first thing in the morning

This was my first time ever using this establishment. Dee, was my nail tech and she kept me laughing the entire time. I will definitely be back again soon.

I found this place by accident. I am one who likes complex nail designs, and I always get what I ask for without difficulty. It is clean, the staff are extremely nice, accommodating, friendly, and funny. They interact with their clients, and they are extremely affordable. It allows you to tip your artist well. The work they do is amazing and he/she deserve a great tip. The best part is the reward program. I have found a new nail technician.

Very friendly, they do not keep you waiting, they do a great job on your nails. Prices are comparable to other salons. The salon is very clean and they speak English! You dont sit there wondering if they are talking about you! I love this place.

My daughter and I liked our nails the first time we went to this salon but our second visit was not great. My daughter wanted a full set for prom and announced that when asked upon entering the shop. We waited well over 2 hours as we watched multiple customers walk in after us and receive services before us. Within our wait time only 1 customer announced that she had an appointment. Many of the techs wouldnt even acknowledge our presence and kept clients that theyd moved ahead of us in their chairs for unusually long periods. Once a tech finally allowed my daughter to grace her chair, she began to do a regular manicure w/o adding nails or acrylic. She was informed quickly that my daughter wanted a full set and the tech stated that she doesnt do that & the charge for the little that she had done would be $10. So now my daughter would have to wait longer and pay for the full set plus the additional $10. Its safe to say that we will not be returning to this salon. All is well as long as there not too busy, but if regulars are in the building with or without appointments they reign supreme above everyone else. This salon lacks organization & consideration for some of their customers when they get busy. Definitely not worth returning.

The first time was great i felt very taken care of and i appreciated the care they gave me. This time I got my nails done befor Christmas and the slightest thing I do the nails just pop off. Dee is Fantastic!! My First time using AAA Nail Salon 💅 and she used some new and some sanitized equipment for my pedicure. Then she threw away the new items she used. Needless to say I was impressed. She also did my nails and did an amazing job. I definitely will be staying with this salon and Dee‼️

Very clean location. Owners make you feel welcome and do an excellent job. Pedicures are to die for. There is a vast selection of nail colors, as well as gel and dip powder. They are also good with nail designs. I highly recommend this location. The owners Sue and Jimmy are the best.

Wow, what an amazing experience this was. I brought my young adult daughter and they took their time as they serviced her. They didnt rush, and they had technique. The staff are so very friendly and they speak English. They dont talk in their native tongue like other places. Not that it would be a problem if they did, its just customers feel talked about when that happens. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and the staff were so attentive. As an observer, I saw that the customers have developed relationships with the staff. The building is clean, spacey and the temperature is just right. I like that their customer base is diverse.They have enough staff on duty to handle the flow of the customers. They actually massage the legs for a while, unlike other places. What I cherish is that they take their time and they operate in excellence.

The staffs customer service is excellent!!! The staff speak English and they engage in friendly conversation. The nailshop is clean and bright. I love it here. Ive tried several salons in the area, and this is the best. Sue and Jimmy are awesome and take care of their customers. A word to the wise, gel polish is the only way to go on your hands. Regular polish wont last a day on me.

I came into this nail shop yesterday because my niece recommended it. I was greeted and immediately sent to a chair to get my nails started. The customer service was great, but I do believe the products that the nail tech used contained mma because my fingers were burning after the application of the acrylic. The tech was a nice young lady but was very slow, she asked me to look at my nails to make sure I was satisfied which I thought was odd because she hadnt even polished them yet. I ended up having to leave to pick up my daughter from school and returned for just polish and a young man polished my nails at that point. Well when I got home I noticed that they are lumpy and bumpy where you can clearly see she did not take the time to drill down the extra acrylic. I just moved here and was hoping I had found a nail home but unfortunately I will not be back.

Huey, and the owner are great and their very nice people.. Their prices are fair!!!. This is the only place I go too. I use to go to other places, but I found this place.

The place was really clean and organized, and although the people were very nice and personable, the service was not matched. 6 of my nails broke within 3 days and I wasnt doing anything strenuous to cause the loss. I would honestly go back and give them another chance but maybe with a different nail tech.

So I got my nails done by Jimmy. Ive been here several times and Ive never really had a problem. But 2 days ago he did them and I requested these small stud diamonds on each nail... He just put the studs on the wet polish no glue but I didnt think it mattered, he would know best, right? (my mistake) I got my toes painted after and waited 25 min to let dry. Before leaving he did let me know if I had any issues just to come back. Before I got home 3 diamonds fell off. I took a shower that night and by the next day I only had 2 left...! So I called and talked to Sue and thats when she let me know the diamonds needed glue to hold them since I didnt get the gel polish and that I could come back and get them fixed. When I came back 2 days later, Jimmy advised me to get gel to keep them from falling off... Gel is and extra 15! (thats why I stick with regular polish) I let him know to just use the glue like Sue said so I could go on with my day. I felt like he was trying to have me get the gel polish instead of what I wanted. Well, not today. I know gel is supposed to be the longest lasting and everyone recommends these days, but there are some people who still want the old fashion regular polish.. sometimes Im not always able to afford it. But as long as I pay I still should receive the same consideration as anyone else. That was my last visit.To the owner:Im not sure how to respond to your comment, but this is my review and my opinion on what happened to me. You all shouldve replaced it for free, since I paid 2 days before! I requested glue on top of the only 2 diamonds that didnt fall off, because they did just what I expected, fell off as well. Normally the customer is always right and in this case if Jimmy would have did his job correctly the first time this couldve been prevented. When I came to get the studs replaced he said I would have had to wait 45 minutes to put on the glue, I was there another hour after getting my toes done... and BTW on the phone you(sue) told me he(jimmy) mustve put the wrong top coat on my nails to hold them. Sue, I broke my nail (completely my fault) 4 days after you doing them and you charged me nothing, even though I tipped you the $5.. And that wasnt on you guys.. So it wouldve been good customer service to at least offer me a discount for a $5 design on 2 nails. For the future, secure the right top coating for the studs on regular polish to avoid this again. You guys are dodging YOUR mistake. That is the reason for the initial 3 stars. Take care!To the owner: (2nd response)I have turned off these Google notifications after realizing you responded with yet another book of excuses and made up defenses. I wish I had the time & energy to read it, but if you all wouldve provided the same energy into my nail services as you have in these review comments you wouldve gotten the credit you deserved. Oh, and unlike sooo many other salons they give you an ITEMIZED receipt of services rendered. We drive 30 miles just to go to THIS salon. We tried all other salons in our area, and there is absolutely no comparison. It is absolutely worth the drive for the service and inviting welcome you receive. Prices are comparable to all other salons... SO WHY NOT GO TO ONE THAT YOU WILL ENJOY ...Also, they do henna tatoos which we also got, very beautifully done.

Wish I could give negative 5 stars. I went here 3 times. Once after waiting almost a hour they said it would be at least another hour before they could get to me. I was the only person waiting. The other 2 times I got my nails done. The first time they had 1 guy glue the nails on a 2nd guy put on the acrylic and then the 1st guy finished them. They looked okay. I wasnt happy but decided to try again. 2nd time I left. The 3rd time was the worst. I didnt have to wait I got right in. The guy took almost 2 hours to do my nails. He was having trouble gluing the fake nails on my real nail. He said I was lucky because he was taking his time and my nails would be perfect. By the time he was finished I was so ready to leave I didnt look at my nails. When I got home I realized there was acrylic all over my fingers. All of the nails were really wide, uneven, and looked awful. It was so bad I didnt want to go back to let them try to fix my nails for fear they could make it worse. I went here because they had really good reviews. I know a few other people who also went here because of the good reviews and they said it was awful too.

First visit, and already I was unimpressed...started out ok with pedicure, he (I believe his name was Tyler) was accommodating with requests, but there was a language barrier, but still decent. The main issue I have is the young kid Huy, who did my nails, found it more important to finish his text message before starting my nails. His hair style, punk rock earring, smart mouth, and opened toed Sandals were all a distraction (and by the way, he could use a pedicure). Each time I would advise him of what I wanted he would say I know, or Yeah, as if he was annoyed. He wouldnt know what I wanted because that was my first visit (smh). I am so tired of all these nail Salons in the area...no manners, no skills, customer service lacking. Oh, and I absolutely hate when nail Salons give me a novice nail technician. I have gotten my nails done for decades and I know the difference.

I went to the nails salon on 5/5/18 at around 12:00pm and i didnt get my nails polished until around 2:30 when i got the polishes the lady did not cover the whole nail bed with the polish and got polish on my skin and did not clean up. the next day 5/6/18 my polish chips and polish on other nails chips too and on 5/7/18 today my nail polish is chipping and chipping

Jimmy did my nails. I got a full set, almond shaped, matte black. My top coat had bubbles in it and within 6 hours my polish was peeling off my nails. Its been 5 days now and 5 of my nails are peeling. Also when he was shaping my nails, he put the acrylic on & then filed them down, so my nails are uneven looking & misshapen. I paid $43 + a $10 tip, but Im very very disappointed. This was my first time here, but I wont be returning.

Was desperate to find a nail shop that my picky self liked and had just about given up when I walked into this gorgeous shop!! I will NEVER go anywhere else!! Huge variety of colors and types of manis & pedis available!! Real Sworavski used, not gems!! Henna, eyelashes, eyebrows etc!! English is the language spoken so nothing is lost in translation!! Love Sue and Jimmy!!!!

I tried to give this nail shop another try for the 3rd time with my nails! Every time I have gotten my nails done here they came off within a weeks time. I’m not a complainer and I try to support local businesses in my neighborhood but the nail service has been horrible. I’m spending too much money for my nails to be popping off for nothing ! I work at desk, no reason my nails should be rising up. I paid $57 for a fill in gel polish and toe polish change and the polish look terrible within in this week. My index nail longer than the other my pinky nail not shaped the same as my other nails I’m so over this place. Also, the lady who did my nails and toes do not listen very well, I asked for a design on my toes never received the service, asked for nails to be designer a certain way and she ignored that ! But y’all wanted me to get a whole new set just to get ombré nails when other nail shops don’t require it, just to get extra money. I will be back in soon as you guys open to get this issue fixed! This is ridiculous and I’m highly upset I feel like my money has been wasted and what I wanted had been ignored !

They used to have great service, but in the past year I’ve had nails pop off more often, I’ve had service times double & quality cut in half & I’m truly disappointed because after years of going, I hate to have to find a new salon, but the tlc just isn’t there anymore.

Ok so I have been here 3x two full sets and one polish Change. Both times when I got a full set the (she is older then the other girls) older lady with the glasses that sit at the first table did my nails. Yes I gave her a second chance. She is super nice and kind but my nails are trash!!! I got my nails done Friday it is now Wednesday and I have a chipped nail and I could use a fillin on about 6 nails. I will be going back because the customer service experience was great and thats rare round here. She just can’t do my nails again!

Do not go here! First time going last Saturday 3/17 got Mani/Pedi paid $42 plus gave $10 tip and polish chipped, came off, etc before a whole week! Went back today 3/22 showed lady (Sue) and she told me they dont guarantee regular polish (which nobody said that when I was there) and said I will have to pay $7 for repolish or $15 for gel thats all she could do! Really? What happened to good customer service? But I guess it doesnt matter to them because I can be replaced by the many other customers that go there smh! Pictures to follow once I figure out how to do it because I have never post anything and typically dont complain but this takes the cake! Word of caution AAA if you want your business to continue to prosper you might want to change how you treat your customers!!
